I have never ordered from sites like this . But this site popped up on my fb and I absolutely loved the clothes . So I ordered a shirt Jan 24th , it is now February 17 and I still don’t have the product . I have emailed and called and get the same old response it’s coming . I looked up the tracking and supposedly it was sent out Feb 2 but still nothing . I was hoping this would have been a good site to order from because the clothes are very nice BUT NEVER AGAIN will I order from here.

I wish Zi could give zero stars!! Do not buy from this company, clothes are poorly made with material similar to Halloween costume material. Had to send multiple e-mails, photos etc. before they would send me the return address. Shipped it back and postage was $19 and still didn’t get a refund so after 2 weeks I filed a dispute with PayPal and finally received a refund.

The shipping policy needs to be updated because it takes takes over a month or longer to get here because it’s coming from China so if you want your order on this website better understand that your going to wait a long time. They always makeup shipping e causes about plane delays or if they have a holiday in China forget tack on two weeks more.

Within 12 hours of making my purchase my credit card was compromised - luckily my credit card company blocked them after three unapproved purchases for for $100 each. Unfortunately for me I now have to wait for a new card and spend hours updating all of my auto pays. Within 24 hours I got an email from ROSEGAL asking for more $ to cover their shipping as they had to go with a different shipping vendor. I asked for more information but they do not respond. My best advice is to avoid this company - they are scam artists.

Awful experience shopping with this company. My very first order was a nightmare. I ordered two items and it took 4 weeks to get one and I never got the second. When I purchased both items they were in stock and then somehow after a week my order was updated to say both items were out of stock. I asked customer service what that means and they explained that the items would be sent once they were back in stock. These two items were for an event 4 weeks away and I was concerned I would not get them in time. To insure I would, I paid to express ship the items. It took 4 weeks for one item and when I inquired about the other they told me that it would be between 5-10 business days before they would have the item ready to ship out to me. 2 more weeks went by (at this point I accepted that I wasn’t getting my dress in time for my event) and I asked again what he status of my order was. This is when I was informed the item was out of stock and I would not be getting the dress at all!!! No email, no notification, nothing. Customer service then told me that my money for that item went back as credit. Eventually, I was refunded my money back to my paypal account but was told I would not get refunded for the shipping I paid for the item. I feel deceived, irritated, and taken advantage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and that’s when I saw countless complaints about this company. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and I’ve never said that about an online retailer. So disappointed.

I bought 5 dresses from this company. I got X Large, I usually don’t wear that large of a size. However I figured I would order size larger than I wear, they are to small. I have contacted the company and it seems like to me they are giving me a cat and mouse game. Do this do that they say, but then they do not tell you how to get the forms you need. I just wish they would send me what I need to do and not have all this run around. I really like one of the dresses. But it’s to small. And the others dresses are nice but just too small. So if you order from this company make sure you buy a couple of sizes bigger. Because it is hard to get them to answer their phone and to get the information you need to send them back.

I love this store, I am such a loyal customer and I always invite my friends to shop here too. The only thing I dislike is when I order an item and it’s not in stock, it should say so before I pay for it, and let’s say there’s three left, I should be one of the people to get the item if I ordered it while it was still in stock. Also your operators tell me I have points or such and such discount, and I don’t know how to use it so I always end u paying everything! Now that’s annoying! “PARTIAL SHIPPING “!🤦🏻‍♀️Smh

I placed an order in Oct and here it is Jan. 3, 2020. If it doesn’t work out side ways or for I probably wasn’t even bother sending it back. Don’t waste your time unless you can wait for 3 months. You know maybe if your order a Christmas dress for 2020 now it will be here in time.

Never Again... ordered my dresses on December 7 as my birthday gift to myself. I thought I would get them before Christmas and it’s January 1st 2020 and still have not received with estimated date on one dress of January 16!!!! I chatted with a representative to cancel the second dress on dec 23 knowing for a fact it had not shipped and I was ignored. I was shipped 12/27/2019!!! I don’t want them and I am never buying again!!

I ordered a Christmas dress at the beginning of December with guaranteed Christmas Delivery.. I even paid extra to expedite the shipping because I had a party I wanted to wear it to. Christmas has come and gone and the dress still has not arrived. I contacted the online chat in order to cancel the order and resolve the issue before I leave town today. They wanted me to cancel my trip and stay home and wait for the dress. Or have a neighbor do it. In which I replied… The dress is in California and I live in Washington! They also said that I should get an email from them within 24 hours. This company is a joke

Placed an order November 6, was told one item was out of stock, so I could exchange it for something else. I did. On December 1st I asked where it was supposed to be since the tracking information doesn’t update. Ever. They told me between December 5th and December 10th. It never showed. I asked again December 11th, they told me between December 12th and December 16th. Still. Don’t. Have it. I have received the other items in that same order and another order a month after my first and have received it. But not my first dress or a second dress.

I will never order from this company again. I’ve been trying to get money back since August. I never received my items. I went to the local post office and nothing was there. I have emailed and called numerous times. They want my order number they say it’s been delivered. Well duhh. I have not received anything and nor will they give me any explanation. Horrible customer service and just rude for taking people’s money. You should be ashamed.

I never received 2 items I paid for, and never got refunded for them. They pressured me to exchange for other items but I wanted a refund. The things I got that actually arrived were cheap quality. I’m very sad because there were so many cute clothes. But this app is a horrible online shopping experience. Don’t waste your time with them.

Items that are not available are still advertised. There is a tunic I wanted to get and saw it on Facebook thinking it was supposedly restocked, but after I pressed the shop button, there was not button to add to my cart. All I saw was it said Find Similar Items on the bottom—that was hella frustrating. They need to stop being misleading on advertising on items they don’t have. I look at the item prices, some of these don’t look like they were even worth $40 bucks and supposedly marked down to sale prices. This website is almost exactly like Shein, Zaful, and Romwe—same layout, and similar clothing—so be careful shopping on those websites too, but they have better discounts than this site. Their customer service is a bit better, but still not worth the hassle—just stick to legit brands or in-store retailers.

I have only received two of the four items I ordered, but what I did receive, I am incredibly disappointed in!! The quality of the material is subpar. The color of one shirt is not as advertised. The style of the other is not at all as described. I will not be ordering from them again.

I spent $80 dollars in blouses that I will never wear. The quality is terrible, Goodwill has better clothes seriously! The sizes are so small and not the universal sizing. They invented their own sizes. I asked for refund and then I had to spent more money in sending everything back. Once you pay them forget about refunds or nothing. I will never buy on line ever again with this stores on line. I am so mad and dissatisfied and disappointed. Don’t even loose your time will this company. Save your money and better go to a store in person. Not worth it. It cost me $80 to learn the lesson!

So far I have only ordered 3 things and that was bathing suits they all fit me just fine I’m a plus size girl so I just read the comments and I got my size that I normally wear and they fit I wish they would let you mix and match tops and bottoms I don’t have very big breasts but I have a big booty and hips so I do need a bigger size but overall I am satisfied I paid extra for the faster shipping and they got here in time before my vacation I haven’t wore them just tried all of them on and I’m excited to be wearing them!!

I placed a large order of 12 items because they all looked so cute. The fit on these items were all over the place. I needed to return 5 of my items because they are to small. The app said “buy with confidence, returns within 30 days.” What they don’t tell you is that the return process is a pain in the a** . You have to go through a bunch of back and forth with them before they agree to accept the return and they make you pay for return shipping and shipping insurance. Not happy. I will never order from them again.

I can understand having to wait for an order. Not a problem. However, somewhere between me submitting my order and it being delivered, my address was messed up (I live in an apartment building). The day my order was meant to be delivered, I never received a call or anything asking about the address. I waited a day or two more and checked the status. There was a new message that popped up saying my order was being returned to sender. I contacted both the shipping company and rosegal. The shipping company told me they were actually not in charge of my order (contrary to what Rosegal had as the carrier for the order), and when I contacted Rosegal, I was simply told it would take an addition 7-10 days to find out where my order is now. I am still waiting on my order and the order was placed a month ago if not longer. 😖 responses to issues should be handled much quicker. When I finally get my order, I will not be ordering from them again.
Swimsuits

The swimsuits are WAY too big when you order standard American sizes. I ordered two suits, paid extra for early shipping and they were enormous on me. I did find a family member who could wear them so I sold them to her. I ordered three more to replace those in a smaller size and they were too BIG. I contacted ROSEGAL and in small print they say you can’t return swimwear. I now have almost $80 tied up in three swimsuits I cannot wear. Great. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to measure correctly because the swimsuits are not compatible. My suggestion... don’t order any swimwear unless you like to play roulette.

Had the absolute worst time with this. They'll send even just one item out if you select expedited shipping just so they can tell you it was sent within the expected time frame. Never mind any of your other order; that'll take a month or so to actually receive. When you go to get help from their customer service they just literally read from a script. There's no actual help, just what they read from their script and screenshot. Spoke to two different guys, Salazar and Ishmael. Salazar literally read from a script, disappeared for about 15-20 minutes (so long that the thing asked if I was still there), and would not actually ever stray from the script. Ishmael at least strayed from it a little when I was trying to get help. He didn't disappear for a long period of time. Either way I'd honestly try to get your things from another place. You'll just wait a month (or more according to some reviews) before you actually receive anything.

Gave it a try but was still kind of unsure of buying clothing without being able to touch it see it or feel it. I browsed through many dresses I like and saved then for future purchase once I received my first item. I ordered a black dress with an embroidered design. Looked very nice in the picture. Once I received the dress the embroidered design looked like it was glued on and the dress looked uneven. There was also a large piece of the dress that the person who stitched it together missed. So the dress arrived with two pieces not sewn. Guess I wont be ordering what I have saved in my cart

I’m very picky when it comes to picking out my clothes and don’t even like to shop at the mall because I can never find anything I like. I got advertised some dresses on Instagram and decided to download the app to look at the clothes. I was surprised to see how cheap everything was and how cute the clothes were so I decided to buy a few dresses and shirts seeing as you can return the clothes with your money back. I noticed that the shipping took pretty long so I was also surprised to find that expedited shipping was only $1.89 more. Then, I noticed the tracking wasn’t working so I got worried until after the 3rd day, it said delivered! The clothes were exactly as expected. I will say, you get what you pay for. The material is a little cheap and one of the dresses had a small hole in one of the pockets. BUT overall, I LOVE the clothes. The sizing for everything was perfect, the clothes were very cute, and everything was comfortable! I recommended this app to all my friends and family and have started buying all my clothes here!

Opened the stuff didn’t like it, went to return and they would only do partial refund and I have to pay shipping back. Avoid, there are better clothes on amazon and they work with you better. Even other clothes apps are better.

I placed a $60 order, AND NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! I have contacted “customer support” and they say there is nothing they can do but give a PARTIAL REFUND!! Horrible horrible horrible this company is just out to take your money don’t order from them. I ordered two shirts in June he we are in August and I have not received anything.All they do is give you the runaround and you have to do all the paperwork yourself in order to get your refund for your purchase, this doesn’t make any sense.Do you fast to take your money but they do not help your customer service. Is the worst company I have ever bought anything from🤥😝

First let’s start with how processing an item takes weeks... just to even process it.... before it can even be shipped... it takes way too long... then asking for a refund, they claim takes 7-14 days just for that, still haven’t received my refund... then to find out that they charge some extra change just because it’s an international order... yeah, funny how my order initially was $18 and some change then I see a separate charge for some change for some international bs!!! Don’t waste your time with this scam company!! You’ll regret it!!! Will never shop with ROSEGAL again!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!

I love this app and it has amazing clothes. I literally just put in an order. The only two problems I have are that all the notifications are for women’s clothes and that when an item is sold out it doesn’t say when then next shipment is do. They aren’t serious problems but it would be nice if those two were taken care of. Other than that the app is amazing and I love the clothes.

I ordered 2 bras and 2 shirts. I made sure to use the size charts because you definitely need to pay attention! The bras were soooo wonky that I couldn’t wear them and unless you have two boobs in the 6 inch center of your chest they won’t fit anyone lol, could return them but I’ll probably just throw them away because they were only $5 each. But the shirts fit and look amazing on me!! I’m short and fat, so shopping for clothes is rarely fun. I wear a 1x normally and according to the website I needed to order 3x from them. I actually have trendy, cute clothes because of this website!! I’m about to order again, I finally am able to wear things besides fat old lady tops!!

Problem with sizes; regardless of plus sizes or regular sizes, I’ve checked the sizes and calculated (when unavailable) the inches vs centimetres. I wear a size 10 - 12 American sizes depending on the cut and fabric of the item. Unfortunately, even when I’ve gotten the sizes that are supposed to fit according to their site, breasts @ a size DDD/F at 42 inches just rarely fit anything even when they do offer something upwards of xxxl! I still have found that my “girls” simply just don’t fit. Stretch fabric occasionally fits but the clothes are a crap shoot unless you’re model size anorexic! Because of the return policy & difficulty involved, I have often given some of the items away to much smaller friends as a gift!! On the other hand, I love their costume jewelry! I usually get it fast and it’s just lovely so I highly recommend getting the jewelry and have had only a few that were damaged or broken but as a crafter who enjoys jewelry making, I can usually fix it so it passes for useable. If you’re interested in items that don’t require a “size,” I can recommend them based on my personal experiences being positive but as for the clothes, if you’re busty or larger than a size 5-7 American size (and those will still probably be found in the plus size section) all I can suggest is “buyer beware” cause though it seems that it should fit, there’s an excellent chance that it would most likely be too small. Good luck with your choices.

I’m very picky when it comes to picking out my clothes and don’t even like to shop at the mall because I can never find anything I like. I got advertised some dresses on Instagram and decided to download the app to look at the clothes. I was surprised to see how cheap everything was and how cute the clothes were so I decided to buy a few dresses and shirts seeing as you can return the clothes with your money back. I noticed that the shipping took pretty long so I was also surprised to find that expedited shipping was only $1.89 more. Then, I noticed the tracking wasn’t working so I got worried until after the 3rd day, it said delivered! The clothes were exactly as expected. I will say, you get what you pay for. The material is a little cheap and one of the dresses had a small hole in one of the pockets. BUT overall, I LOVE the clothes. The sizing for everything was perfect, the clothes were very cute, and everything was comfortable! I recommended this app to all my friends and family and have started buying all my clothes here!

Never again will I order from this site. The return policy is so outrageous. I called to see if I can get a return / exchange order in process because the size was too big. The first rep I spoke to said I had to send an email along w the order number along with pictures of all the items I’m returning. Waste of time! And really I think it’s their way for us to not return the items and for folks to deal with it. Sorry not me. So I went and let them know this process was awful and there needs to be a better way. The rep then hung up on me thinking that was going to stop me but it didn’t, so I called back and got a nice gentleman. He said a picture was not needed just the explanation of the return and order number. Still though, this process is dumb. I been in the customer service field and never heard I had to email someone to return the item, what’s the point of having anyone on the phone line??What a disappointment. I never want to deal with these people ever again. I’ll stick with the Rainbow clothing store, at least I can return right at the store. If I could a zero to the first rep I spoke too I would because she does not deserve the 1.

I don’t think they know when 24 hrs is they had a Facebook coupon if you invited three friends and they excepted and download it and open the app get five dollars for each one I only got credit for one I got a hold of an instant message person who said to email the problem for which I did the coupon says it’ll be there with in 24 hours it was not me so the answer your email within 24 hours it’s been a week I was waiting on this coupon to order a dress I wanted and now the dress is gone up three dollarsSince I put it in my cart they sent me an email saying my cart was going to expire that’s why I contacted tried to contact them I don’t answer emails and customer service stinks so I gave two stars because I did order one dress fits pretty good little big but least I got it on it’s a pretty dress I got a lot of compliments so for my daughter materials a bit then though

I really love this app and the people from the customer service are so awesome and patient. They have been able to contact right away and can always help me. I already ordered three dresses from them and they were beautiful. My third item didn’t in with my other two orders and I was worried so I contacted the customer service and they told me it was out of stock (it wasn’t when I ordered it) but they said I could wait, get a refund or change it for another one. I decided to wait and it was worth it because as soon as it was back on stock I got my dress. You have to be patient and understanding about the people who work for this company because they have to answer to everyone who uses this. Not everyone will be as lucky as me but I really do recommend this app. Thank you Rosegal for your amazing service. Will totally be buying more things! 💕

I can understand having to wait for an order. Not a problem. However, somewhere between me submitting my order and it being delivered, my address was messed up (I live in an apartment building). The day my order was meant to be delivered, I never received a call or anything asking about the address. I waited a day or two more and checked the status. There was a new message that popped up saying my order was being returned to sender. I contacted both the shipping company and rosegal. The shipping company told me they were actually not in charge of my order (contrary to what Rosegal had as the carrier for the order), and when I contacted Rosegal, I was simply told it would take an addition 7-10 days to find out where my order is now. I am still waiting on my order and the order was placed a month ago if not longer. 😖 responses to issues should be handled much quicker. When I finally get my order, I will not be ordering from them again.

I was excited to try Rosegal, as it’s been promoted as a plus size clothing app. The only thing I saw about returning was on the first page, it said returns within 30 days. Didn’t mention any exclusions. The biggest size available in the swimsuit I wanted was XL, kinda strange for a plus size app. So I get the swimsuit, and now I look at it and I see where the measurements were, that’s my fault for not reading the measurements. I see when it ships it comes from China and I think here we go it’s not going to work, bc their sizing is much different. So I get it within 30 days (doesn’t fit) and I try to contact them for returns, and of course they don’t do returns on swimwear. I scoured the app and finally found where that policy was hiding, under account information. The full return policy Should be on the front page, not one stating returns within 30 days if that’s not the whole truth. I gave it two stars because it did come and bc the measurements were there I just didn’t see them.

I was super excited to purchase from Rosegal because they have some very cute things. I ordered two pieces of Lingerie. One came in fine, a few loose strings on the lace, but otherwise fine. The other item, however was absolutely AWFUL. It was a black nightie type of thing with a thing bottom and the top had two long tears going down half the length of it and the bottoms had one leg hole that was MUCH smaller than the other and also MUCH too small to fit a leg in. I can’t even return the items even though I can’t wear them because they don’t accept lingerie returns. I tried to leave a review and 1. The comment section says you can use 3000 characters but when you go to submit it you get a pop up that tells you to use no more than 140 characters and 2. I couldn’t even submit the review because it always says ‘failed’ when you push the button. I am extremely disappointed and I highly recommend not downloading. I’ve had better luck with Wish.

Had the absolute worst time with this. They'll send even just one item out if you select expedited shipping just so they can tell you it was sent within the expected time frame. Never mind any of your other order; that'll take a month or so to actually receive. When you go to get help from their customer service they just literally read from a script. There's no actual help, just what they read from their script and screenshot. Spoke to two different guys, Salazar and Ishmael. Salazar literally read from a script, disappeared for about 15-20 minutes (so long that the thing asked if I was still there), and would not actually ever stray from the script. Ishmael at least strayed from it a little when I was trying to get help. He didn't disappear for a long period of time. Either way I'd honestly try to get your things from another place. You'll just wait a month (or more according to some reviews) before you actually receive anything.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order! I placed an order that was supposed to be expedited shipping only to receive 1/2 of order about 3 weeks later, the other half took over 5 weeks to be delivered. The quality of the materials was awful! The items I received looked nothing like the pictures on the site!!! The size/fit ridiculous- the items were so large it was laughable! I tried to cancel the remaining order after the first delivery but they wouldn’t let me. Then comes the most ridiculous return process. I reckon it’s their way of discouraging people from returning things. I personally don’t have any more time or patience to waste on this whole experience, so I’ll consider my money wasted and this shopping experience a lesson learnt! I was excited when I found this website but after my experience I feel am being extremely generous giving you a 1 star! Never shopping here again!

I’ve only ordered about 8 things through Rosegal and did run into some trouble with a certain dress. I followed the return information as follows and had an okay experience. It does take a day for the company to respond, but since I was sent the wrong item they gave me my money back and allowed me to keep the wrong item. I was quite worried ordering from Rosegal due to issues like this, but I am satisfied with the way they handled this return. Also everything so ordered fit to the sizing chart as well so I had no trouble in sizing. Though somethings maybe don’t look as good on me when they get here, I feel that is just apart of the risk of shopping online.

Items that are not available are still advertised. There is a tunic I wanted to get and saw it on Facebook thinking it was supposedly restocked, but after I pressed the shop button, there was not button to add to my cart. All I saw was it said Find Similar Items on the bottom—that was hella frustrating. They need to stop being misleading on advertising on items they don’t have. I look at the item prices, some of these don’t look like they were even worth $40 bucks and supposedly marked down to sale prices. This website is almost exactly like Shein, Zaful, and Romwe—same layout, and similar clothing—so be careful shopping on those websites too, but they have better discounts than this site. Their customer service is a bit better, but still not worth the hassle—just stick to legit brands or in-store retailers.

I ordered a dress almost 3 weeks ago. It never told me that they were out of that specific dress. I ordered it and a week later noticed it was still processing. I contacted them and they told me the dress was on back order and They will get more in between 7 to 15 business days. Like I said it has been now three weeks and they still don’t have my address in stock. So I went and found a different dress and asked to exchange, before I ordered it I asked them to check to see if that one was in stock because it showed all the sizes were in stock and I did not want to wait another three weeks for the dress. The person informed me that once again this dress was out of stock. So I asked for my money back because I have to find a dress by a certain date for my anniversary. They really need to update their website and keep everybody informed of certain dresses that are out of stock.

I wasn’t aware of the 10-25 day timeframe for shipping until after I placed my order. I’ve ordered 6 items which I’m still waiting for that have all been shipped at different times so I have to wait to wear a complete outfit. There isn’t an option to expedite shipping at an additional cost either. I had a concern regarding my order and submitted an inquiry thru the app. I received a confirmation email that my inquiry had been received however I still haven’t received a reply. So that is a bit frustrating also. The company advertises on Instagram all of the time which is why I downloaded the app. This is my first time placing an order an unfortunately will be the last time. I’ll just have to find cute clothes elsewhere. Thanks anyway though! I’m still excited to get my items whenever they arrive.

The company will take your money, it will take months for you to get your items (if you get them at all), and it takes weeks for a refund to come back to you. I ordered three items around March 5th. I was under the impression I’d receive those items in 8-10 business days as I was told when I picked my delivery method. Meanwhile, two of the three items were delivery the second week of May. The third item is still MIA somewhere. When I contacted Customer Support they said they were out of that dress despite me having already paid for it. I asked when it would be back in stock and they said they hoped this week. Even if it came back in stock they said it would be two to three weeks for me to receive it. Two to three weeks longer for a dress that I was supposed to have received in mid March. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

I understand it could take a while for my order, however they sent half of my order with no information about the other items I have not received. In addition to that my second shipment has been sorted but has been sitting in a warehouse. When I tried to question it I get the run around with a phone number that won’t dial or connect. My order was ordered on the 4th said it has been shipped out but has been sitting since the 7th. Here it is the 17th and no one has even reported any information except it takes time. So why alert me it is shipped out if you’re going to hold it in a warehouse? The service is horrible because no one can help me or talk to me. I’m understanding but when I ordered things just for it to sit in a warehouse, with no explanation; I do not like that

I recently discovered RoseGal while looking for something to wear to my husbands company Christmas party. The clothing is super stylish and the selection, no matter the size, is plentiful and full of variety! I love the fact that, most of the items, can be dressed up or down! Also, they offer a variety of Styles, not just trendy clothing. I thought I would have a hard time finding something dressy, but not too dressy. Once I opened the RoseGal app, problem solved!!! I found those classic looks that are timeless, and that’s what I was looking for. Trends are fun, but quality, timeless styles are my go to for a special occasion!

I ordered something for my wife and got it expedited shipping which says would be delivered within 3 to 7 business days in hopes it would get here by Christmas....my order is still processing and it’s been 10 days..they were pretty quick to take my money though. I contacted them via Facebook messenger on Monday the 17th to check why my order was still processing, they didn’t replied until the next day saying that they would check on my order for me if I would give them the order number. I replied right back and haven’t heard back from them yet. But yet at the top of messenger it says they usually reply in minutes. I’m very unhappy with the way this business is being ran, and if I don’t get my money back or if I don’t get my order then maybe this review will help people think twice about purchasing from this company.

The swimsuits are WAY too big when you order standard American sizes. I ordered two suits, paid extra for early shipping and they were enormous on me. I did find a family member who could wear them so I sold them to her. I ordered three more to replace those in a smaller size and they were too BIG. I contacted ROSEGAL and in small print they say you can’t return swimwear. I now have almost $80 tied up in three swimsuits I cannot wear. Great. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to measure correctly because the swimsuits are not compatible. My suggestion... don’t order any swimwear unless you like to play roulette.

So far I have only ordered 3 things and that was bathing suits they all fit me just fine I’m a plus size girl so I just read the comments and I got my size that I normally wear and they fit I wish they would let you mix and match tops and bottoms I don’t have very big breasts but I have a big booty and hips so I do need a bigger size but overall I am satisfied I paid extra for the faster shipping and they got here in time before my vacation I haven’t wore them just tried all of them on and I’m excited to be wearing them!!

The only thing I dislike is when I order an item and it’s not in stock, it should say so before I pay for it, and let’s say there’s three left, I should be one of the people to get the item if I ordered it while it was still in stock. I regret ever doing business with this company. The return process is ridiculous. Most items shipped from China, poor quality and fit. After numerous emails and escalating my refund request the process took longer than a month. I was given a hard time because they post measurements but as well all know not everyones body is the same!!! I felt inadequate and in the wrong when all I wanted to do is return clothing that did not fit properly and of cheap quality. They had no problem charging my credit card and then an extra charge for an international transaction! But when it came time to return I was given the run around. Do not do business with them and save yourself a huge headache! Never again!!!

Never order from this company please, I ordered my size and it was still too big and they are wanting me to pay to have it shipped back to exchange for a smaller size. I have also had a problem with receiving my order they keep telling me that almost everything I ordered is out of stock, so I called and replaced the items with something else and was told it would be shipped out immediately & now there telling me the same thing that it’s out of stock I will never order from them again! They do not match to the American size believe me! I will only order from company’s in the US. I even paid for priority mail and it’s still been a month and they will not give you any discounts.

This company advertises non-stock items... without ever informing you. They’ll take your money quick, but several weeks later your order is still "processing", and so you haven’t received a thing. Contacting them only produces their “sincere apologies”, but does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It’s time to get the Attorney General's office involved, for the fraudulent practices of this scamming vehicle. By the way, scroll through the reviews, and your see literally hundreds of 1-star reviews, from people saying they were ripped-off. Also, read the Developer's responses to all of those complaints. It’s the same 3 scripted responses, used over and over and over again. This company is in China, and knows how to scam Americans, and take their money.

I was so excited about the styles - they are so cute. I was very excited that their tops were cut for an hourglass figure, which typically is difficult to find. There was so many items I had planned to purchase. I usually wear an XL or 1X in plus size tops (38 DDD bust, 30” waistline and 40” hips). I was ordering everything in an XL and thought I’d better double check the size chart. Are you kidding me! Their size 2X is equivalent to US size 12. Furthermore, they don’t even offer larger sizes for anyone who could possible be larger then a size 12 - which would be the majority of the population! First I have to say, I don’t care what the # is for the size. If it fits, then it’s my size. They could call it fat lady size for all I care - I just want something that actually fits. But for them to advertise that a 2X is equal to a US size 12??? In what mind frame does this make any sense? I’m so glad I checked but at the same time I’m so sad that they don’t make these super cute styles in sizes that would actually fit most people!

I bought 5 dresses from this company. I got X Large, I usually don’t wear that large of a size. However I figured I would order size larger than I wear, they are to small. I have contacted the company and it seems like to me they are giving me a cat and mouse game. Do this do that they say, but then they do not tell you how to get the forms you need. I just wish they would send me what I need to do and not have all this run around. I really like one of the dresses. But it’s to small. And the others dresses are nice but just too small. So if you order from this company make sure you buy a couple of sizes bigger. Because it is hard to get them to answer their phone and to get the information you need to send them back.

Still waiting on two ideas tht was to be delivered on the 7th July very very not please at all I dnt feel the ideas was quality all I want to do was return the ideas for a refund now I have clothes tht dnt work for me!!! I’m not happy and I still dnt know we’re my other ideas are located. I requested to speak to a manager and I was rejected from the call. I spend a good amount of $$$! Please fix the app.. It doesn’t show my orders, (well it show the number 10, but when you click to check your orders there is nothing there) in which that I have already purchased.. And on the activity zone it has only what is previously done.. So it looks like no activity is currently done. Other than that, I love this app. It always some beautiful clothing. And I love ordering from here (yes, I know it take awhile, it’s coming from across seas, so I wait patiently:) ). Thank you

I order six items and only received four of them. I waited a while to see if the company was going to send me an updated as to when the other two items were going to arrive and I never received a message. When I contacted customer service the first time they claim they would send me a message in my email when my items were shipped. More then two weeks went by and still no email! I contacted them a second time and told them I wanted a refund for the items I never received. They claim it takes 7 to 14 days for a refund! It didn’t take them that long to take the money off my card! This is bad business!

First, I had an issue about not all my items not being delivered together. There was no email sent to me with the delay. The first agent I spoke to was rude, unprofessional and did not seem to care about my issue. Tried to speak to a sup but she said none were available. Didn’t hear back from a sup. Then when I decide to just try the leggings on without my complete outfit, the leggings were already torn. The 2nd agent I spoke to about this was not even paying attention to my messages and was doing something else like track the order when that’s not what I said at all!!! They do not care for your concerns because they already have your money. Horrible product and horrible service.

The clothing is thin and cheaply made. They make it next to impossible to contact them for returns. When you call them on the phone you are placed on hold and never speak to a person. When you contact them through their website or app they never respond. I have yet to hear back from them. I bought $200 worth of clothing, I haven’t received half of my order and have no ability to return some of the clothes that do not fit properly, because they make it impossible to get in contact with someone to make the return. It’s almost like they purposely make it impossible to return items in your order. There’s no option on their app or website for it. Don’t buy from here.

I'm seriously so in love with this app! I work in Bryce Canyon national Park, my son is starting preschool in August and I definitely did not feel like driving four hours for new school clothes! This app lets me get him such adorable, affordable, and durable clothes from my phone! And let's face it, even if I lived a block away from the mall I would still use this app! I get coupons via email that I can apply to this app and save even more money! This app is easy to run, has Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta all in one!!

So, I decided to try this app out. Despite the recent negative reviews it has plenty of good things said about it. I ordered three things. I love them all. The sports bra is a little big BUT it will probably shrink somewhat in size once I wash it and dry it and even then I’m not to worried since while I am bigger I’m pretty much boobless in that area. I can finally wear clothes that don’t look like a picnic table and that’s what matters. I’m more than excited to buy more things in the future.
Worst purchase EVER

I ordered a swimsuit and coverup on Feb. 6th for my upcoming honeymoon. I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping which said it would take 5-7 days to receive. I finally received it 16 days later...AFTER my honeymoon. Unfortunately, as it states in their return policy, you cannot return swimwear. I tried to cancel my order once I realized I wouldn’t get it in time but they would not cancel my order bc the status was ‘shipped out’ even though according to tracking, the package was still in their warehouse. I tried everything on and the quality of the products were not as nice as I expected them to be. They seem VERY cheap. I just threw it all away. I didn’t want to even try to sell something so low grade.
Horrible Customer service

They allow you to purchase items out of stock. It showed the order was processing for over a week however it took my money out my account with no problem. I spoke to a customer service representative through the online chat since you can’t get anyone on the phone. I just wanted my refund since there is no way the items will get here before Christmas. They couldn’t even do that. They offered me z Points for my inconvenience so I can order something else from a company that I will never deal with again. I was really disappointed and the customer service is ridiculous. Do not use Rosegal. You’d be better off going anywhere else.
Amazing Plus-Size Selection

I normally don’t write reviews for apps but I went out of my way to write one for Rosegal because that’s just how awesome it is. FINALLY a clothing store that has the same styles in plus size as they do in regular sizes, just in a larger size. I’m sick of the clothing stores that have a tiny selection of plus size clothes that are uglier while the people who are “regular sized” get the cute clothes and a huge selection. Thank you Rosegal for being so inclusive!
Where’s my coat?

So I’ve had the Rosegal app downloaded for quit some time, and at first I was a little wary of ordering things off of it. So I ordered a bathing suit, and honestly it didn’t take that long to come in and it was very cute. This was several months ago and I was happy with my experience. So I attempted to order a coat, and let me just tell you, it has been a bad idea. I order my freaking coat a month ago and the progress still says processing. My the time I get the dang thing it won’t even be winter any more. And what’s more is that I have tried to email them twice and they won’t respond. I just want my dang coat! Please and thank you!!!!!!!!

I love this app and it has amazing clothes. I literally just put in an order. The only two problems I have are that all the notifications are for women’s clothes and that when an item is sold out it doesn’t say when then next shipment is do. They aren’t serious problems but it would be nice if those two were taken care of. Other than that the app is amazing and I love the clothes.

I ordered a shirt and a coat from this app, I followed the size guide and both are to tight. I also ordered a coat for my mother in law I got told that they were unavailable and asked if I wanted a refund I said yes I would. I then got a message letting me know they would be available for order the next week and if I would rather do that so I told them yes please. I showed a picture of the coat to my mother in law because it was a Christmas present. I checked a few weeks ago and it says refund on the status of my order I checked my bank account the money has not been refunded. I have sent a couple of messages and no reply. Terrible customer service

I’ll start by saying that I never had review an app, never! But This app is the worst!!! Horrible! I order one thing! Only one thing and my order was coming to my apt but never arrived they told me that they can only re found me 18$ and I spent 20$ plus delivery how is that possible??? Why you guys stole my money that way? And that if I want my money back I would have to receive it from PayPal, why?! If I pay you guys with my card I expected it that you guys give me the re found in my card! You guys clearly don’t care about the customer satisfacción! Please don’t even try to order things from this app is a complete scam!!!! It’s not a joke it’s really messed up!

Gave it a try but was still kind of unsure of buying clothing without being able to touch it see it or feel it. I browsed through many dresses I like and saved then for future purchase once I received my first item. I ordered a black dress with an embroidered design. Looked very nice in the picture. Once I received the dress the embroidered design looked like it was glued on and the dress looked uneven. There was also a large piece of the dress that the person who stitched it together missed. So the dress arrived with two pieces not sewn. Guess I wont be ordering what I have saved in my cart

I fell in love with a dress. Put the order in, they took the money out of my account and after 4 weeks of not receiving my dress I contacted them asking where my item was and they told me it was sold out and refunded me my money. I tried again to purchase another dress and after two weeks of not hearing anything and my status still in the “processing” stage I contacted them and they responded the first time with it will take about a week longer. Then they responded with sorry this item is sold out. Very unprofessional, I will not be ordering anything again. If you want your items I’d look for a different site to order from not this one

While the app has great prices, it is not worth your time. The deals are nice and they have a lot of options; however, that is not important when you do not receive your order. I was supposed to have my order over a week ago (after choosing expedited shipping), and the only thing I know is that one of the four dresses has a shipping label made. It said my order would be shipped within five to eight business days and it has been 15. I have no idea what is going on with the other three dresses, and at this point i am just very irritated. That is why, i say this order is not worth it. Hopefully I can save someone some time.

I ordered clothes for the first time off this app. Paid for expedited shipping so I would have it in 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days later and it’s still processing.... I reached out to the online chat and was informed it is because they don’t have two of the items in stock. Which I understand.... but what I don’t understand is why they don’t know when they will be in stock and when I will get my order. Isn’t that part of running a good business? If it’s not in stock, it should say that next to the item. That way people aren’t paying for expedited shipping on items that cannot be shipped out in a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered a Christmas dress at the beginning of December with guaranteed Christmas Delivery.. I even paid extra to expedite the shipping because I had a party I wanted to wear it to. Christmas has come and gone and the dress still has not arrived. I contacted the online chat in order to cancel the order and resolve the issue before I leave town today. They wanted me to cancel my trip and stay home and wait for the dress. Or have a neighbor do it. In which I replied… The dress is in California and I live in Washington! They also said that I should get an email from them within 24 hours. This company is a joke

Backordered items that were purchased — I was never contacted I had to beg for them! NEVER AGAIN Be careful this place is a joke. I have ordered from them and had nothing but problems. After paying for the order you get one item here ... one item there the backordered items are not promised you just have to wait see if they get more and getting the items canceled and refunded is impossible! I am so frustrated and just completely fed up with this joke of a place. It’s sad too because the clothes appear to be cute! Read the reviews on the app... I’m not the only Rosegal Customer with a terrible experience! They pass the issue off to this person and that person I constantly hear oh I’m sorry I can’t help with that but ill send the contact info for someone who can! Just create a ticket! BULL!! This is a complete scam. They send ya a little here and there in hopes to keep you on the hook. It’s simple! Just use a different company to purchase items from!

It’s been a month and a half, and my order still says it’s processing. Lovely. If I wait much longer, I’ll have to contact my bank to reverse the payment because it’s starting to look like the item I paid for is just going to sit in limbo forever. After I contacted them, all they could say is that it was “delayed”, which was about a week ago with no changes to status. Ladies, if you don’t mind waiting for something to show up and surprise you with the order you made ages ago, this is the site for you. If you expect to have prompt service? Go literally anywhere else.
