Everything up until 2000-3000 records is fun, but as others said missing one note will cost you every single game. Skill doesn’t help unless you can get every single song perfect because of the horribly mismatched leveling.

I have bought to different packs, both packs had remove ads forever in them. But at the end of each level i still have to watch ads to get my x2 money. If I am gonna spend money to remove ads, I should be able to get my double rewards without watching the ads.

Too many stupid ads and you rarely win matches. Not enough money made early to bring your stats up.

1. Add more songs 2. Fix the chords. I see everybody talking about missing chords and I agree with them. I found the trick is to hit a little early and you will hit them. 3. The endgame matches are ridiculous! 1 missed note and you will lose! After about 4 losses they will throw in a free win or 2 at you.

Your better off playing the real guitar hero. At least when you hit the note it works. Rather go back to “MagicTiles” and play expert all day then this hot trash. Plus corny versions of the real song. When you should just opt in for the real deal. Again hot trash. The notes are not even on time or coordinated with the song. Good luck!

On the first CD, i haven't been able to win a match for an hour, even if i get near perfect, the "real life player" beats me by two hundred or three hundred. Even if i use the vibrato pedal, i'm still losing by a decent amount. I don't know if i just haven't upgraded enough, but i can't get anymore money without winning.

This is the best guitar game in the world

The game used to be fun. Now there’s ads after every song, even if it’s just practice. The buttons are either delayed or just not functional at all in some cases. People who are have lower level guitarists, bassists, singers, etc can still gain more points per button. I could have a perfect game and have more upgrades but oh they still get 300 above me. The games best ratings are from a year ago, becoming irrelevant, and fast, if it already isn’t. Just fix the ad revenue and point system. Make the buttons a little different too. You have to hit the button before it even gets to the bottom. Otherwise it’s late.

The game just out of nowhere started shutting off in the middle of performances. I would press play and it would load normally then just shut off. Then i updated it thinking it would fix the issue and it didnt

Glitchy and seems rigged. I’ll go from a point lead well over 200, only have 1-3 notes left and get beaten by 200-500 points.

Seems like the phone will delay and will flash after I hit the buttons by a solid second which messes up everything in the game. I’m not impressed

This game is horribly made half the time when I press the right chord at the right time it says I missed or didn’t hit it. When you have to hold the chord I do and halfway through it says I missed it or let go of it when my finger are still on and if there’s a chord and the right and I hit it it says I missed on the left which makes no sense. Also there is no way that you are up against real people because if you slow it down and you opponent doesn’t you still finish at the same time or the other way around. You have to press two chords at the same time for some of the levels but it doesn’t let me do that if I press them at the right time at the same time it says I either missed one or I missed both which is dumb because how else are you going to win and sometimes it randomly says I missed even if there’s nothing to be played. All in all very crappy game poorly made learn to make a functional game for once because all this glitches haven’t been fixed from the start.

All the songs aren’t dead on with timing 🤷‍♀️ if you can just get the music exactly on time with the beat it would make more sense . As a musician it’s hard to click it on time when it’s literally off beat even by 1/4th of a sec (not saying it’s that exactly) but it’s off by a bit and it would be more fun to play if it was on point . Probably gonna delete the app for now maybe I’ll try again in the future

my boyfriend made me get this game with him and it’s actually super sick! it plays well, there’s no glitches, the art in it is cool, they have knockoff names of popular rock songs, and you can play with the beatles as your band members! you don’t need real money to play and it’s so entertaining! you also get to pick your guitar, and you can play with friends! no problem with the game whatsoever. it’s like guitar hero for your thumbs. super cool!

I really like this game! The controls are very fluid and no glitches! But I wish some of the songs that were meant to be paid for with the star point things were a bit cheaper. After I open the game and start a song the app immediately closes out. It’s that way with the offline and online gameplay. I’m confused because my storage is still more than capable to downloading it.

This game is actually good I’ve been playing it for a long time. The only thing that bothers me are those annoying adds that come out of nowhere! Sometimes just before I start a match an add pops up and destroys my game! The sound goes off and I miss a lot of nots because of it.

The first few stages are fine the songs are easy enough and then you to around stage 6 and the difficulty goes up, wouldn’t be much of a problem but the notes you have to hit are one after the other and the touch screen thinks you didn’t get the second one.

I’ll start off with the good and finish with the concerns and frustrations. Game is addictive and a great way to kill time. The names for the songs and the actual music itself is hilarious. “I Give Love A Good Name”, Thats funny to me. Having the ability to customize who’s in the band and buy different instruments and upgrade everything is nice. You do have to buy things with real money if you truly want them. Which leads me to my frustrations and concerns. You HAVE to buy things with real money if you want certain things. The makers of the game purposely make it such a long long long lonnnngggggg grind to move up. You barely earn coins in the game and when you do, it’s 1 or 2 and that’s it. You need 200 coins for example to buy a new song. If you want 200 coins, you need to play for a real long time or spend real money. Also, you DO NOT play against REAL PEOPLE. That’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You don’t find that out until you actually play the game or you READ THIS REVIEW. I repeat, you DO NOT play against real people. It’s all boys. Maybe it’s real people’s accounts that were made but there is not someone somewhere else playing at the exact same time against you. It’s just bots. You need a certain number of discs to be in a certain rank. So why is someone with 1,000 discs less than me in the same rank as me?? Makes no sense. You miss one note and you lose. That’s it. You have to score a perfect score to win most of the time. Which is horrible. Developers of the game needs to fix these issues and fix them fast because I’m losing my patience with the game and I am close to deleting it. I am a fan that’s close to removing it. Game is fun but the flaws are just plain inexcusable.

Almost every song here are really bad rip offs of Metallica and other bands like that, such as thunderstruck and many more. Also, none of the notes sync with the music, so you’re just playing random crap while there is some guitar solo going on.

After installing and opening the game, you are prompted with a tutorial (as the usual with most game) except the problem with this one is, you cannot see the notes! The very first note that you must press shows up, pauses the game to tell you to press it, then the game continues but without any of the other notes showing up. Not only did the notes not show up, but the timer up top ran out and didn’t stop the game at all. The game kept going and going. You simply cannot even get passed the tutorial because the MAIN feature of the game is missing. That’s quite unfortunate.

I legit got an ad as soon as I got in a match, and when the ad ended, I missed half of the match and that was the only match I lost in this game! Put ads in other places of the game, not when in a match man!

After you get past stage 6 you will lose most games by 5-10 points or won’t be able to keep up with the game because of its tiny note gaps and since you’re playing on a touchscreen you can’t see when the notes pass over because you have your fingers in the way. they need to nerf the stages.

This is one of the best games i’ve had. I’ve been playing for about a month or two now and i’ve gotten to a very high point. (highest ranking) When the season reset, I tried very hard to get on the leaderboards. I had more trophies than the person in 13th place on the top 15 leaderboards, but it didn’t update my position, so I didn’t show up on the leaderboards. This upset me because I tried so hard. I would like to know if this is a problem, or if the leaderboards don’t update. Thanks

Okay, so when you first check out the game it seems hard but when you get into it you tap on the keys and win and you get to choose a guitar, upgrade your players and choose songs you want to play (dont worry all of you parents, there is no words for the songs) and you can connect with oter people who have the game by typing in a code.

The game is great when it works. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to play together and everytime we try to the game literally closes out and everytime it loads to 100 is force closes. i cannot sing to save my life nor to do i play any instruments, so naturally i never expected to be very invested in my music career. however, guitar band has gently forced me to feel whole-heartedly committed to the art of playing funky tunes. in guitar band, the merciless crowd cheers me on when i succeed and rightfully boos when i struggle to hit the right chords. i experience what can only be described as an absolute high when i get the 100% bonus. i invest all of my coin in upgrades for my amps, guitars, and fellow members. i practice on offline mode relentlessly. my eyes and thumbs have been trained so that i will not miss a single note. on top of gaining these mad skills, this game has taught me lessons that school couldn’t possibly dream of, like discipline and authenticity. no song would i rather jam out to with my buddies than “Bahamian Rhapsody” or “Hotel Massachusetts.” don’t even get me started on how easily I can get jiggy with “Six Country Army,” or how good I can throw it back to the absolute classic “Smoke on the Lake.” genius. download this app to change your life forever.

The app constantly crashes for me. Whenever I’m in a battle the app will crash half way through and then I lose everything. Also if it shows me an ad right before a battle the sound will crash on the game during the battle and I have to close out the app to get the sound back. Half the ads also don’t let you ex out of them. The only way to get out of them is to then close out the game altogether. I love the game itself but all of these glitches are making me want to delete it and no longer have the game.

I do think 200 is a little too expensive. I’d even settle for 150 points. Ofc it’s just my opinion and I really love this game anyway!

These songs are masterpieces. I use this app instead of Spotify because these remixes are so much better than the originals. I play this all day everyday. Thank you for this wonderful app that provides me with such beautifully curated songs... music to my ears.

After I open the game and start a song the app immediately closes out. It’s that way with the offline and online gameplay. I’m confused because my storage is still more than capable to downloading it.

This game is actually good I’ve been playing it for a long time. The only thing that bothers me are those annoying adds that come out of nowhere! Sometimes just before I start a match an add pops up and destroys my game! The sound goes off and I miss a lot of nots because of it.

The first few stages are fine the songs are easy enough and then you to around stage 6 and the difficulty goes up, wouldn’t be much of a problem but the notes you have to hit are one after the other and the touch screen thinks you didn’t get the second one.

I’ll start off with the good and finish with the concerns and frustrations. Game is addictive and a great way to kill time. The names for the songs and the actual music itself is hilarious. “I Give Love A Good Name”, Thats funny to me. Having the ability to customize who’s in the band and buy different instruments and upgrade everything is nice. You do have to buy things with real money if you truly want them. Which leads me to my frustrations and concerns. You HAVE to buy things with real money if you want certain things. The makers of the game purposely make it such a long long long lonnnngggggg grind to move up. You barely earn coins in the game and when you do, it’s 1 or 2 and that’s it. You need 200 coins for example to buy a new song. If you want 200 coins, you need to play for a real long time or spend real money. Also, you DO NOT play against REAL PEOPLE. That’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You don’t find that out until you actually play the game or you READ THIS REVIEW. I repeat, you DO NOT play against real people. It’s all boys. Maybe it’s real people’s accounts that were made but there is not someone somewhere else playing at the exact same time against you. It’s just bots. You need a certain number of discs to be in a certain rank. So why is someone with 1,000 discs less than me in the same rank as me?? Makes no sense. You miss one note and you lose. That’s it. You have to score a perfect score to win most of the time. Which is horrible. Developers of the game needs to fix these issues and fix them fast because I’m losing my patience with the game and I am close to deleting it. I am a fan that’s close to removing it. Game is fun but the flaws are just plain inexcusable.

The charts are so bad that it actually makes it harder and significantly less satisfying to play than other tap tap clones.

Almost every song here are really bad rip offs of Metallica and other bands like that, such as thunderstruck and many more. Also, none of the notes sync with the music, so you’re just playing random crap while there is some guitar solo going on.

After installing and opening the game, you are prompted with a tutorial (as the usual with most game) except the problem with this one is, you cannot see the notes! The very first note that you must press shows up, pauses the game to tell you to press it, then the game continues but without any of the other notes showing up. Not only did the notes not show up, but the timer up top ran out and didn’t stop the game at all. The game kept going and going. You simply cannot even get passed the tutorial because the MAIN feature of the game is missing. That’s quite unfortunate.

I legit got an ad as soon as I got in a match, and when the ad ended, I missed half of the match and that was the only match I lost in this game! Put ads in other places of the game, not when in a match man!

When I be doing so good, so well , the app turns white and freezes and it just doesn’t let me enjoy it it kinda annoys me now.

This was a great game until it stopped working online. It completely crashes if I try to go online with it however works fine offline. UPDATE: IT NO LONGER HAS SOUND? It’s like this app has been abandoned. It was great while it lasted.

After you get past stage 6 you will lose most games by 5-10 points or won’t be able to keep up with the game because of its tiny note gaps and since you’re playing on a touchscreen you can’t see when the notes pass over because you have your fingers in the way. they need to nerf the stages.

Is not so fun at playing the guitar

This is one of the best games i’ve had. I’ve been playing for about a month or two now and i’ve gotten to a very high point. (highest ranking) When the season reset, I tried very hard to get on the leaderboards. I had more trophies than the person in 13th place on the top 15 leaderboards, but it didn’t update my position, so I didn’t show up on the leaderboards. This upset me because I tried so hard. I would like to know if this is a problem, or if the leaderboards don’t update. Thanks

There’s a bug in the game where in the tutorial the notes are all invisible and you can’t really do anything

Okay, so when you first check out the game it seems hard but when you get into it you tap on the keys and win and you get to choose a guitar, upgrade your players and choose songs you want to play (dont worry all of you parents, there is no words for the songs) and you can connect with oter people who have the game by typing in a code.

The game is great when it works. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to play together and everytime we try to the game literally closes out and everytime it loads to 100 is force closes. I deleted the app redownloaded it it worked fine for a couple days now it’s doing the same thing. I really do like the game. I just can’t play it.

Every battle is an ad and it is wasting my time

The game keeps crashing, i cant even start one song without it crashing. I restarted the game, i deleted the game and reinstalled it but the same problem keeps occuring.

Literally can’t even get past the tutorial because the notes don’t show up. Game keeps going after the timer and doesn’t stop just keeps repeating a beat. Shows notes being missed but you can’t see any of them.

I have the sound on in the settings and the volume turned up on my phone, but no sound when playing.

I’ve been only playing the game for a few minutes and, the controls are wayyy off. when you tap it’s like some sort of lag, that it doesn’t let me tap it. It’s frustrating, it’s a taping game when it doesn’t even pick up your own tapping it kinda ruins the whole purpose of the game.

i cannot sing to save my life nor to do i play any instruments, so naturally i never expected to be very invested in my music career. however, guitar band has gently forced me to feel whole-heartedly committed to the art of playing funky tunes. in guitar band, the merciless crowd cheers me on when i succeed and rightfully boos when i struggle to hit the right chords. i experience what can only be described as an absolute high when i get the 100% bonus. i invest all of my coin in upgrades for my amps, guitars, and fellow members. i practice on offline mode relentlessly. my eyes and thumbs have been trained so that i will not miss a single note. on top of gaining these mad skills, this game has taught me lessons that school couldn’t possibly dream of, like discipline and authenticity. no song would i rather jam out to with my buddies than “Bahamian Rhapsody” or “Hotel Massachusetts.” don’t even get me started on how easily I can get jiggy with “Six Country Army,” or how good I can throw it back to the absolute classic “Smoke on the Lake.” genius. download this app to change your life forever.

I am only listing this as a two because of the ads if you would PLEASE get rid of the ads that would be amazing. Because there are so many ads it makes me not want to play and enjoy your amazing game.

The app constantly crashes for me. Whenever I’m in a battle the app will crash half way through and then I lose everything. Also if it shows me an ad right before a battle the sound will crash on the game during the battle and I have to close out the app to get the sound back. Half the ads also don’t let you ex out of them. The only way to get out of them is to then close out the game altogether. I love the game itself but all of these glitches are making me want to delete it and no longer have the game.

What’s up... great game but why is there no update make new songs add new guitars something why only give your game fans the same stuff over and over and over like can’t you add new music? New characters? New instruments? New anything people play this with only have a small limited option add something new or people will continue to get board try something different add 5 strings or something don’t over look this add new things people will want new things add prices or whatever either way is good just please please please add something

Terrible game, glitchy, songs are fake and weird, absolute garbage please do not waste your time by getting this.

This is the closest game I have found on the iPhone to Guitar Hero and Rock Band. It’s so much fun and takes me right back to my more wild days. Love it!
