Great graphics and story but the game plateaus
by Shelton Hero on 2021/02/25 23:13
The graphics of the game are great and the story is immersive. It’s a turned based strategy game and you start with already beefed up characters. The game isn’t balanced. The progress in the beginning is smooth. It starts off easy to get you used to the game and then you start seeing some challenges which test your strategy skills. The soon, as early as act 2, gets very difficult, almost suddenly. Even as other challenges open up, there’s a hard stop on progression and limited ways to level up heroes. I don’t need to breeze through the game but I can beat a team easily in one level, and in the next, I play over and over, while leveling up gear and characters, and I stay stuck. Overall, it’s a good game but needs improvement in adjusting difficulty levels.
Pretty cool

Good yet bad simultaneously
by JessieLynnCraig on 2021/02/21 23:47
As much as I love this game, it can get VERY IRRITATING, the game crashes RANDOMLY, and any Raid/energy that was WASTED because of the games’ crash it doesn’t give it back. There could be a important event going on and you use the last of your raid energy before the event closes, and get what you need also if it crashes you loose the energy even if it wasn’t even used, and you’ve lost out on the rewards you were trying to get. Also the Clan members can be straight up a-holes for no reason at all, even if you do what they ask, stay active everyday etc you can get kicked even during a Clan Event, and then you’ll loose out on the great rewards that you could’ve gotten if the jerks didn’t kick you, sure you’ll get some but only a partial amount. There’s just a LOT of things that could be worked on getting fixed aside from just the storyline. Another thing is that during Raids the jerk Clan members will purposefully scatter themselves so when you join the raid there’s nowhere that’s even worth the time to join. Also in the arena you get put up against 98% of the battles are unwinable, you get matched up against maxed out characters and players that have a total power that’s double or triple what you have, it stinks. Aside from the terrible issues I have with the game, I still enjoy playing it, I just don’t understand why they don’t fix the problems, they’re pretty obvious they need/could be changed.
This game is a JOKE
by USA for ever on 2021/02/19 15:13
All they care about is money. No new content, only new magic passes monthly. A bunch of factions that aren’t worth crap.
Really fun!

Although I’m only a few hours in, I am having a lot of fun. I think this is my new go to mobile game. Final fantasy similarities. Give it a shot

One of the best App games available!!!
by Batmanax on 2021/02/14 04:56
Whoever says is pay to win is being dishonest. Yes, it does gives you the opportunity to purchase to progress, and level your team faster. Although you have that choice, you also have the ability to progress just the same without spending a dime, but it will take time and patience. They are pretty fair on keeping the free to play community engage and entertain, at least that has been my experience so far. They have truly put thought and passion in this game. Love the art, the creativeness of each characters and the ability to mix and match to your liking. I recommend this game to anyone!

So I don’t often ......or really EVER actually write a review but this game is BY FAR the best mobile game I’ve played.....it’s truly a rare breed, not a cash grab, amazing story, the English actually makes sense lol I truly wish more developers would make games like this
A good distraction but needs more guidance
by JimTomSki on 2021/02/09 22:19
I enjoy this game, and should give it 4 stars, but the point of much of how to play is pretty vague. I mean I understand the basic mechanics but there are so many hoops to jump through I feel like I am missing something major. Still, I enjoy trying to level up and there are much worse games out there. So this 3 is sort of a 4 star!
Beste game ever!!!

This is the best mobile game I ever played! 🥰
Best Turn-Based RPG
by Uhh... I have a family. on 2021/02/08 23:14
This is by far the best turn-based rpg I’ve ever played. Everything is extremely well built! Sound is incredible. Gameplay is fantastic. Highly rated It’s not easy getting started so I’d suggest joining a Clans discord right away and asking them if you can add some high level members as friends so that you can progress quicker.
Fun game and awesome design

Money grab! Lol!
by Koolits on 2021/02/03 17:50
Money grab! But not in a bad way. I’m saying you’re gonna enjoy this game A LOT you wouldn’t mind paying sometimes, I know I did! I don’t say this for any game at all but this one is an exemption. Of course it’s up to everybody to decide if they’re gonna pay to play but the quality and enjoyment I get from this I think it’s worth paying the creators. They also need to pay the bills! Plus the game community is awesome. I suggest installing Discord as well. Thumbs up Playkot!
Constant crashes
by Dontravious on 2021/02/01 21:51
Downloaded this game about a month ago. Pretty fun. But lately the game crashes so often it’s not very fun anymore. Takes about 5 minutes just to log in. Usually when I click on something, the game instantly crashes or freezes. Not a bad game, just DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Inconsistent gameplay
by Ashkarat on 2021/01/01 14:14
Great concept however the fact that you can win one battle then play exact same battle under exact same circumstances and lose makes very little logical sense. So for those looking for critical thinking look elsewhere as this is not very well thought.
Lots of potential
by %Wags% on 2020/12/31 10:35
The game has some solid potential, too bad it falls prey to the stupid modern day model of trying to extract as much money from players as possible. Overall graphics are good, story is solid and compelling, biggest issue is the pay to play model. Will be deleting after writing this.
So far so good
by PlutoniumFacemask on 2020/12/29 08:49
The game starts off great but leads you straight into a pay to win scenario. I’d rather pay $10.00 and have a normal game. But they follow the same blueprint as other games. It’s still fun though
Great game, except for repetitive play
by Shred the Axe on 2020/12/26 17:12
Overall the game is well done except for one major set-back. Memory spheres are redundant. Many games have done away with forcing repetitive game play, the turnover rate because of this is astronomical. Many players dump games because of this one terrible feature. It’s very interesting that these devs still force this horribly boring feature on it’s players hoping they can get people to make a purchase. Memory spheres are just not an incentive in this day and age, it’s just a reason to move onto the next game.

Fun game but offers are too expensive
by Lhhncfgkhh on 2020/12/20 19:57
The game is great. There is so much to do and so many people to unlock and level up. The one big complain would be the cost for things. They are charging $35 for 2/3 of the pieces needed to unlock a single character. That would be hilarious if it wasn’t so shocking!
🙃
by M Getty on 2020/12/19 17:43
Great distraction game
Don’t spend any money
by scotarick on 2020/12/12 06:29
After spending money, my characters do worse. My conclusion is that they just send tougher opponents so that you spend more money. There is a logarithm probably somewhere that does this so they make money.I was hoping they were fine was just making some money and maybe designing a really cool game but it’s all the same.
Buggy
by LMatt613 on 2020/12/08 13:50
I keep getting kicked out. Often when I try to make a purchase in the middle of the process it complains about my password before I can even enter one. And at random times when I click something, the app just quits.
Another wait to play game.
by ilyakhkhkh on 2020/12/01 00:57
As said as soon as your energy runs out, good bye, you gotta pay $$ to recharge. Very not smart move from developers. How do t you get, the more people play the game the more addicted they get, and you just cut them off with energy regeneration bs. I’m gona go play something else that don’t require such.
Very fun old time turn based

Average game but...
by jdkdjjvhshd on 2020/11/22 04:39
Game is cool so far. I’m on day 3. Kind of tedious so far. Wait for energy, battle through stages, level up characters, repeat. Good graphics, good story, nothing that blows my mind so far. Average game. I like that you can auto battle and collect rewards. Arena system is pretty average (pvp). It’s a decent distraction. Better than a lot of games out there.
So well done
by MammaJamma97 on 2020/11/22 01:15
I am super busy these days, but have been missing an old-school RPG feel. This game strikes such a swell balance between depth of world & characters, but not SO much that I get confused or lost, or can’t recall what I was up to if it’s been a few days. And the graphics are superb. All in all - I’m just having lots of fun with this game!
Buyer Beware
by SteveJenHumphries on 2020/11/21 16:16
Spent over $150 just to get started. Game is a money grab just to be competitive. Save your money with PlayStation or Xbox. Will delete today to save my wallet.

Yes, This game has beautiful graphics and nice gameplay BUT you advertise things that are free but they are not... the messages that pop up in the game are gimmicks do not believe them. The tutorial message said refill your energy for FREE so I clicked on it and it took 50 of my gold. Greedy developers, how rude!

Game is a scam
by epsiiiiiiiii on 2020/11/05 15:18
As many other games they offer packs that will give give you between 1 and X items. It is all over the game, a lot of the heroes come through these. And guess what, you will always open 1 piece in 90% of cases. They will also offer you to buy equipment or to upgrade heroes. Even equipment that you can find in 1 minute for free, they have placed a random price tag of $55 for example! If you are dumb enough to waste your money? They will even offer you pay for hoeros you already have maxed. All these “offers” are right in your face every single time you open the game, sometimes you have to click through 3-4 of those every time you go in game... Just, don’t be fooled by all the reviews, the game is a scam! It’s as simple as that. And if you decide to play it... Good luck with the “one time offers” that you lose if you close them! You’ll see what I am talking about :)

I love this game, its wide range of characters, inspired by Dungeons & Dragons and all your favorite fantasy books and movies! Excellent progression system, game play, and just enough events to keep you engaged long-term. The art and graphics are top notch too. It would be great to have the ability to own a primary character and customize them across the board: appearance, skills, weapons, etc... maybe in a future update?

They characters, lore, abilities, etc all remind me a little of playing D&D, so if you’re into fantasy turn based combat, or hero collecting games, you’ll love this little game. It’s a great way to kill time, and you sometimes can end up killing a little too much 😅

by Chingiz Shonay on 2020/10/02 08:16

Good, but overzealous on the cash grabbing
by Joshoowa22 on 2020/09/30 22:50
The good- great graphics, fun game modes like clan wars. Great gameplay and characters The bad- the amount of pushing for cash is crazy. The game seems designed to milk as much cash as possible out of you before you even know what happened. If you have any gambling addictions or have ever fallen prey to this type of game in the past, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GAME!

by Ashleigh Peach on 2020/09/19 06:56
Hello, I’m a potential user of this game, and I’m blind. I cannot see the screen at all, so I have VoiceOver activated on my iPhone. The game doesn’t work with VoiceOver and/or other accessability things. That is, it’s not self-voicing, another great option. The only reason why I gave this review what rating I did was because of the awesome music. Please fix this so I and other users with visual impairments, yes that takes into account blindness can play as well. You could hook up with Unity for the VoiceOver part and/or make the game self-voicing. Until then, I’m sorry magic user, but I cannot/won’t be playing.

Boring
by pfreese20 on 2020/09/17 01:59
Graphics are great, turn-based skills diverse and impactful. Nearly nothing is handed out for free like typical mobile games which led to me losing interest very quickly. Earning character shards and experience feels like an extreme slog after a week of playing and feeling virtually no progress. It’s a serious problem if by level 20 I can’t even keep the minimal amount of heroes I have actually earned (5) leveled up to even compete in the story mode. Why would a player want to spend money on a game JUST to get started if down the road it’s just going to end up like this again.
Coulda been a contender, but left me wanting
by (I think) on 2020/09/14 14:41
I spent money on this game so that I could give a biased opinion as someone who isn’t afraid to put money into a game so f2p players know what to expect. This could be a good game, and I want it to be, but there’s just not enough playable content. After you reach about level 30 (which will take less than a week), there’s only about an hour worth of actual playtime in the game per day. Inevitably, you’ll join a clan that requires a 3rd party chat server, and discussing the game there will be about as close as you get to playing aside from the 1 hour. Of course, you don’t have to spend money on the game, but typical of games of this fashion, you won’t be able to acquire the toons you are envious seeing everyone else use (in any moderate timeframe) unless you spend money. Again, like other games of this fashion, new toons are rolled out periodically to trump the toons you worked to acquire. Actually you should have stopped reading this at “This could be a good game” and decided to pass on it, but if your still considering playing it, I urge you to go onto some discussion boards and read some of the opinions from people who have been playing since launch and are walking away from it. Do yourself a favor, and just pay upfront for a game and stay away from this catastrophe. You’ve been informed (warned)!

Updates Interrupt Gameplay
by Soda9559 on 2020/09/14 01:38
Today is the second time that the app forced me to update to a new version right in the middle of game play. I had just finished a quest (and won) but was forced to exit the game and update the app before I received my reward. When I went back into the game, my progress wasn’t saved and it was as if i lost the quest. Absolutely ridiculous that this happens and nothing has been done to fix it or at least give players a reward in return for lost progress. HUGE issue.

Game has always been one of the harder games on mobile but now it’s just plain awful. With some of the worst pvp ever seen where ever one just uses the same team. All champions have the same item sets and the story campaigns are just to hard leaving you to grind for months at a time just to finish 1 area. Developers don’t care about players concerns at all since the same complaint has been made about the campaign difficulty and the absurdity in pvp for over a year. They just make new characters hope people will throw money at this bottomless pit of a cash grab. Shame could be a great game but as usual greed kills it.
Dang!!!!

I saw a lot of reviews about “graphics” prior to downloading this game. I also saw something about the terms and agreements so I decided to research the company that made the game. I was just curious. What sold me on the decision to finally download it was on their website it shows them playing good ol’ table top games like 40k to unwind. And with that, I was SOLD. Lol..does that make me shallow? As for the game, you can definitely see that the graphics look impressive in the previews within the App Store but seeing is believing (as they say). I decided to give the game a try and see if the reviews were accurate. I have not finished the story but I’ve got to say that, so far, the game is pretty freakin’ amazing! Yes, the graphics are great but (if I get a bit technical) it’s the character and creature design that’s really the show stopper! There are some ‘nods’ to popular pop culture icons but that’s not a bad thing by any means! They’re a fan favorite for a reason so seeing them reimagined to fit within the game’s universe is awesome! That’s not saying every creature/character is a rebranding of something else. There are some wonderful character designs in here that are unique and help paint the world and give it some colorful depth. As for the game itself, it reminds me of some other popular games that I’ve recently played. There is a blending of mechanics and game design that are similar to multiple games. Again, that is not a bad thing! If one thing works for one game and another thing works for another, what’s better than combining these things? I suppose an argument could be made that it’s more like one than the other and I could see that argument but, for me, it reminds me of a few. I downloaded this game to see what it was all about and I think I’m going to stick with it for a while. I’m genuinely looking forward to watching the game grow!
Great game but
by furiiouspixxie on 2020/09/06 23:30
Every time I go to upgrade a character, it doesn’t give me the option to choose how much I want to level up or “train” my characters. It only allows for the maximum level up or not at all. I think it’s a glitch! It was working fine before. Over all, great concept! I was having fun.
Nerf barbarians !!
by Greedisgoodshsjs on 2020/09/06 01:33
How is it possible that common and the most easy to assemble heroes could beat any team in this game especially teams with Artus !?!?! It’s doesn’t make sense. I don’t want to donate anymore and all my friend who spent around 2k$ left the game. If all have Super team from beginning no reason to assemble new heroes.
Being Ignored By Support Is Getting Old
by MonLilyD07 on 2020/09/05 14:34
You provide updates that cause Game Center to disconnect from the game and close a request for assistance with absolutely no response. That’s low! I’d rather not ask for refunds on my most recent and, as of yet, unused investments ($80+) but at the same time I don’t like getting kicked in the face either. This issue already cost me clan quest for a day, Tournament, progression in the Magic Pass (which I paid $24.99 plus tax to unlock) and in a couple of hours, clan wars. I look forward to the day when I can write another Rave review. This game could be fun if Support wasn’t so one-sided about who they help and whose games they deter.
Amazing!

This game is pretty cool honestly I’m not the type of person to play games on my phone especially these kind but it’s super addicting the grind the way you have to build yourself up to be the best it’s amazing I just wish we could win gold easier without spending money. And yes I spend money on this game lol super impatient overall this is great
Fun from the start!

I’ve only been playing a couple of days, but I love everything about it so far, the graphics, the story, the characters. It’s everything I was looking for in an IPAD RPG! I definitely recommend this one!
Consistently Bad
by lovestoplay2918:7 on 2020/09/02 18:21
So the graphics are great, they could have a fun game here, but they don’t do what they say they will do. Events that you pay money for and are supposed to end in 24 hours after 30 days of effort magically disappear 24 hours early. It’s a timer for goodness sake, don’t lie to us and state you don’t understand why it ended early. You should refund every dollar spent on that magic pass and the last one which you also prematurely ended. Clan wars are a joke, it’s the entire world all at once. Just implicit it and make it clan vs clan. Bad luck of being placed next to two active high level clan skills the one while another clan has no one near them and does well. It’s not because they are the better clan, it’s because of dumb luck. Plan to spend $500-$1000 per month to compete with those who have the maxed archons already, and you can’t advance to be competitive without spending big dollars. Many characters are overpowered in the game while others are useless.
Great game with some major flaws
by M0NTY604 on 2020/09/01 21:35
Age of Magic has a lot going for it, but the balancing is really bad in spots. Matches go on and on for way too long to the point where I just auto them most of the time. Way too much emphasis on defense and not on offense.

New review: this is my most enjoyed mobile game since Clash Royale, yes its a different genre... still most enjoyed game. I’ve spent real money but I’ve gained nothing that I couldn’t have earned through patience. I just wasn’t patient. I also feel it’s a beautiful game and the developers deserve some money. Most in app purchases are the price of a latte some are significantly more. But you can play this game F2P just don’t expect to progress quickly. If you like final fantasy mechanics with gorgeous graphics then this is a worthwhile game. Som quick tips your initial hero’s are not going to be your long term hero’s, don’t put a bunch of effort into them. But they will carry you through the non heroic storyline. And yes you will need to reply levels but you can use orbs to complete them instantly or you can auto complete them at 4x speed. The AI mechanics are solid both controlling your characters and the enemies. Old review: The in app purchases are crazy expensive 15-30 for a hero? I’m ok paying for my games but $1-2 here and there maybe 5-10 if it’s a good game and I feel like I’m getting a good deal but never 15 or more right off the bat.
Good but
by cautionz on 2019/07/20 06:02
I liked it at the beginning but you can’t fight back of protect yourself when being attract. You can oh my hit once while the enemy hits you over and over not a fair fight. They graphics are great I love it. But I don’t like that I beat the first fight. All of my heroes are dead the enemy are all dead I am the only one standing. Then on the second round all of enemies are standing against me. It was hard enough to beat them will all of my team mates. Then I end up fighting alone with no life left but the enemy does have full life. It doesn’t make it a fair game. They are able to come at you and hit you three to found times and I can only hit them once. My fight bottoms disappear after I hit them. Like I said I began to like it. But then seeing the is not fair. I was disappointed. You should be able to to defend yourself when you are being attack. I hope they fix it because I kind of like it. I was giving it a three star but I change it to five.
Does Not Work!
by MetaWorldPiece on 2018/09/13 04:00
I’ve given this game my money, my time, and access to my entire life according to the privacy settings, and yet I get a blank screen in return. Horrible buggy update today and the game will not even load. I’ve installed and deleted and updated and repeated many times and I’ve gotten nothing for about 10-12 hours. All I’d like is some communication to let me know what’s going on. Their latest post to their twitter page over 12 hours ago said that they had some server problems, but everything is back to normal and working great. Lies. It hasn’t been working for at least the past 10-12 hours. Update your twitter page or FB page or something with some current relevant info. Give us an update on what the heck is going on. And don’t push an update that isn’t ready. Nobody was dying to have this update. We don’t need stupid little in game sounds for every little button we push. They are annoying as heck and it was way better without the little extra annoying sounds. This game is a great game with awesome graphics and great replay-ability. But they charge a lot of money for things in game and for all that money they should at least avoid the amateur hour of having their servers down the entire day with zero communication to their paying players. Rant over. Ps. Why the heck is the dodge rate in ToH so dang hi for the AI but not for me?
Mixed feelings
by Invictus5000 on 2020/06/21 14:46
Game with amazing graphics, decent story line going up until individual characters which they could definitely delve a little deeper into each character and backstory instead of putting a clever little line on each character menu that honestly doesn’t do right by connecting the player with the characters. Also they completely botched the pvp system. No way to Manuel set up desired defense . Or make individual characters equipment unique . Each character will have the same set stats and the same set equipment and the same set skills . There is no deviation or choice which makes pvp unique in its own way . Basically if you have the same champion there will be nothing different about them if they have the equipment set . Which is boring in its own right. Lastly it’s broke because of the pvp TIMER . Probably the most aggravating thing about this game. You have 5 minutes to attack another player which some characters can’t even get certain CD skills off in that time and all defenders have to do is stack certain healers like the OP defense Lucky which seems nearly impossible to beat. Everyone just uses the same characters in this matter and it’s utterly exhausting . Good game, definitely needs revised
Farm potion simulator
by Yrunkmonkey on 2018/10/24 11:28
Dont get me wrong the game looks and plays amazing, but that is the issue. From the beginning of the game you seem to be progressing fairly stradily as per usual in f2p mobile games but that lasts about as long as an EA executive telling you that they care about player feedback and not money. By the fifth or so mission in the campaign you are now expected to farm up on your previous missions for potions because hey, why play the game and level up your characters later on in the experience like most games when we can get the ball rolling right from the start. Thr game is really well made and it seems very interesting to play from the characters abilities to animations during fights. So why take the best part of what you have and make it so your players just farm 90 percent of the time skipping the actual combat for pitions or that “one piece of gear you need” when im literally i kid u not only level 7. Seriously if you want me to play and not be bored from the get go then at least try and pull me in some more before giving me the WoW experience. In all a great game to play and enjoy. In between the farming and rehashing of previous levels that is.
Amazing game, slow energy
by Fittirc on 2018/09/26 06:35
First, I’d like to say that this game was very well made from the graphics to the gameplay. I was overloaded with energy at the early levels, so I had a blast with grinding out the stages and following the storyline. Especially love the character design and their abilities despite the healer meta (literally cannot progress without 2 healers). I would love to play more and more of the game, but I just can’t. The reason? Energy takes six minutes (SIX MINUTES) to restore just one point. That’s crazy! I literally play for less than 20 minutes, wait 8-9 hours for the energy to refill to full, play for another 10-15 minutes, wait another 8-9 hours, and the cycle continues. At most, I will only get around 40-50 minutes of play time in a day. Some might say, “Just play another game in the meantime” and while I agree with that statement, you risk losing players as they find more interest in other games. Instead of keeping players in the game, the game is pushing them away. It’s a shame that I invested money into the game with Nintendo’s Dragalia Lost around the corner. I would have loved to continue the journey with this game, but an example like just turns me off even more from less notorious mobile companies.
Great Game
by Gjvhkjugfbjiugdeedgvhjiyteefh on 2019/09/29 20:56
Really fun game, my favorite in a while. I had been looking for a Turn Based Strategy game like this for a long time, but so many just have an Auto button that fights just as good as you. This has an Auto button, but does not fight as well as you, meaning you have to actually play the mission to get three stars, then you can do them instantly. Lots of gameplay, not pay to win at all, as paying only helps you progress faster. I would like to see implementation of a reward system for players when a friend uses their hero. Then you would have reason to add lower level friends than you other than just being nice. Would like to see faster energy recharge as you have to wait very long in between play times to get full energy. Also it takes a lot of grinding to get enough XP for your hero’s, partially because of the slow energy recharge, but also just because it takes a lot to level them up in the middle levels. All in all, good game, still needs some work. Also excited to see what is coming soon...
Not What I Expected
by Swagrid23 on 2019/03/31 18:34
So. I’m looking for a new game right. But I’m short on cash. So. I think. What’s the App Store fit and then I find this game. Age of Magic. And when I get into it. It seems pretty typical. But then I notice the most crucial part to this play style. Balanced availability. In the fact that leveling up isn’t a chore (at least till lvl27, that’s what I am right now) the fact that there’s a myriad of ways in getting the resources needed to level up your hero’s and continue playing the game. Nothing is definitively locked behind micro-transactions. The difficulty and basic look of the game doesn’t seem to bad either. Difficulty racks up for sure but not in a drastic/exponential way. And if the game wasn’t locked behind smartphone capabilities(I.e. graphics) then I’m sure this game could/can have been a decent P.C. potential and console release(change up the combat to make it a bit more engaging). All in all. 5/5 keep up the good work guys.
Offline mode?
by Fabian Fox on 2018/08/01 19:10
So I’ve played this game for about an hour now, and I think it’s save to say it’s a flawless one. All it needs is an offline mode. Here’s why. When I was playing this, I was just about to finish a level when I got out of Wi-Fi range and the game stopped. It’s not a bad thing that it happened. It just brought up the idea. Why not make this game offline accessible so that, let’s say that a person has little access to the internet, want to play the game. Well now they can! Remember, this is just an idea, but it’ll make a lot of people happy. Including myself. This game is a masterpiece and this little add on will make all the difference. So thank you for reading, and keep up the good work. -Delta On a side note, there are not many offline games WORTH playing. So it would be nice to have a good, free, offline, turn based game like this.
Potential, but...
by Are all the names taken? Wth? on 2018/05/25 00:19
The game has great graphics and it attempts to create a turn-based, tactics interface. The first few levels have mini bosses that eventually join you as a participating party member. When you do, it offers you a one time purchase of $5 to buff the new player. This seems to be a fickle deal because at this early point, I haven’t decided if I like the game yet. And if I ever decide I like the game, the deal has already expired. It turns out that if you don’t purchase these upgrades, the levels quickly become difficult to win—that is, you get stuck at around encounter 7 or 8. But your account levels up quite quickly; and each time you do, you get bonus/surplus energy. So all you can do is regained the old levels repeatedly. The issue I have is that the characters (if you don’t pay $5 each) are quite underwhelming. They require several hits to kill the enemy and they die in a few hits. While most hero games try to make you feel powerful in the beginning and level it off towards the middle, this game makes it difficult from the start. It’s quite possible the game becomes fun and balanced later on, but the slow start doesn’t encourage me to stick it through. On top of that, the menu response time is sort of delayed. It’s not really an issue until you start navigating around. I think the game has potential, but it would benefit from giving users an energetic, exciting boost in the beginning instead of a slow, shaky one.
Amazing with flaws
by Skinmann01 on 2018/05/21 19:03
I prefer to start with the cons because when I read comments, I want to know why people don’t like a game more than what they like about it. Keep in mind that I am still giving a 5* (updated to 4) rating even with my current list of Cons. Cons: - Very tedious to get started if you don’t spend real world money. Getting past stage nine takes some grinding. - (Updated: Combat animations are PAINFULLY slow! The game by design already has slow combat with turn-based. Making the animations look like the heroes are in slow motion is going to lose a lot of players. I have played for another couple hours since my initial review and after seeing the animations hundreds of times, I can’t do it anymore.) animations are very slow. The ability to increase the speed of combat animations should be added. It gets very old very not fast. - The story is a little generic (at least so far) with a turn based strategy game the story is what should be the primary motivator to keep playing and it is lacking a little. Not saying it is bad necessarily, but it leaves me wanting more. Pros: - The best turn based game currently available on iOS in my opinion. I have played Summoners War for a very long time and this game has completely replaced it. - Beautifully animated and the cutscenes are really well done. - Characters and skills are really well done. I can relate to the primary character, Roland, and he has a lifelike feel.
Great graphics, familiar game....
by Blixio on 2018/08/09 02:02
I’ve only put 12 or so hours into the game so far, so this is a rather “first look review”. First thing first, this is basically the exact same model that Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is built around. Interface, obtaining playable characters through shards, 6 equipment slots to increase stats, bundles to get characters/advance faster, etc. This game is just themed more around magic, has an actual plot and has better graphics. All that being said, it’s a nice little several hour filler (unless you use the auto complete tokens, then you’re basically done for the day in 5 minutes). I’d love to see many more playable characters introduced. There seem to be many “Acts”, or playable areas that introduce other characters, but the pool is limited and when I try to “find” shards there’s no available way to get them for some characters. AoM has started off on a good foot, but their future will be determined by the devs and marketing
Work of art
by Cebonite on 2018/05/24 19:09
Let me tell you something I tried out this app because it looked sick. When I started the game up I was legitimately stunned by the effort and hard work put into the graphics and effects. The game has storyline and much more. A true work of art. And even the in store purchases are at an absolutely appealing price so the developer did a great job at balancing purchased boosts at a low cost making it easy and appealing for players to help fund the game for fantastic new updates should the developer put lasting effort into this game or even a second one or third. My only request would be create some sort of slow motion kill like watching that blast just crush an enemy sending them to their death is enthralling. Perhaps in a patch and then I’d say this game is all you need. It earned its own spot on my wall keep up the good work
A beautiful world filled with magic.
by Dxillusion on 2018/06/09 20:33
At its core, Age of Magic is a beautifully crafted turn based rpg-light. Make your way through gorgeous environments all while leveling and gradually increasing the strength of the heroes you inevitable gather. Age of Magic has all the standard monetization of a f2p. Energy, strength walls, and hero’s that seem to take ages to unlock. Aside from iffy monetization, the game is well put together. Pleasant sound, although there could be voice acting implemented in the future. Beautiful environments that mend well with the campaign (many various looks) from iced filled caverns go lush colorful Forrest’s. The hero’s are unique as well. Looking vastly different and each come equipped with three spells. Choice is key. One wrong spell could mean the different between a 2 or 3 star completion. So far I’m enjoying it! I’ve spent some money to support the devs. I enjoy the level up packs that are offered during new hero unlocks. I will continue playing until the inevitable mobile monetization comes crashes down on me. I won’t pay hundreds to unlock new “super cool” characters. I can see this game becoming truly epic as time goes on. Updates and fixes to some systems as well as feedback from its players. Game on!
Great game!
by I AM BEEF WELLINGTON on 2018/07/15 21:41
The combat in this game is phenomenal! I’ve been looking for a turn based game that didn’t blow. The characters feel like they have weight to their attacks and I love how they are all different. I also love the faction bonuses! I am currently leveling strictly Kobolds and just need the Kobold Boss (forgot his name writing the review). The game isn’t 5 stars however. A few thing set it back a bit for me. The slow leveling of characters can make the game boring after a while because you’ll have to constantly replay levels if you run out of memory spheres. The energy system makes this even longer and, while I’ve been dealing with it, others might not. The last thing are the characters. It will take some time to get the characters you want. I’m still working on the Kobold Boss! All in all, the game is fantastic and I will continue to play for quite some time!
Get You Act Together
by Playa ED on 2020/05/19 23:40
Top players all across the game are considering quitting the game or outright boycotting paying for any additional content until you are able to fix the balance issues in game. These balance issues make it essentially pointless for older players to even obtain rare characters like trorin or have any incentive to fully level up characters in the game. All recent updates have been a lame attempt and extorting cash from players instead of fixing the inherent issues in the game. Some examples: - there is no point to fully level up hero past level 70 since it actually puts you at a disadvantage in tournament compared to players that did not fully max a hero - older heroes are not useable in any game format - new heroes are not even worth acquiring since they are not “meta”. - one hero trumps all other heroes (e.g. Magnus) and makes them essentially worthless and is a totally free hero - heroes that players have spent hundreds to obtain have no real use in the game - the meta is boring and consists of one “god” squad, everyone uses the same thing I personally am going to consider no longer buying any content until Playkot takes players concerns into consideration and fixes the game. It’s not enjoyable anymore with all the bugs and issues, cash grabs, and crap content. Please listen to the players and actually do something. Your revenue stream is going to go away (e.g. paying players) like myself are considering no longer buying any in game purchases.
This game is evil, the developers are diabolical
by Sonic Bodhi on 2018/11/29 13:10
Money trap- the first 30 levels are easy to attain, then after that, as you try and progress through the story line, suddenly they start hitting you with campaign chapters that allow you to survive the first wave, then consistently kill all of your characters with enemies that can kill you with one hit- all designed with the express purpose of frustrating you into spending money before you can continue any further progress- otherwise it takes monumental patience to slog through the game at a snail's pace because of the increasingly harder levels. When you level up, then the requirements go up, so any hope of real progress without spending money is an illusion. Waste of time- don't waste your money! The only option I have since this game makes my worst self come out is to uninstall it. A game should be fun, it should not promote making monsters out of people who end up feeling as if they can never win unless they spend money. Evil.
Must download!
by Amourfoxx on 2019/05/29 06:46
I love this game so much! I feel like I literally play it all throughout the day, it is so easy to just jump in and figure stuff out. I will say, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is simply because there are a few things I would like to see change that are pretty simple in my opinion. 1) The cost of things is so much when you get to higher levels, recently there was a silver correction and I feel like it just made things worse. I understand not wanting to make things TOO easy... But it is hard enough to collect silver just to 7 star up 1 character... Let alone an entire teams worth... 2) The rewards for "TOH" stay the same every round, which is great when you're still building up those heros, but other than that it would be nice to get some variety... And speaking of shards... When you max a character out, it would be nice if you didn't still see the option to buy their shards anymore. Lastly, 3) In "TOH", I feel like it would be nice to see some not so familiar faces on every round. There are plenty of heros, it would be nice if it was not the same 8 every round... Maybe throw in a boss node or something to mix it up? Honestly, other than these things, I love the game and I think a lot of really great efforts have gone into it!
Fantastic RPG for old school RPG fans
by Infinitekey on 2018/08/20 02:35
This game is literally a throw back to old school RPGS like final fantasy where it is turn based, the graphics are beautiful and it’s F2P friendly. I’ve only played for a short while but so far everything is high up there in playability and replay ability. The graphics are gorgeous and that word doesn’t do justice to just how beautiful they are. The gameplay is AAA and there are different modes to play for replay ability. Some of the things don’t get unlocked until higher levels because of game balance but I’m glad to see the devs put a lot of time and thought into this game. I also see that they interact with their players quiet often and take criticism and implement it towards change.
Needs work
by JerkTookMyName on 2019/08/31 15:08
For all of the things the game has going for it, there are some ridiculous flaws that don’t make sense. Why does Rolands Invisible Shield automatically target an ally? I have a healer with 75% life and another char at 100% and it still goes to the other char at 100%. That’s stupid. Quite literally the dumbest mechanic I’ve come across in years. The computer isn’t stupid, and will target your healer, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. Little quirks like that leave so little room for team dynamics and synergy, which is the best thing about games where you build your team. That’s what made Final Fantasy so good for years, and it’s a quality supremely lacking here. All of the main characters are independent and don’t synergize with each other. There’s no real team customization within the first 8 hours of play, and it becomes very grindy very quickly. Too much focus on graphics and not enough on diversity, synergy, and depth.
Not Competing (Yet)
by TheAudioLion on 2018/06/08 21:54
With so many variations of what Summoner War started, you have to be prepared to compete with your competition. First of all, stunning graphics for mobile. It’s really a gorgeous game. Combat feels a little sluggish but these types of games usually do, thankfully this one has a smooth animation to make it appealing. Auto combat is a plus as this style of game can be monotonous to have to tap for skills and attacks. The lack of speed adjustment is alarming. Can be easily added in future updates of course, this takes some editing of the recording of animations, but it’s almost required for a “mat grinder” game. Loses a star for that. The campaign feels a bit dull. Extensive, but dull. But who plays these games for the campaign? I think my biggest gripe is the sheer lack of sound effects. The entire menu navigation is comprised of really great music. Stunning visuals yet again in every menu. But almost literally no sound effects. Leveled up? No heroic chime sound. Used potions to level up a hero? No liquidy magic potion sound. Equipped items, menu changes, hero viewer, level selection, menu selection... not a single sound effect. Stunnings visuals become seemingly less interesting when sound effects are absent. Any new game will need improvements and all new games deserve a chance to improve.
Almost Great
by Will.I.am sorta on 2019/10/17 13:54
I’m enjoying this game. The game play is exciting, the graphics and sounds are wonderful, and the variety of things to do is good. Because there are so many different modes of play, you can always have something to do, even when you run out energy from the main game play. I have 2 issues: 1. After a certain point the levels become so challenging that it takes exponentially longer to be able to get your characters to a place where they can actually beat them. Either that or the characters take too long to level up. It can be frustrating and can lead to boredom. 2. I’ve been having difficulty making in-app purchases. Despite having more than enough credit on my App Store account, the game keeps telling me that the purchases are unsuccessful and the transaction is declined. The App Store seems to approve the purchase, but the game doesn’t. I contacted customer support, and received details instructions of what to do... for Google Play store as opposed to the App Store. There was also a stock response that playkot can’t do anything. So that communication’s been frustrating, as after a certain point you need to spend a little cash to give yourself a much-needed edge.
It’s a mixed bag.
by Kalydor on 2018/08/01 16:07
***. Updated on 8/1/18 to reflect a recent update. They’ve added some needed features and another star feels right. I still think healers are wildly overpowered. But the 2X and 4X speeds are a nice touch. And Clans seem like a fun addition. I’ll hang around a while longer to see where things go. It’s such a pretty app. I hope they get the gameplay down. And it’s a shame, because the good aspects are quite good. The graphics, animations, different character models and archetypes... I also love the team building options, what with grouping together races or classes to take advantage of marks and all. However, the super slow pacing, whether in battle or growing your heroes, is killing it for me. Also, the double healer/rez combo in Arena is bananas overpowered. I don’t like using that phrase, but in this game, if your opponent has two healers that have multiple rez and heal skills, you’re done. No chance. And I hate copying what “everyone else is doing”. If they speed things up drastically, both the speed of animations and combat pace, as well as character growth (it takes forever to gear up past gear rank 5) , I’d consider playing again. Or, at least, more often. Until then, there are other games doing the same thing better. Shame, because this one has potential.
Amazing
by Ben76480 on 2020/07/29 00:59
This game has a lot to it. It has an interesting story layout, fun game play, and difficult strategizing patterns! I try not to pay to play just because I enjoy playing games to their fullest over a long period of time and this game is great for that. You advance at a decent rate. It is not slow nor too fast where everybody is just OP. I wish there was a full blown steam version of the game with more advanced customizations and battles. With all that said this game is also great for just a short 5 minute fix as well. I recommended to a friend after 5 days of play and he also loves it and would love to see it on PC. Maybe someday, but if not it is also great as is! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Good but disappointing after few weeks
by Frozen Reaver on 2018/09/25 23:56
Good game! Others complain about slow start but after playing all those different games, gotten into them and then forget about them after a week or so, this game definitely give different experience! But after progressing and becoming level 35+ and unlocking a variety of characters, it seems the game really lacks to give exp potions for all the increasing characters. The exp challenge is not daily and give less and low tier exp potions than Act 3. Valley of Treasure’s exp potion is still not enough. And as other pointed out, energy cap is too limited and too slow to regenerate. It’s too limited that the top advice to use gold is not to buy other stuffs but to refill energy. While I like the game for slow start, gradually growing strong, I wish the game should keep up with the mid game experience by giving more exp potions and increasing energy cap. Instead it becomes more and more slower to advance than the start. I’m not suggesting to make advancing faster. I’m suggesting to keep up with the pace. Also, removing cutscenes after first time playing would be wise and adding an option to auto play the stage before the battle start would be great. Thanks
Excellent Mobile Competitive Experience

Age of Magic is an enjoyable mobile grinder with a surprising amount of nuance to keep things interesting. An increasing number of playable characters keeps you busy and allows for different play styles and strategies. With a campaign, arena, raids, and now clan wars, the semi-repetitive play doesn't feel as old as it otherwise would after months of gameplay (lvl 80, 50k+ squad power at the time of this review). The community is really great for the most part, as well. Oh, and you may have read, the graphics are pretty good, too :-) I'm hooked and here for the long haul. Now, if I could only find a way to commit to three hours on my Friday to devote entirely to the tournament...
Alot of room for improvement
by Cotner on 2018/06/27 09:52
I dont normally like turn based games but this one grabbed my attention. I really like the art style and some of the characters. The 3 stars is because you cant play the game for more than 15 minutes once you are around level 30. This game is extremely money heavy. Developing characters is very slow if you dont spend money, 5 arena matches a day if you dont spend money, energy for stages is gone in minutes and replenishes at a tortuous rate if you dont spend money......you get the idea. There also needs to be a speed up mode for the auto play and hopefully regular updates adding new characters that you can acquire without a paywall. The game has some great bones. Now just add some meat for us to chew on. For now its my 15 minute a day game then i move on to games that actually let me play them.
Promising initially, but ultimately a huge disappointment.
by Gniliem on 2020/08/26 14:26
This game captivated me when I picked it up late last year. Amazing graphics, great community of players, and interesting gameplay. As I progressed, I slowly began putting money in because I believed in supporting the dev team that made such a great game. BIG mistake. The first few months were great. But once I got to the endgame, more and more issues started becoming apparent — issues like the lack of endgame content, repeated cash grabs, constantly crashing servers, and a general lack of care from the GMs for their customer base. The unreliability of the dev team is what zapped my last bit of enthusiasm for the game. They’d make promises, keep us in heightened anticipation, and then break them — completely ignoring their player base when we voiced out our frustrations. They’d lose entire accounts and handicap clans that needed all their players online to complete key events. They routinely introduce bugs into the game with each update: the latest one sets thousands of players back in progress by 4 months, preventing them from getting a key hero that we’ve been working toward for over half a year. Overall, I would not recommend this game. Until the devs can get their act together, this is really more like a parasite — you won’t know it’s feeding off of you until you’ve been sucked dry.

Played better
by Xenooooooos on 2020/02/20 12:06
Liked it at first graphics are great storyline is great But Not a very good game when it come down to RPG turn based games. I mean you get destroyed by way lower ranking characters so why even build up your team if your getting beat by characters 10 and 15 lvls below you, I don't even have time to say all the things wrong with this game ! Like the mages dodge better than warriors also almost every time ur about to beat a Mage and it has no health it will dodge almost every time so it can heal the entire team and that if you attack with ur strongest warrior. The game needs to work on what classes have better advantages and disadvantages. A character 10 lvls below me shouldn't attack 2 to 3 time before I attack once. Summoners war and marvel strike force are way better games when it come to game play
Please Devs Read me
by ReaperWolf68 on 2018/11/02 04:38
Not going to down rate this game because it is truly a great game. However playing Marvel Strike Force religiously, its hard for me to like similar turn based rpgs. Strike Force does a great way of making the battle feel alive with slow motion attack sequences, dynamic camera angles, and above all a diversity of animations. Very often in Strike Force characters do cool specialized take down when KOing an enemy. For instance, Thanos would laser beam someone whilst walking up to them and the target tries to protect themselves and crawl away but he stomps them out. This game needs to step up its visual presentation. And thats more than just graphics. Id love to see characters do more than swing their weapon the same way, EVERY time lol. Devs update the battle scenes and make it more epic!

I downloaded this game because i was getting bored of all my other apps. Reading the reviews got my hopes up, but these days you can never fully trust all the reviews so i was fully prepared to be let down, to delete this game within an hour of playing it. But... This game has beautiful graphics, amazing art and is a BLAST to play. I made some purchases (spent about $12 so far) and im very VERY happy i did. This game is extremely satisfying and enjoyable, and i know ill continue to play this for a very long time. If anyone reads this, give this game a try and i assure you, you will be hooked. Its clean, gorgeous, and is really fun to play! By far the BEST GAME ive played in years.

Honestly was not sure what to expect, thought it was another pay to win game but its SO MUCH MORE. Level system is fast and easy. Super quick to pick up and learn. The charcters are charming and fun. And dont even get me started on the graphics, its a stunning game that runs super smooth. I do have one complaint tho... i keep getting a reconnecting error from time to time when i complete a mission. Not too much of an issue for me but something to look into for the development team. BUT KEEP IT UP GUYS. Im super hooked on this game. I literally find myself execited for my energy to refill so i can play more. Thanks for the awesome game!
Why is this game collecting personal information
by Mister Liew on 2018/08/08 15:24
After looking at one of the reviews on the App Store that also called out Playkot for their sketchy terms & conditions, I did some research and also think that this company is doing stuff they shouldn’t. I’m going to uninstall this game and suggest others to do the same, especially when there are other games like this on the AppStore. There’s no excuse for a simple RPG to be collecting personal information like my address and my name. This company used to make Facebook games and probably have the know-how to profit off of our personal information. Going to unlink my Facebook and uninstall. It’s kind of sad because this game has a lot of potential and a good setting/idea, I got up to level 37 without spending money and pretty much can’t progress anymore anyways because I’ve hit the paywall that all F2P games have nowadays. Sad what is happening to games.
Don’t spend your money
by Reup556765 on 2020/05/02 06:09
Great game! Great way to kill time on my off days or so I thought. An event I was very interested in has a limited amount of days to complete. I spent more money than I should have 1) to support the developers 2) to complete the event before the time limit. Turns out there is a limit on how many times you can play a battle! Why!!?? Purchase coins to buy orbs so you can farm all day on your off day right! NOPE. There is also a limit on how many orbs you can purchase!! WHY!? I chose to spend my hard earned dollars on this game to find out there is a LIMIT on playing. My advice DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A GAME WITH LIMITED PLAY TIME. I’m extremely disappointed in this. I definitely wasted my money on this game. My off day expectations was flushed with my money. I heard RAID was better. Might check this out again in a year or two if it’s still around.

I’m an “Old School Gaming Geek.” This game brings back memories of playing the famous RPG that you had multi-sided dice, several books, and you wrote your character info on a sheet of notebook paper... This game is free. Said other game wants you to pay $9.99...and, it’s star rating is less than this game. Currently, theirs is 4.1... The graphics for this game are pretty top notch!! Keep up the good work! I hope you have plans to expand this game using so called “extention modules”... and, possibly allowing the player to make a custom character!!!...P.S. - I’ve been gaming for over 38 years... so, to impress me with an RPG is nothing to sneeze at !!!

Game WAS great
by JoeBro109 on 2020/05/23 11:54
This game was great. Recently joined player. Loved the graphics. Character design is up there with current console games. Gameplay is addicting. There’s actually a storyline with cutscenes which feels rare for this type of game. Progress can feel slow, but with time you can get everything. Obviously paying helps you be more competitive. BUUUT Since the update game does not run on IOS. Support keeps saying to reinstall which will let me play the game for 5-10 minutes before it stops working again if I can play at all. Clearly reinstalling does not work. Yes the devs provided great compensation but I can’t really use it if I can’t get into the game. I will happily update this review if and when the problem is solved. And if the devs suggest reinstalling yet again I’ll probably drop a star.
Devs, take note

This is a beautiful game. Hear me out on this. If you want the game to crash and burn and fall like the other strategy apps, then input a p2w model. If you want this game to succeed and be played for a long time and to be known as one of the best, like the other games, then keep the model fair. This is a beautiful game, one of the best I’ve seen and I’m a veteran when it comes to these types of games. Keep the model fair, otherwise abandon ship and put out a 2 weeks notice. With the art style alone, you guys have made a treasure. Keep it updated and stay off the P2W and this game will last long
Game crashes frequently after recent update, even more after the patch...
by Genome68 on 2018/12/27 15:26
This game used to be really fun. The game started crashing after every 5th to 6th battle when displaying the rewards won. I’m wasn’t too inconvenient because it would crash after my winning were posted, so I lost nothing and just had to restart the game. After the patch, the crashes more even frequently. The worst part is it now crashes NEAR THE END OF BATTLES, causing me to lose the energy it cost me to enter the battle, AND the nearly-won rewards. MONEY GRAB!! That huge issue on top of the heavy grinding at mid-to-higher levels makes this game less fun to play as you attempt to advance; it takes forever to accumulate parts and starts costing you serious $$$ if you want to continue playing.
It’s a great game but...
by JiffyGriffey on 2020/07/18 19:22
I love the game, it’s a grind fest but that is fine. My biggest pet peeve is when I recruit a new hero or log into the game. You get bombarded with limited time offers. I’m happy just grinding and don’t plan on spending to much unless it’s on the heroes I want. I’m always checking the market interface for deals anyhow, I’d like to be able to turn off the pop up offers. Otherwise graphics and gameplay are solid. Heroes seem fairly balance depending on how they are used and grouped. Edit: I think the 6 minutes per energy really adds a bit much to the grind, takes over 30 minutes to repeat a stage of you run out of energy.
Fun game, but...
by hunterpunter560 on 2020/05/18 13:04
The game is good, the animations, graphics and story are beautiful. The music is also quite pleasant, and the character designs are some of the best I’ve ever seen! However...it is not without issues. My main one was that it crashed on start up for a solid week until I reinstalled it (sill don’t know if it will work now.). And although it is a free game, which makes some in app purchases reasonable, the main issue comes from the HUGE amount of grinding the game requires, or spend $100 or so and get to a better situation, only to grind further. It feels pay to win sometimes. So overall, amazing game, be prepared to grind, in app purchases hurt.
Do Not Support This Company
by GungHoGrama on 2020/01/29 03:29
Playkot Support would rather damage your game than to play fairly. Read the reviews! They keep the good ratings at the top and bury hundreds of ugly truths and complaints. Your private information, your email, your contacts, your AppStore/GooglePlay are not safe in their control. They say they have changed their privacy rules but they adhere to standards of their own that are borderline criminal if not actually criminal. The way they treat people asking for help is downright shameful. They make a game of fixing what you ask to be fixed but damaging some other area or character in return if they don’t ignore you completely. This game is a waste of effort for honest players and a waste of money for anyone fool enough to buy into it. Don’t waste your time on what could be a great game: Playkot will keep your game at a constant disadvantage.
8/10
by G. Wilkinson on 2019/04/02 14:24
This game has a lot of wins. There doesn’t seem to be anything you can buy that you cant grind for in a reasonable time frame, the graphics and story are both very well developed, the community is helpful to beginners and there are plenty of options to keep you playing. My one complaint is that the energy max is about half of what it should be. This limits the time you can play per day. Especially when you consider that the heroic levels take twice the energy a normal level does and you are required to do 5 just to make your dailies. Other than that I very much enjoy the game and have recommended it to all my friends.
Thank you!! 🤗🤗🤗

Thank you guys for restoring my stuff back!! I deeply appreciate it!! 😁🤗. I just haven’t gotten the compensation energy that you guys said or the rewards that you said to me in the contact us conversation we had but no worries...I know you guys are busy and I’ll be waiting patiently for it, but thank you so much for doing this and helping me get my stuff back!!! 🤗🤗🤗 Stay strong guys and all you haters hating on Facebook...back off! You guys try to develop a game like these fellas are trying! Plus I do need to get the season pass that was extended cause I haven’t gotten it yet 😁😁
Beautiful Game
by Elvenmarksman on 2018/09/12 13:30
Well yes, the privacy policies have changed not just from Playkot, (which is a small company trying to grow financially and wouldn’t purposely jack around info on individuals smart phones) the market is competitive and companies can not compromise with Apple and Googles extensive privacy policies for companies within themselves. The graphics are beautiful, the gameplay creates an environment where challenging chess-like strategy is needed to succeed which is a great way of gameplay to keep and hold interest. Similar in style to the turn-based Starwars Galaxy of Heroes but with their own heroes and characters. GJ Playkot.
Good but behind the times
by MrsButterworth on 2018/06/24 10:58
Have enjoyed this game so far, even spent some money on it over a few weeks. Great graphics, etc. That said, combat is an enormous slog here which is fine when it’s a “progression” fight but not fine at all when just farming. Essentially unplayable without the currency that allows you to auto nodes that you have 3*. Similar type games like marvel strike force and Disney heroes have gone to not limiting your farming on 3* and their combat is 1/10 what this is for investment. Maybe less. I’ve run out of memory orbs and I’m not buying more. I don’t need a full time job running scrubby nodes without them thanks. Will keep an eye and adjust review if this is re-examined by the devs though.

I enjoy this game, and should give it 4 stars, but the point of much of how to play is pretty vague. I mean I understand the basic mechanics but there are so many hoops to jump through I feel like I am missing something major. Still, I enjoy trying to level up and there are much worse games out there. So this 3 is sort of a 4 star!
Beste game ever!!!

Money grab! Lol!
by Koolits on 2021/02/03 17:50

I’m gona go play something else that don’t require such.

by jdkdjjvhshd on 2020/11/22 04:39
Game is cool so far.

Игру не развивают в целом, компанию и долину не развивают, что становится скучно от игры, когда видишь постоянно новых героев. Игра слабо развивается, к сожалению.

by Joshoowa22 on 2020/09/30 22:50
The good- great graphics, fun game modes like clan wars.

HUGE issue.

Worse over time
by 1crank1 on 2020/09/08 06:51
Game has always been one of the harder games on mobile but now it’s just plain awful.
Dang!!!!
by Nick Name351 on 2020/09/07 03:23
I saw a lot of reviews about “graphics” prior to downloading this game.

Fun distraction but...
by Om-nom-nom-nom on 2019/01/29 10:22
New review: this is my most enjoyed mobile game since Clash Royale, yes its a different genre... still most enjoyed game.
Good but

Amazing
by Ben76480 on 2020/07/29 00:59
This game has a lot to it.
Thanks
Excellent Mobile Competitive Experience
by emlit! on 2020/02/12 21:57
Age of Magic is an enjoyable mobile grinder with a surprising amount of nuance to keep things interesting.
One of the best App games available!!!

Played better

If you want something new and orginal... PLAY THIS GAME

1st Time Writing A Review...
by Ranger/Rogue/Shadowdancer... on 2020/04/23 03:51
I’m an “Old School Gaming Geek.” This game brings back memories of playing the famous RPG that you had multi-sided dice, several books, and you wrote your character info on a sheet of notebook paper...
