I canceled a flight within the 24 hour window back in October 2019 and didn’t get my money back til 4 months later on late February 2020, sooo many calls and always a 50 mins waiting to talk to a representative!!! I call over 50 times within the 4 months period just to get my money back. It’s the last time I fly with Interjet.

Do not book with Interjet, trust me the price at first looks good but they are known and have just recently once again cancelled my flight 2 months ahead of time for no reason at all but to charge me double the price now. They will cancel your flight and then send a voucher to “enjoy” when they know very well that you will have to spend way more with them now and forced to fly with them because they will not give your money back it’s honestly so shocking how an airline could be scamming people like this and check out all the millions of similar complaints and people trying to get their money back too on Twitter or online forums and you’ll see it’s not just me they’re doing this to. The customer service is crap they couldn’t care less about the satisfaction of the client only scamming you and making you pay more for their cancelled flight they cancelled themselves.

Looks like it was my fault because the rep said they are not responsible for electronics in your suitcase. Cart Blanche to steal electronics. still a Good airline

To be honest for what I paid for I cannot complain about the flight..what I can complain about is the lack of customer service and that they’re allowed to charge at the desk for services that they charged when buying the ticket. For example when I bought my ticket I have written proof that I was allowed to take 2 checked bags. When I got to the counter they said I had to pay for the second and I’m on my way back they said I had to pay for both checked bags I wasn’t even allowed to take one. When I showed the email they said it was wrong and just plain said it was an error. They take advantage of peoples state of mind...when you fly you feel pressured and they know that people will pay anything to catch the flight that they have already paid for.

I had a yoga retreat planned for Costa Rica 3/19/20-3/25/20. The trip was canceled due to the corona virus. I sent Sansa and Interjet customer service emails on 3/15/20. I had a flight change for August 2020 the next day from Sansa. I did not receive a response from interjet, even tho I was advised to email my request change of day because it was virtually impossible to get thru on the phone. I emailed a second time with no response. I went to the website on 3/19/20, followed the directions to change flight. It did not work, just said OOPS! I call every day to speak to a human being but can’t get thru. I canceled my trip with request for trip in August in good faith and to be responsible to avoid not being able to leave Mexico City or Costa Rica. As it turns out, Costa Rica HAS closed its border. I don’t want a refund, just want to keep same itinerary for August. Out of 4 airlines and a car company, Interjet is the only company that has been unwilling to provide appropriate compassionate customer service.

Website and app doesn't even work. Tried to checkin with confirmation number and it says I don't have a reservation. Had to call customer service, wait 30 minutes for someone to answer, they give me another confirmation number, go back to the app, and "server" doesn't work. Then tried doing it online through my computer, doesn't work either. Interjet should reconsider themselves and even ask why they even exist as a whole if their app and website won't even work. Terrible and useless.

Returning from Oaxaca going to San Antonio Texas, I was unable to check in the night before. Unable enroll via the app. Unable to get any flight information. Unable to select “flight notifications” The failure code reads “unable to connect to the server”. I recommend starting over using known technologies. This Application is Useless

Refunds or credit are frankly not going to happen with interjet. Communicating with customers service is very difficult also. I had a refund/ credit to get back from interjet; sent my documents to customer service back in June 2019. To this date I’m still waiting for my credit and not a word from them after telling me they will communicate back in 60 days Max with my credit. Unfortunately I don’t have too many choices when flying to Ciudad de México. Mrs Cortez Texas

Version 1.9.1 is avast improvement from the .0 version. It no longer crashes every time I use it. I am impressed how fast Interjet released the fix. My only question now is “Where did the App discount go?” Interjet previously offered an extra little discount when using the App over the internet or phone, but it’s gone. 😢 Oh well, in my opinion still a great app and a great, reasonable fee, airline.

Don’t expect the same services or customer rights as you have with USA airlines. They don’t answer your phone calls or emails. They won’t honor any of your customer rights. They are always running behind and you will get no apologies.

Chicago-Guadalajara-Monterrey. I was informed at check in my connection flight Guadalajara monterrey was cancelled. But they would check me in the next flight to monterrey... 12 hours later! Asked clerk what was I supposed to do 12 hours in the airport and he said you can walk around and eat tacos... While being checked in the connection for 13 hours after arrival time, I was purchasing another ticket for my connection with a different airline. I asked Interjet clerk if I would be reimbursed he said I would need to find out when I got to Guadalajara. I barely made my connection with the other airline, absolutely no time to find out with Interjet in Guadalajara. Never would flight Interjet again!

Soy clienta de Interjet desde que empezo a volar, empece tomando mis vuelos de Toluca o de la ciudad de Mexico a Acapulco unas 10 veces al año y siempre en ella, de dos años para aca vuelo minimo una vez al mes de Puerto Vallarta a Toluca o a Mexico. Tambien he volado a Merida, a Veracruz cuando volaba de Toluca y a Bajio, en fin todos los vuelos nacionales que hago trato de hacerlos por Interjet. El servicio es excelente, la limpieza, etc y en cuanto a puntualidad he tenido mucha suerte porque a lo largo de estos años solo me he vivido 3 retrasos. Lo unico que no me gusta es que subieron la tarifa para cambio de nombre y que el programa de puntos es muy complicado porque estoy bajo dos nombres diferentes porque no lo pude corregir en una cuenta y tuve que abrir otra con otro nombre porque en el callcenter nunca me han podido ayudar Atte Miriam Del Rosario

Internet started strong and love the service and fares however in the last 4 trips they were delay for a minimum of 2 hours and last flight was delayed 4 hours Without notice this is very inconvenient specially on the overnight trips were your at the airport at 10:00 and flight dies not leave until 4:00 am on all 4 instances we were not given Notice of delay

Made reservations months in advance then Interjet changed my schedule to me arriving in Havana at midnight. First time visiting Cuba and since from US can’t make reservations. Tried to call many times but when transferred to department that could help me no one would pickup, also sent messages with no answer. Very unhappy and will never use this airline again. Also I should add I see my original flight still advertised with seats available.

My family and I love flying Interjet, it’s so nice to travel with all your needs, gifts for family and extra items you bought last minute and not have to worry about extra charges when you arrive at the the airport, seats are only $5.00 dollars! :) (light and ultra light not included) I always pick Optima or Priority, bags can be up to 55lbs or less! And they allow 2 per person! It’s always stressful to travel these days with so many extra expenses added when you check in that you’re not aware of, especially if you don’t travel often. Interjet Airlines has made our trips, comfortable, agents have been pleasant to deal with, they also treat you with respect! My trips to Mexico will definitely be on Interjet! I reside in Oregon, and hope Interjet adds Portland airport to their route soon!? So we don’t have to fly to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Or San Francisco to connect! Thank you!! R. I canceled a flight within the 24 hour window back in October 2019 and didn’t get my money back til 4 months later on late February 2020, sooo many calls and always a 50 mins waiting to talk to a representative!!! I call over 50 times within the 4 months period just to get my money back. It’s the last time I fly with Interjet.

I did enjoy the air portion of the flights to Mexico, Costa Rica and return to USA. However, the quality of the planes and terminal facilities were not the best. Not sure if it was because Mexico is or was planning a new airport or because you have not negotiated better leases. Planes need updating: no WiFi o USB charging in either planes or terminals. And in both Mexico and US we had to walk down steps, ride in buses, wait standing and walk long distances to reach gates that changed and were not notified in App or e-mail. Not sure what people with disabilities went through. Buy at my age (70) it was quite a challenge. I’m not sure I can handle going through that again. Also there was no food available even to purchase? What’s up with that when you had free alcohol available up to hard liquor. Thank Goodness for the unhealthy potato chips. Remind me to bring a lunch next time if there is a next time. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. PS And by the way, the crew did a great job despite the lack of resources. Hats off to them.

Got a phone call this morning and it was interjet saying are return flight has been canceled, after talking with them they said the next flight they could get us on was in two days. They offered us no accommodations or help with are rental car or food. We were not prepared for this or expecting these extra expenses. The guy on phone told me I needed to talk to customer service after changing my ticket, but then after changing my ticket he said that they changed my ticket for free, like they were doing me a favor. And that since he did that ,customer service would not compensate me or help me in anyway. Was on hold with them for an hour and then call was dropped. Beware if they ever do that to you. Talk to customer service first about being put up before making your new flight. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

At the time we booked, it seemed to be a good idea. We vacationed all over Mexico and really enjoy the beaches but getting there can be a problem. The seats are comfortable in all classes. Don’t fly through Mexico City unless you really have to. Very difficult and confusing, staff very uncooperative. Mexico has a lot to offer American tourists, it after all their major source of income. Inter-jet should keep that in mind when they seat all their passengers the decide to take an hour to fuel the aircraft after sitting empty at the gate two hours prior. I regret not taking Spanish in school as it’s a beautiful language; bet we feel that a company that has millions of customers that speak a limited amount of Spanish could accommodate by offering English instructions. We will continue to visit Mexico but will use other transportation and never use Interjet again

Refunds or credit are frankly not going to happen with interjet. Communicating with customers service is very difficult also. I had a refund/ credit to get back from interjet; sent my documents to customer service back in June 2019. To this date I’m still waiting for my credit and not a word from them after telling me they will communicate back in 60 days Max with my credit. Chicago-Guadalajara-Monterrey. I was informed at check in my connection flight Guadalajara monterrey was cancelled. But they would check me in the next flight to monterrey... 12 hours later! Asked clerk what was I supposed to do 12 hours in the airport and he said you can walk around and eat tacos... While being checked in the connection for 13 hours after arrival time, I was purchasing another ticket for my connection with a different airline. I asked Interjet clerk if I would be reimbursed he said I would need to find out when I got to Guadalajara. I barely made my connection with the other airline, absolutely no time to find out with Interjet in Guadalajara. Never would flight Interjet again!

Version 1.9.1 is avast improvement from the .0 version. It no longer crashes every time I use it. I am impressed how fast Interjet released the fix. My only question now is “Where did the App discount go?” Interjet previously offered an extra little discount when using the App over the internet or phone, but it’s gone. 😢 Oh well, in my opinion still a great app and a great, reasonable fee, airline.

I travel every 2 months to Mexico and find this airline meeting my expectations their crew is courteous and always willing to assist in all needs. I find their air fairs to be lower than the rest of their competition in most cases. They serve drinks and beverages at no cost to their passengers. They do not over charge for documented baggage and always very lenient with with a couple of kilos in excess weight. Great Job Interjet !!!!

We are not happy with customer service when we went to check in for flight to Cancun on 7/8/18. Expedia sent check in information to wrong email so I was never able to check in 24 hrs before flight. When we arrived at airport we were told we had no reservation and needed to go to Delta sense we were flying home from them. When it finally got straighten out we were told the flight was boarding and we couldn’t board. I had to purchase 2 more tickets for a later flight. The customer service lady was not helpful she was rude. I requested a refund or credit for flight. Expedia has informed me that then have reached out to Interjet.

I had a connection flight in Mexico from Peru and the flight turned out to be an overnight stay so I found a room in the airport hotel. It was a long walk from the hotel to the check in we got there an hour early but everything is very confusing so by the time we found international it was 45 minutes before boarding and they said that we lost our tickets because you need to be there one hour early. I tried telling them we were there an hour early but it was confusing to find international but they didn’t want to help. I had to buy one way flights from United to get back to houston. Worst service ever

Our first leg of the flight from JFK to Cancun was very pleasant. Even spoke highly of the airline to others when we arrived in Cancun. Coming home was a nightmare! The ticket agent had us standing at the counter in Cancun for almost an HOUR while he tried to figure out how to accept payment so I could willingly pay for an extra checked bag. VERY RUDE... gave us no explanation for the delay except “it’s complicated”!! We get on the plane to find DUCT TAPE on the armrests, cracked and separated seat backs, and netting held on to seats by ZIP TIES! I have PICS! The plane took off and an overwhelming odor of oil or fuel was gagging us! VERY SCARY! Not one crew member greeted or said goodbye to any passengers at the beginning or end of the flight. THE WORST!!!

The ONLY reason they are getting a star is because I had to. I will NEVER fly Interjet again and I will not recommend them to anyone! We missed our flight in Mexico City due to a delay leaving Dallas. They told us it was our fault we missed the flight and that we would have to buy 2 more tickets. The next flight out was the next day. They showed no concern about us being stuck in a foreign country! All they cared about was getting more American money! ABSOLUTELY the worst company ever! I will be contacting the company that I purchased my tickets from and will let them know how we was treated! Will NEVER fly Interjet again!!

Website and app doesn't even work. Tried to checkin with confirmation number and it says I don't have a reservation. Had to call customer service, wait 30 minutes for someone to answer, they give me another confirmation number, go back to the app, and "server" doesn't work. Then tried doing it online through my computer, doesn't work either. Interjet should reconsider themselves and even ask why they even exist as a whole if their app and website won't even work. Terrible and useless.

We had a 5 hour delay flying down to Cancun and a full 7 hour flight delay on our way home!!! This is NOT exaggerated! We couldn’t believe it! And they refuse to communicate with you anything. And they never even passed out water!!!! Claimed that they didn’t have any! We got a $10 food voucher in Cancun before boarding our flight at 2am which was scheduled for 7:15pm the day before. I am so very sorry, we will never fly this airline again! We didn’t even fly it because it was cheaper- we liked their flight times. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Made reservations months in advance then Interjet changed my schedule to me arriving in Havana at midnight. First time visiting Cuba and since from US can’t make reservations. Tried to call many times but when transferred to department that could help me no one would pickup, also sent messages with no answer. Very unhappy and will never use this airline again. Also I should add I see my original flight still advertised with seats available.

I receive emails regularly from Interjet and search for emailed sales offers in the app. Prices are higher than I’d expect from the sale. Last time, I saw a notice from a 3rd party and checked on Interjet website and the exact same flights on the app. App price was $15 USD higher. I enjoy flying on Interjet, I do not enjoy feeling like I’m being gamed with pricing the same thing via different access types, both online (vs calling).

2 hour Delay boarding and an hour delay when landing because they wouldn’t assign us a gate, tried to use the restroom and was rudely told to sit down. At one point I asked the flight attendant for water, she said yes but never brought it. When picking up our luggage one of my suitcases was damage, the metal handle was torn off only leaving 2 metal sticks sticking out. They say they are not responsible for damage luggage but really it must have taken a lot of force to tear that off. Worst trip ever

Emailed customer service, they email me back to call. Have called 20 plus times and sit on hold for 45 minutes each time before getting cut off half of those calls. Can I just get my refund for the flight you guys canceled?

No doubt about it, Interjet has become the best Mexican airline company. I have traveled in all the Mexican airlines companies and Interjet has the most confortable seats and a personalized service from personnel aboard, besides that, cheap prices. I highly recommend the airline.

this airline is the worst that exists, the online check says that the reservation does not exist, then you call and say yes but you have to arrive 3 or 4 hours before the check. Then in the reservation says luggage included but upon arrival they charge you for each baggage and if you make a stopover they charge the same for each stop and that does not make sense since it is not your final destination. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS AIRLINE WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I TRAVELED HERE.

When I log into the Interjet website, I can see all my flight details perfectly well. However, When I log into this app, it says I have no upcoming reservations. This will make it very difficult for me to check in while traveling, rendering the app useless. Even Interjet’s own customer support told me I should forget about the app and just check in from a computer or at a check-in desk at the airport. Bah.

Also delays are very common on the airline! 1hr delay going, 2hrs coming back! Counter personal are miserable and bored of their job so they will treat you like you are nobody! Especially in Mexico! I was horrible, they stole my cellular phone from one of my carrier bag, when I was boarding from Dallas to Mexico they told me a was no space in the plane and they send my carrier bag down to the plain and when we land in Mexico my cellular phone a wasn’t in my bag anymore, I reported but they told they can’t do anything about it.

Our plane was two hours late. Our luggage ended up arriving until the fourth day after our one week vacation. Our car rental was not available because of the plane arriving late. Our vacation was ruined because of interjet. They didn’t want to refund my luggage either. My family and I will never fly with this airline. Worst service ever.

Do not book with Interjet, trust me the price at first looks good but they are known and have just recently once again cancelled my flight 2 months ahead of time for no reason at all but to charge me double the price now. They will cancel your flight and then send a voucher to “enjoy” when they know very well that you will have to spend way more with them now and forced to fly with them because they will not give your money back it’s honestly so shocking how an airline could be scamming people like this and check out all the millions of similar complaints and people trying to get their money back too on Twitter or online forums and you’ll see it’s not just me they’re doing this to. The customer service is crap they couldn’t care less about the satisfaction of the client only scamming you and making you pay more for their cancelled flight they cancelled themselves.

To be honest for what I paid for I cannot complain about the flight..what I can complain about is the lack of customer service and that they’re allowed to charge at the desk for services that they charged when buying the ticket. For example when I bought my ticket I have written proof that I was allowed to take 2 checked bags. When I got to the counter they said I had to pay for the second and I’m on my way back they said I had to pay for both checked bags I wasn’t even allowed to take one. When I showed the email they said it was wrong and just plain said it was an error. They take advantage of peoples state of mind...when you fly you feel pressured and they know that people will pay anything to catch the flight that they have already paid for.

I had a yoga retreat planned for Costa Rica 3/19/20-3/25/20. The trip was canceled due to the corona virus. I sent Sansa and Interjet customer service emails on 3/15/20. I had a flight change for August 2020 the next day from Sansa. I did not receive a response from interjet, even tho I was advised to email my request change of day because it was virtually impossible to get thru on the phone. I emailed a second time with no response. I went to the website on 3/19/20, followed the directions to change flight. It did not work, just said OOPS! I call every day to speak to a human being but can’t get thru. I canceled my trip with request for trip in August in good faith and to be responsible to avoid not being able to leave Mexico City or Costa Rica. As it turns out, Costa Rica HAS closed its border. I don’t want a refund, just want to keep same itinerary for August. Out of 4 airlines and a car company, Interjet is the only company that has been unwilling to provide appropriate compassionate customer service.

Returning from Oaxaca going to San Antonio Texas, I was unable to check in the night before. Unable enroll via the app. Unable to get any flight information. Unable to select “flight notifications” The failure code reads “unable to connect to the server”. I recommend starting over using known technologies. This Application is Useless

Version 1.9.1 is avast improvement from the .0 version. It no longer crashes every time I use it. I am impressed how fast Interjet released the fix. My only question now is “Where did the App discount go?” Interjet previously offered an extra little discount when using the App over the internet or phone, but it’s gone. 😢 Oh well, in my opinion still a great app and a great, reasonable fee, airline.

Chicago-Guadalajara-Monterrey. I was informed at check in my connection flight Guadalajara monterrey was cancelled. But they would check me in the next flight to monterrey... 12 hours later! Asked clerk what was I supposed to do 12 hours in the airport and he said you can walk around and eat tacos... While being checked in the connection for 13 hours after arrival time, I was purchasing another ticket for my connection with a different airline. I asked Interjet clerk if I would be reimbursed he said I would need to find out when I got to Guadalajara. I barely made my connection with the other airline, absolutely no time to find out with Interjet in Guadalajara. Never would flight Interjet again!

Soy clienta de Interjet desde que empezo a volar, empece tomando mis vuelos de Toluca o de la ciudad de Mexico a Acapulco unas 10 veces al año y siempre en ella, de dos años para aca vuelo minimo una vez al mes de Puerto Vallarta a Toluca o a Mexico. Tambien he volado a Merida, a Veracruz cuando volaba de Toluca y a Bajio, en fin todos los vuelos nacionales que hago trato de hacerlos por Interjet. El servicio es excelente, la limpieza, etc y en cuanto a puntualidad he tenido mucha suerte porque a lo largo de estos años solo me he vivido 3 retrasos. Lo unico que no me gusta es que subieron la tarifa para cambio de nombre y que el programa de puntos es muy complicado porque estoy bajo dos nombres diferentes porque no lo pude corregir en una cuenta y tuve que abrir otra con otro nombre porque en el callcenter nunca me han podido ayudar Atte Miriam Del Rosario

Made reservations months in advance then Interjet changed my schedule to me arriving in Havana at midnight. First time visiting Cuba and since from US can’t make reservations. Tried to call many times but when transferred to department that could help me no one would pickup, also sent messages with no answer. Very unhappy and will never use this airline again. Also I should add I see my original flight still advertised with seats available.

My family and I love flying Interjet, it’s so nice to travel with all your needs, gifts for family and extra items you bought last minute and not have to worry about extra charges when you arrive at the the airport, seats are only $5.00 dollars! :) (light and ultra light not included) I always pick Optima or Priority, bags can be up to 55lbs or less! And they allow 2 per person! It’s always stressful to travel these days with so many extra expenses added when you check in that you’re not aware of, especially if you don’t travel often. Interjet Airlines has made our trips, comfortable, agents have been pleasant to deal with, they also treat you with respect! My trips to Mexico will definitely be on Interjet! I reside in Oregon, and hope Interjet adds Portland airport to their route soon!? So we don’t have to fly to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Or San Francisco to connect! Thank you!! R. Do not book with Interjet, trust me the price at first looks good but they are known and have just recently once again cancelled my flight 2 months ahead of time for no reason at all but to charge me double the price now. They will cancel your flight and then send a voucher to “enjoy” when they know very well that you will have to spend way more with them now and forced to fly with them because they will not give your money back it’s honestly so shocking how an airline could be scamming people like this and check out all the millions of similar complaints and people trying to get their money back too on Twitter or online forums and you’ll see it’s not just me they’re doing this to. The customer service is crap they couldn’t care less about the satisfaction of the client only scamming you and making you pay more for their cancelled flight they cancelled themselves.

To be honest for what I paid for I cannot complain about the flight..what I can complain about is the lack of customer service and that they’re allowed to charge at the desk for services that they charged when buying the ticket. For example when I bought my ticket I have written proof that I was allowed to take 2 checked bags. When I got to the counter they said I had to pay for the second and I’m on my way back they said I had to pay for both checked bags I wasn’t even allowed to take one. When I showed the email they said it was wrong and just plain said it was an error. They take advantage of peoples state of mind...when you fly you feel pressured and they know that people will pay anything to catch the flight that they have already paid for.

I canceled a flight within the 24 hour window back in October 2019 and didn’t get my money back til 4 months later on late February 2020, sooo many calls and always a 50 mins waiting to talk to a representative!!! I call over 50 times within the 4 months period just to get my money back. It’s the last time I fly with Interjet.

I did enjoy the air portion of the flights to Mexico, Costa Rica and return to USA. However, the quality of the planes and terminal facilities were not the best. Not sure if it was because Mexico is or was planning a new airport or because you have not negotiated better leases. Planes need updating: no WiFi o USB charging in either planes or terminals. And in both Mexico and US we had to walk down steps, ride in buses, wait standing and walk long distances to reach gates that changed and were not notified in App or e-mail. Not sure what people with disabilities went through. Buy at my age (70) it was quite a challenge. I’m not sure I can handle going through that again. Also there was no food available even to purchase? What’s up with that when you had free alcohol available up to hard liquor. Thank Goodness for the unhealthy potato chips. Remind me to bring a lunch next time if there is a next time. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. PS And by the way, the crew did a great job despite the lack of resources. Hats off to them.

Got a phone call this morning and it was interjet saying are return flight has been canceled, after talking with them they said the next flight they could get us on was in two days. They offered us no accommodations or help with are rental car or food. We were not prepared for this or expecting these extra expenses. The guy on phone told me I needed to talk to customer service after changing my ticket, but then after changing my ticket he said that they changed my ticket for free, like they were doing me a favor. And that since he did that ,customer service would not compensate me or help me in anyway. Was on hold with them for an hour and then call was dropped. Beware if they ever do that to you. Talk to customer service first about being put up before making your new flight. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

At the time we booked, it seemed to be a good idea. We vacationed all over Mexico and really enjoy the beaches but getting there can be a problem. The seats are comfortable in all classes. Don’t fly through Mexico City unless you really have to. Very difficult and confusing, staff very uncooperative. Mexico has a lot to offer American tourists, it after all their major source of income. Inter-jet should keep that in mind when they seat all their passengers the decide to take an hour to fuel the aircraft after sitting empty at the gate two hours prior. I regret not taking Spanish in school as it’s a beautiful language; bet we feel that a company that has millions of customers that speak a limited amount of Spanish could accommodate by offering English instructions. We will continue to visit Mexico but will use other transportation and never use Interjet again

Refunds or credit are frankly not going to happen with interjet. Communicating with customers service is very difficult also. I had a refund/ credit to get back from interjet; sent my documents to customer service back in June 2019. To this date I’m still waiting for my credit and not a word from them after telling me they will communicate back in 60 days Max with my credit. I travel every 2 months to Mexico and find this airline meeting my expectations their crew is courteous and always willing to assist in all needs. I find their air fairs to be lower than the rest of their competition in most cases. They serve drinks and beverages at no cost to their passengers. They do not over charge for documented baggage and always very lenient with with a couple of kilos in excess weight. Great Job Interjet !!!!

We are not happy with customer service when we went to check in for flight to Cancun on 7/8/18. Expedia sent check in information to wrong email so I was never able to check in 24 hrs before flight. When we arrived at airport we were told we had no reservation and needed to go to Delta sense we were flying home from them. When it finally got straighten out we were told the flight was boarding and we couldn’t board. I had to purchase 2 more tickets for a later flight. The customer service lady was not helpful she was rude. I requested a refund or credit for flight. Expedia has informed me that then have reached out to Interjet.

I had a connection flight in Mexico from Peru and the flight turned out to be an overnight stay so I found a room in the airport hotel. It was a long walk from the hotel to the check in we got there an hour early but everything is very confusing so by the time we found international it was 45 minutes before boarding and they said that we lost our tickets because you need to be there one hour early. I tried telling them we were there an hour early but it was confusing to find international but they didn’t want to help. I had to buy one way flights from United to get back to houston. Our first leg of the flight from JFK to Cancun was very pleasant. Even spoke highly of the airline to others when we arrived in Cancun. Coming home was a nightmare! The ticket agent had us standing at the counter in Cancun for almost an HOUR while he tried to figure out how to accept payment so I could willingly pay for an extra checked bag. VERY RUDE... gave us no explanation for the delay except “it’s complicated”!! We get on the plane to find DUCT TAPE on the armrests, cracked and separated seat backs, and netting held on to seats by ZIP TIES! I have PICS! The plane took off and an overwhelming odor of oil or fuel was gagging us! VERY SCARY! Not one crew member greeted or said goodbye to any passengers at the beginning or end of the flight. THE WORST!!!

The ONLY reason they are getting a star is because I had to. I will NEVER fly Interjet again and I will not recommend them to anyone! We missed our flight in Mexico City due to a delay leaving Dallas. They told us it was our fault we missed the flight and that we would have to buy 2 more tickets. The next flight out was the next day. They showed no concern about us being stuck in a foreign country! All they cared about was getting more American money! ABSOLUTELY the worst company ever! You are not able to see what the baggage is on when you are selecting your type of flight Also unable to chose one type of flight and another one when traveling with a child. Why do both have to be of the same price?

Website and app doesn't even work. Tried to checkin with confirmation number and it says I don't have a reservation. Had to call customer service, wait 30 minutes for someone to answer, they give me another confirmation number, go back to the app, and "server" doesn't work. Then tried doing it online through my computer, doesn't work either. Interjet should reconsider themselves and even ask why they even exist as a whole if their app and website won't even work. Terrible and useless.

I have been using Interjet’s site for quite a few time now, but sometimes is a bit hard to navigate and also if I want to make changes to my profile I can’t seem to do so. Hopefully it will get better soon! Regards, Maria

We had a 5 hour delay flying down to Cancun and a full 7 hour flight delay on our way home!!! This is NOT exaggerated! We couldn’t believe it! And they refuse to communicate with you anything. And they never even passed out water!!!! Claimed that they didn’t have any! We got a $10 food voucher in Cancun before boarding our flight at 2am which was scheduled for 7:15pm the day before. I am so very sorry, we will never fly this airline again! We didn’t even fly it because it was cheaper- we liked their flight times. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Made reservations months in advance then Interjet changed my schedule to me arriving in Havana at midnight. First time visiting Cuba and since from US can’t make reservations. Tried to call many times but when transferred to department that could help me no one would pickup, also sent messages with no answer. Very unhappy and will never use this airline again. Also I should add I see my original flight still advertised with seats available.

The flight was great. It departed on time. The service on board the plane was excellent. The flight was smooth. The people at the ticket desk, were very nice and helpful. The gate service was just fine. The return trip was excellent, just like the flight down, thanks for the wonderful experience.

I have been standing at the ticket counter at the DFW airport and there's no one here to tend to your customers. I called the 800 number and they assured me they were not closed and someone should be here. I guess another airline will get my business from now on

I receive emails regularly from Interjet and search for emailed sales offers in the app. Prices are higher than I’d expect from the sale. Last time, I saw a notice from a 3rd party and checked on Interjet website and the exact same flights on the app. App price was $15 USD higher. I enjoy flying on Interjet, I do not enjoy feeling like I’m being gamed with pricing the same thing via different access types, both online (vs calling).

Worst trip ever

2 hour Delay boarding and an hour delay when landing because they wouldn’t assign us a gate, tried to use the restroom and was rudely told to sit down. At one point I asked the flight attendant for water, she said yes but never brought it. When picking up our luggage one of my suitcases was damage, the metal handle was torn off only leaving 2 metal sticks sticking out. They say they are not responsible for damage luggage but really it must have taken a lot of force to tear that off. Worst trip ever

Internet started strong and love the service and fares however in the last 4 trips they were delay for a minimum of 2 hours and last flight was delayed 4 hours Without notice this is very inconvenient specially on the overnight trips were your at the airport at 10:00 and flight dies not leave until 4:00 am on all 4 instances we were not given Notice of delay

Canceled my flight from Mexico City to Tijuana 2 hours before take off. Front desk says to call customer service, go to the gate and inter jet employee’s have the same answer. Emailed customer service, they email me back to call. Have called 20 plus times and sit on hold for 45 minutes each time before getting cut off half of those calls. Can I just get my refund for the flight you guys canceled?

Whoever wrote this program needs to look at other airlines apps, first of all the app is confusing and the English makes it more confusing , plus the web check-in portion never works

We have flown Interjet 3 times and have enjoyed our flight every time. Efficient check in and I liked the fact that they provided a sandwich as part of our fare.

No doubt about it, Interjet has become the best Mexican airline company. I have traveled in all the Mexican airlines companies and Interjet has the most confortable seats and a personalized service from personnel aboard, besides that, cheap prices. I highly recommend the airline.

this airline is the worst that exists, the online check says that the reservation does not exist, then you call and say yes but you have to arrive 3 or 4 hours before the check. Then in the reservation says luggage included but upon arrival they charge you for each baggage and if you make a stopover they charge the same for each stop and that does not make sense since it is not your final destination. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THIS AIRLINE WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I TRAVELED HERE.

I have done several trips around Mexico and to Central and South America with Interjet. The prices are accesible and the service is excellent. I plan to continue traveling with them. Great value for your money!

Inadequate

When I log into the Interjet website, I can see all my flight details perfectly well. However, When I log into this app, it says I have no upcoming reservations. This will make it very difficult for me to check in while traveling, rendering the app useless. Even Interjet’s own customer support told me I should forget about the app and just check in from a computer or at a check-in desk at the airport. Bah.

The staff makes this airline garbage! Never in my years of flying did I meet so many nasty, miserable people working for an airline! That says a lot because someone is hiring Nd training them! Also delays are very common on the airline! 1hr delay going, 2hrs coming back! Counter personal are miserable and bored of their job so they will treat you like you are nobody! Especially in Mexico! Never again! You get what you pay for!

It was my first time flying Interjet, from Houston to Mazatlán via Mexico City On time departure, great take off video, great snacks on board but the best part.... The Mazatlán Interjet Ground Crew standing next to a " Big Gracias por Volar Interjet Sign" ALL waving goodbye!!! Keep Up the Good Work Interjet
Cellular phone stolen from my carrier bag

I was horrible, they stole my cellular phone from one of my carrier bag, when I was boarding from Dallas to Mexico they told me a was no space in the plane and they send my carrier bag down to the plain and when we land in Mexico my cellular phone a wasn’t in my bag anymore, I reported but they told they can’t do anything about it.

Our plane was two hours late. Our luggage ended up arriving until the fourth day after our one week vacation. Our car rental was not available because of the plane arriving late. Our vacation was ruined because of interjet. They didn’t want to refund my luggage either. My family and I will never fly with this airline. Worst service ever.
