App works fine, just had to log me out before I stepped into a bus, and had me put in my credit card info and everything so I couldn’t ride. Wasn’t too happy that I had to wait for 30 mins, but other than that app is fine.

App is great as it shows where all the busses are, but when you tap on them it only tells you the bus number and says the bus route is 0. This makes it kind of useless as you can’t tell if bus is coming to you or on some other route

The first version was much better. I was able to track the bus in real time. If I need a schedule I still have to go to the site. There isn’t an option to purchase child fare. This needs major updates
Second time in four days it let me down

App randomly decides that I do not need to ride the bus. App just hangs waiting to bring up a pass. This is embarrassing for me and just sad for the developers and Cincinnati Metro.

Normally I’d rate this a 4 for convenience because it does save time when getting bus fare so I really like this app but it stopped working all it does is load... I have the most updated version, tried turning data on & off, powering phone on and off and even tried clearing all my apps and still does the same thing please fix!!! OS apple: iPhone 7 Plus

Overall, this app works great and I have no major issues with it. It would be awesome to have the ability to transfer tickets. I’m manager of a small company downtown where everyone takes the bus to work. We cover the cost of transit, which involves going down to the ticket office to buy passes once every few weeks. This gets to be an issue when everyone with a company card is out and we instead have to do a reimbursement when someone covers their own fare. Additionally, we are growing and managing our stock of bus passes is becoming increasingly difficult. A transfer feature would allow a manager to purchase passes on the app (or online) then transfer them to employees to use on their phones when they need a new pass. We wouldn’t need to keep physical passes on-hand or be physically present to purchase passes.

I tried to use this app to plan a trip around downtown and even though I put in a starting point of Taft Theatre it planned my trip from my current location. I tried several times to no avail! Horrible!

Most of the time you can’t open the routes to view tickets. Sometimes the routes don’t show up. Bus stops are labeled wrong. So much scope of improvement.

The only reason this app has 4 stars is because people from Cincinnati haven’t been outside Cincinnati to know what a good transit app is or they’re too Cincinnati to be honest about rating this app. You can’t by tickets easily or plan a route which sadly are the only two functions. Horrible app.

It’s a great way to purchase your transit fare when on the go easy as stated I love this app it also give great gps on different routes as well. BEDT TRANSIT APP EVER!!

App seems like an easy choice compared to using a machine for tix. I watched the video on how to use the app which helped. Using the app, I bought four day tix for $8 total. We traveled from banks to Findlay market and back. Only waited a few minutes at stop each time. Ride was good and pretty many riders. Will do again.

Hard to navigate. It shows where the busses are but you can’t see which route it’s for. Can’t buy children’s fares. Some drivers get annoyed with you for using it to pay fares. I’m going back to physical passes, this is klunky and not very user friendly.

Crashes during route planning. Times and pick-up locations are often outdated. Ticket purchases work well but that's about it. Reinstalling seems to help. Google Maps works better for trip planning.

Plugged in my address and destination address, and the only routes returned were non-express routes taking over 90 minutes to arrive, when the 14x goes the same way. I tried to fiddle with addresses and locations - searching for a major intersection on the express route instead of my home address and the app returned a location in Mexico! This app is literally useless. I deleted it 10 minutes after I downloaded it.

12/1 bus 4313 failed to stop at Westfork Rd and Hays Ave. The call center assured me this bus is supposed to stop here and is open to the public. Public transportation is worthless if it’s not reliable. Now I’m late for work.

This is a decent beginner app, but adding a few features would change my rating to 5 stars. 1. Have a "favorites" list to include home and work. 2. Choose the stop and show the upcoming buses and times so I know how long I'll have to wait for the next bus. 3. Identify special busses/routes, such a school bus routes, as non-public. It's very frustrating to wait for a bus that you think is a public bus, only to find out that it doesn't stop at your stop. Even though the app says it does. 4. Show more than four route options in the "Get Routes." I should be able to scroll down for a multitude of routes and times rather than just four. This could be a great tool. Please keep improving it.

Worst App, needs lot of work. I just wanted to route map and schedule. Entered source and destination then app gets closed. There are not many routes in Cincinnati like New York. Why don’t they provide very simple defined lost and smaller search.

Just tried to plan a streetcar trip from Cincinnati Westin to GABP and it's saying 58 hours with a combo of Amtrak and busses? Really? I double checked start and end. Not my issue -it's the app

This app is not very easy to use. To many clicks to find where to purchase a ticket. Too many. Licks to use a ticket and each driver wants to view a different screen, if they even look at the home to begin with. Lastly terrible home screen experience for avid metro rides.
Works for buying tix. Useless for planning.

The route planning tools on the app are useless for out of towners wanting to use the street car. I put the start and end points 2 blocks from known street car stations and it gave me 4 bus route options. I gave up and just typed my destination into google maps, which told me exactly what station to walk to and where to get off.

The auto address doesn't work, couldn't even plan a trip of 4 blocks. When I did get the right one typed, the other would change.... terrible terrible terrible. I can't even use the app.

It would be externally helpful to be able to see how many minutes until the next bus or streetcar arrives at your stop. It would also be nice to be able to zoom around in the map and see routes and stop locations.

I read a few 1 star reviews that were very unfair. The app is new and needs work, but it is a great effort by administrators of public transportation to engage mobile users. I found the account creation and ticket purchase processes to work very well. The app did stall on my twice right before boarding a bus, so they need to figure that out. In summary, worth a download and looking forward to future updates!

First of all, I'm very happy there is an app for this service. I downloaded it this weekend for the opening of the streetcar and it will certainly be useful when paying for tickets in the future. However, I do have some suggestions regarding the “plan your route” side. It would be great if we were able to just see a map of exactly where the streetcar or bus is on the line. I don’t always want or need to plan a full route, I just want to see when the next train is going to arrive at my stop. I used the "Transit Stop" app when I lived in Chicago and really enjoyed those features. You can search by bus or train stop to get arrival times, or you can look at a map of the whole transit system.

App works fine, just had to log me out before I stepped into a bus, and had me put in my credit card info and everything so I couldn’t ride. Wasn’t too happy that I had to wait for 30 mins, but other than that app is fine.

App is great as it shows where all the busses are, but when you tap on them it only tells you the bus number and says the bus route is 0. This makes it kind of useless as you can’t tell if bus is coming to you or on some other route

The first version was much better. I was able to track the bus in real time. If I need a schedule I still have to go to the site. There isn’t an option to purchase child fare. This needs major updates

Normally I’d rate this a 4 for convenience because it does save time when getting bus fare so I really like this app but it stopped working all it does is load... I have the most updated version, tried turning data on & off, powering phone on and off and even tried clearing all my apps and still does the same thing please fix!!! OS apple: iPhone 7 Plus

Overall, this app works great and I have no major issues with it. It would be awesome to have the ability to transfer tickets. I’m manager of a small company downtown where everyone takes the bus to work. We cover the cost of transit, which involves going down to the ticket office to buy passes once every few weeks. This gets to be an issue when everyone with a company card is out and we instead have to do a reimbursement when someone covers their own fare. Additionally, we are growing and managing our stock of bus passes is becoming increasingly difficult. A transfer feature would allow a manager to purchase passes on the app (or online) then transfer them to employees to use on their phones when they need a new pass. We wouldn’t need to keep physical passes on-hand or be physically present to purchase passes.

Most of the time you can’t open the routes to view tickets. Sometimes the routes don’t show up. Bus stops are labeled wrong. So much scope of improvement.

The only reason this app has 4 stars is because people from Cincinnati haven’t been outside Cincinnati to know what a good transit app is or they’re too Cincinnati to be honest about rating this app. You can’t by tickets easily or plan a route which sadly are the only two functions. Horrible app.

App seems like an easy choice compared to using a machine for tix. I watched the video on how to use the app which helped. Using the app, I bought four day tix for $8 total. We traveled from banks to Findlay market and back. Only waited a few minutes at stop each time. Ride was good and pretty many riders. Will do again.

Hard to navigate. It shows where the busses are but you can’t see which route it’s for. Can’t buy children’s fares. Some drivers get annoyed with you for using it to pay fares. I’m going back to physical passes, this is klunky and not very user friendly.

Crashes during route planning. Times and pick-up locations are often outdated. Ticket purchases work well but that's about it. Reinstalling seems to help. Google Maps works better for trip planning.

Plugged in my address and destination address, and the only routes returned were non-express routes taking over 90 minutes to arrive, when the 14x goes the same way. I tried to fiddle with addresses and locations - searching for a major intersection on the express route instead of my home address and the app returned a location in Mexico! This app is literally useless. I deleted it 10 minutes after I downloaded it.

12/1 bus 4313 failed to stop at Westfork Rd and Hays Ave. The call center assured me this bus is supposed to stop here and is open to the public. Public transportation is worthless if it’s not reliable. Now I’m late for work.

This is a decent beginner app, but adding a few features would change my rating to 5 stars. 1. Have a "favorites" list to include home and work. 2. Choose the stop and show the upcoming buses and times so I know how long I'll have to wait for the next bus. 3. Identify special busses/routes, such a school bus routes, as non-public. It's very frustrating to wait for a bus that you think is a public bus, only to find out that it doesn't stop at your stop. Even though the app says it does. 4. Show more than four route options in the "Get Routes." I should be able to scroll down for a multitude of routes and times rather than just four. This could be a great tool. Please keep improving it.

Worst App, needs lot of work. I just wanted to route map and schedule. Entered source and destination then app gets closed. There are not many routes in Cincinnati like New York. Why don’t they provide very simple defined lost and smaller search.

This app is not very easy to use. To many clicks to find where to purchase a ticket. Too many. Licks to use a ticket and each driver wants to view a different screen, if they even look at the home to begin with. Lastly terrible home screen experience for avid metro rides.
Works for buying tix. Useless for planning.

The route planning tools on the app are useless for out of towners wanting to use the street car. I put the start and end points 2 blocks from known street car stations and it gave me 4 bus route options. I gave up and just typed my destination into google maps, which told me exactly what station to walk to and where to get off.

It would be externally helpful to be able to see how many minutes until the next bus or streetcar arrives at your stop. It would also be nice to be able to zoom around in the map and see routes and stop locations.

I read a few 1 star reviews that were very unfair. The app is new and needs work, but it is a great effort by administrators of public transportation to engage mobile users. I found the account creation and ticket purchase processes to work very well. The app did stall on my twice right before boarding a bus, so they need to figure that out. In summary, worth a download and looking forward to future updates!

First of all, I'm very happy there is an app for this service. I downloaded it this weekend for the opening of the streetcar and it will certainly be useful when paying for tickets in the future. However, I do have some suggestions regarding the “plan your route” side. It would be great if we were able to just see a map of exactly where the streetcar or bus is on the line. I don’t always want or need to plan a full route, I just want to see when the next train is going to arrive at my stop. I used the "Transit Stop" app when I lived in Chicago and really enjoyed those features. You can search by bus or train stop to get arrival times, or you can look at a map of the whole transit system.
