Not sure if this is because of a recent update but as of Jan 2020, the app and the private shuttle service is awesome. I booked for friends who needed a one way ride from LAX to Ontario. It was seamless. I even had to adjust the pick up time the night before (they automatically add an hour buffer after your listed arrival). BRING CASH with you to tip your driver :)

I contacted them because when booking it showed one price then checking out it went up $30.00. Called them and they said that prices go up anytime. Asked to speak to a manager said I could not. Will never use them again.

I booked online the first time and had a great driver and a great ride. I chose this company because Super Shuttle (my standard option for years) did not have an economical rides available. I booked two more times in Sep 2019, both online (not this app), and no driver showed. Despite text and email confirmations within two hours of my paid pickup time, I received a call from the dispatcher one minute before pickup asking if I heard from the driver. My app showed a map but not the location of my driver. The dispatcher tried for about half an hour trying to get me a driver before I resorted to a ride-share for my ride to the San Diego airport. A few days later, I received a call and email after I went to bed to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for the next morning - I saw the messages when I awoke the next morning, making it challenging to find an alternative on short notice. Both reservations that week were for 4am pickup. I can understand how challenging it can be to find reliable help for that hour of the morning. One bad driver can really hurt the reputation of a good company. I intend to look for another company for my future trips, or rely on one of the ride-share companies.

No success using this app after...oh, maybe a dozen tries and three fresh downloads. The app didn’t display correctly on my iPhone screen (way off-centered), and consistently locked up after I tried to enter the pick-up location. The new Prime Time website is also very buggy and limiting, plus virtually useless if trying to book from outside the United States. Used to use their old site regularly without any hassles, but now it doesn’t work outside the States, either. Customer service never responded to any of my on-line or phone queries regarding any of these issues. I’ve been a Prime Time rider for years, and like their service very much. So, I was very surprised that they’ve left me spinning in the wind like this.

My advice for travelers from my own experience and those of others, DO NOT employ prime time shuttle to shuttle you anywhere. My group of 8 travelers booked Prime time months in advance of our travel and confirmed with them 5 hours before scheduled pickup. After 15 mins of “no show”, we called them only to be told there was no available driver and that we were on our own. They did not even have the decency to call us. We paid twice the amount through Uber from San Diego to LAX, but at least we got there on time. Prime Time shuttle is unreliable and indecent, not to mention their difficult to contact and hard to understand outsourced phone help. I cannot in good conscience recommend prime time shuttle to anyone. Please believe me. I gave 1 star only because there’s no option to give none at all.

BEWARE!! This is not a legitimate service. We arranged a trip a week in advance and received multiple confirmations. 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I contacted support and found out the driver was still 55 minutes away. They were set to arrive an hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled time and they made no attempt to contact us. The number I was given for the driver went straight to voicemail and was in Spanish. Never use this service! They will ruin your plans.

Hello, so I’ve been waiting for 2 1/2 hours now and I’ve finally decided to call an Uber. This company is absolute fraud, they never came to pick me up and they took my money. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Everyone who is considering using this service please do not. Just call Uber/ Lyft I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this company as well they did not help at all and just chuckled when I told them my situation.

Absolutely worst website and mobile app. Non-existent customer service. On-line chat says they reply “in a few minutes.” Been waiting for a PIN that works for 40 minutes. Ride from LAX to Pasadena takes less time.

Worst service we’ve ever used. Our driver was almost 3 hours late and then was on his phone while driving (we caught him multiple times on Instagram). He also was driving with no shoes on which was weird. We kept calling the service and they told us they’d send someone to get us in 20 min but we still waited hours. We only were able to get a 30% refund which is fine I guess but we will never use this again and will tel our friends and family to avoid it at all costs.

for $30 i was in a shuttle that was dirty, old, and rundown. i don’t recommend this and i feel like it’s much easier to use lyft or uber

I know it seems like a great deal, maybe cheaper than your other options, and I know the app seems like it’s convenient, but this company is everything but that! I had received several confirmation texts about my pick up 1 and 2 days before. And then an hour before pick up received a very unprofessional email stating I would not be picked up but I’ll be refunded. I barely made it to my flight, because I had to find another way to get there last minute, I get back from my trip 3 weeks later and was still not refunded until I sent them the bill of $165, (what it all cost me) as opposed to $89 they were charging. They do not answer phones or return messages. AVOID!

I booked to Prime Shuttle from my home to LAX. My pick up should be 7:30am but they moved it to 7:55am unfortunately the driver was 5mins late. Then i he saw my lugagges he ask me why there is a box. (The size of the box is same as a regular luggage)I told him that it was mine and i dont have other bag to put my stuff on it. When we came to the aiport, i immediately get a cart for my stuffs. I saw he put my luggage on the side of the street while im waiting for my box to handed me, i walk towads him and getting my box he said “What ?What? what do you want?”(in a arrogant way)I didnt reply instead wait for him to dropped my box to my cart i handed his tip and go away. Neither of us say thank you or he say have a safe flight. Prime Shuttle you guys should avoid those kind of incidents. And educate your driver to be professional and taking care of his/her passengers. God bless!

Tried this app for a trip two weeks out. Noticed a mistake after booking and charged $5 cancellation fee. Customer service just said “you agreed to terms”. Will never use these people.

I can't get past the telephone verification. It hangs and freezes after I put the code in. . I'm using an iPhone 6 if that helps.

The app has a GPS attached which automatically inserts your location as the pick up address. You can’t change it in the app. In our area properties often run perpendicular to the street, so a house with the address of 125 Main St very often is behind the house facing the street with the address of 123, or a row of townhouses beginning with 117 and ending in the back of the property with 125. The back of the property may very well be at the end of another street separated by a wall. That’s exactly what is happening in my case and the app is mistakingly reading my location as the end house on the street behind the wall at the end of my property. There is no way to change the pick up location. I contacted customer support, waited for 3 minutes. Someone named Anna asked me what app I had downloaded. I answered immediately and off she went never to return again. I’ll go back to using their web page. Gotta say though that I really love their shuttle service. Work on the app folks please.

Being a tourist here in the US, I am quite unfamiliar with the transpo services, however, one of my colleagues recommended prime time to me. And so I did, I am quite impressed with the service they provided. Even the driver is friendly esp knowing that I'm a tourist. Their service is fast and reliable. I will definitely use prime time again.

A terrible app. I tried to look into booking LAX to and from. Before I know it had booked my shuttle without giving me time to confirm or check itinerary. Right away I had to cancel it but still they charged me $5 cancellation fee. A total rip off. I would suggest one to book on their website rather than this app.

I downloaded this app thinking it would be a quick and easy way to order my shuttle transport from airport. However when I clicked on transposed nothing happened so I am currently unable to use this app. Bummer! I had night hopes

I'm not sure what all the negative remarks are for. I've never used PrimeTime-RideShare in the past or their App before his trip and I had no problems with them. Drivers were very professional. Their shuttle service, yesterday, from LAX to our hotel in Longbeach was excellent and a very clean vehicle. Our driver Jose was extremely friendly and professional. Also used them again to get from hotel to the docks to pickup my vehicle from Matson. I'll definitely use them again if I need to. 5 stars.

I had to book a last minute flight and reserved this shuttle maybe 4 hours in advance. It probably took 2 minutes to enter my information and then i received a text confirming it and giving me the driver number. I don't know why there are all of these bad reviews on here because nothing was easier than using this app. Driver arrived 12 minutes early. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice.

***USE UBER / LYFT POOL instead*** During last phase of registering, app prompts for Coupon/Promo codes after entering your credit card info. The current promotion (PTSAPPNOW) gives an error message: Code used to maximum. Back out to previous page but it confirms my reservation instead. No final 'Review page' given for reservation and no clear indicator if the entered time is for ARRIVAL or PICKUP. And now I lost $5 for canceling.

It refuses to allow you to enter a correct pickup address. It just keeps inputting whatever it thinks is your GPS location, which also happens to be completely wrong. Until they fix the bugs don't download or use this app.

I entered my destination airport and the app routed me from my pick up location to my drop off location. It took me over half an hour to get someone on the phone to adjust their mistake, which also changed the price they quoted me. Their "live chat" help service responded to me once, asking how they could help me (in all lower case letters). Through the entire ordeal and all the messages I sent them they never responded again until after I got off the phone with the agent. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

This app basically stole $5 from me. They asked for my credit card before reviewing all the information and charged it right away. They do not have a way to modify the reservation and charge a $5 cancellation fee that they claim does not go to them but their credit card processor.

It requires a phone number to set up a new account, but you get a message that the app cannot send texts. US phone number. So, you cannot even start it. I actually have an account already, and it doesn't recognize it. Not sure why a company wants to spend money on producing a garbage app like this.

Not sure if this is because of a recent update but as of Jan 2020, the app and the private shuttle service is awesome. I booked for friends who needed a one way ride from LAX to Ontario. It was seamless. I even had to adjust the pick up time the night before (they automatically add an hour buffer after your listed arrival). BRING CASH with you to tip your driver :)

I contacted them because when booking it showed one price then checking out it went up $30.00. Called them and they said that prices go up anytime. Asked to speak to a manager said I could not. Will never use them again.

I booked online the first time and had a great driver and a great ride. I chose this company because Super Shuttle (my standard option for years) did not have an economical rides available. I booked two more times in Sep 2019, both online (not this app), and no driver showed. Despite text and email confirmations within two hours of my paid pickup time, I received a call from the dispatcher one minute before pickup asking if I heard from the driver. My app showed a map but not the location of my driver. The dispatcher tried for about half an hour trying to get me a driver before I resorted to a ride-share for my ride to the San Diego airport. A few days later, I received a call and email after I went to bed to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for the next morning - I saw the messages when I awoke the next morning, making it challenging to find an alternative on short notice. Both reservations that week were for 4am pickup. I can understand how challenging it can be to find reliable help for that hour of the morning. One bad driver can really hurt the reputation of a good company. I intend to look for another company for my future trips, or rely on one of the ride-share companies.

No success using this app after...oh, maybe a dozen tries and three fresh downloads. The app didn’t display correctly on my iPhone screen (way off-centered), and consistently locked up after I tried to enter the pick-up location. The new Prime Time website is also very buggy and limiting, plus virtually useless if trying to book from outside the United States. Used to use their old site regularly without any hassles, but now it doesn’t work outside the States, either. Customer service never responded to any of my on-line or phone queries regarding any of these issues. I’ve been a Prime Time rider for years, and like their service very much. So, I was very surprised that they’ve left me spinning in the wind like this.

My advice for travelers from my own experience and those of others, DO NOT employ prime time shuttle to shuttle you anywhere. My group of 8 travelers booked Prime time months in advance of our travel and confirmed with them 5 hours before scheduled pickup. After 15 mins of “no show”, we called them only to be told there was no available driver and that we were on our own. They did not even have the decency to call us. We paid twice the amount through Uber from San Diego to LAX, but at least we got there on time. Prime Time shuttle is unreliable and indecent, not to mention their difficult to contact and hard to understand outsourced phone help. I cannot in good conscience recommend prime time shuttle to anyone. Please believe me. I gave 1 star only because there’s no option to give none at all.

BEWARE!! This is not a legitimate service. We arranged a trip a week in advance and received multiple confirmations. 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I contacted support and found out the driver was still 55 minutes away. They were set to arrive an hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled time and they made no attempt to contact us. The number I was given for the driver went straight to voicemail and was in Spanish. Never use this service! They will ruin your plans.

Hello, so I’ve been waiting for 2 1/2 hours now and I’ve finally decided to call an Uber. This company is absolute fraud, they never came to pick me up and they took my money. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Everyone who is considering using this service please do not. Just call Uber/ Lyft I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this company as well they did not help at all and just chuckled when I told them my situation.

Worst service we’ve ever used. Our driver was almost 3 hours late and then was on his phone while driving (we caught him multiple times on Instagram). He also was driving with no shoes on which was weird. We kept calling the service and they told us they’d send someone to get us in 20 min but we still waited hours. We only were able to get a 30% refund which is fine I guess but we will never use this again and will tel our friends and family to avoid it at all costs.

I know it seems like a great deal, maybe cheaper than your other options, and I know the app seems like it’s convenient, but this company is everything but that! I had received several confirmation texts about my pick up 1 and 2 days before. And then an hour before pick up received a very unprofessional email stating I would not be picked up but I’ll be refunded. I barely made it to my flight, because I had to find another way to get there last minute, I get back from my trip 3 weeks later and was still not refunded until I sent them the bill of $165, (what it all cost me) as opposed to $89 they were charging. They do not answer phones or return messages. AVOID!

I booked to Prime Shuttle from my home to LAX. My pick up should be 7:30am but they moved it to 7:55am unfortunately the driver was 5mins late. Then i he saw my lugagges he ask me why there is a box. (The size of the box is same as a regular luggage)I told him that it was mine and i dont have other bag to put my stuff on it. When we came to the aiport, i immediately get a cart for my stuffs. I saw he put my luggage on the side of the street while im waiting for my box to handed me, i walk towads him and getting my box he said “What ?What? what do you want?”(in a arrogant way)I didnt reply instead wait for him to dropped my box to my cart i handed his tip and go away. Neither of us say thank you or he say have a safe flight. Prime Shuttle you guys should avoid those kind of incidents. And educate your driver to be professional and taking care of his/her passengers. God bless!

The app has a GPS attached which automatically inserts your location as the pick up address. You can’t change it in the app. In our area properties often run perpendicular to the street, so a house with the address of 125 Main St very often is behind the house facing the street with the address of 123, or a row of townhouses beginning with 117 and ending in the back of the property with 125. The back of the property may very well be at the end of another street separated by a wall. That’s exactly what is happening in my case and the app is mistakingly reading my location as the end house on the street behind the wall at the end of my property. There is no way to change the pick up location. I contacted customer support, waited for 3 minutes. Someone named Anna asked me what app I had downloaded. I answered immediately and off she went never to return again. I’ll go back to using their web page. Gotta say though that I really love their shuttle service. Work on the app folks please.

Being a tourist here in the US, I am quite unfamiliar with the transpo services, however, one of my colleagues recommended prime time to me. And so I did, I am quite impressed with the service they provided. Even the driver is friendly esp knowing that I'm a tourist. Their service is fast and reliable. I will definitely use prime time again.

A terrible app. I tried to look into booking LAX to and from. Before I know it had booked my shuttle without giving me time to confirm or check itinerary. Right away I had to cancel it but still they charged me $5 cancellation fee. A total rip off. I would suggest one to book on their website rather than this app.

I'm not sure what all the negative remarks are for. I've never used PrimeTime-RideShare in the past or their App before his trip and I had no problems with them. Drivers were very professional. Their shuttle service, yesterday, from LAX to our hotel in Longbeach was excellent and a very clean vehicle. Our driver Jose was extremely friendly and professional. Also used them again to get from hotel to the docks to pickup my vehicle from Matson. I'll definitely use them again if I need to. 5 stars.

I had to book a last minute flight and reserved this shuttle maybe 4 hours in advance. It probably took 2 minutes to enter my information and then i received a text confirming it and giving me the driver number. I don't know why there are all of these bad reviews on here because nothing was easier than using this app. Driver arrived 12 minutes early. Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice.

***USE UBER / LYFT POOL instead*** During last phase of registering, app prompts for Coupon/Promo codes after entering your credit card info. The current promotion (PTSAPPNOW) gives an error message: Code used to maximum. Back out to previous page but it confirms my reservation instead. No final 'Review page' given for reservation and no clear indicator if the entered time is for ARRIVAL or PICKUP. And now I lost $5 for canceling.

It refuses to allow you to enter a correct pickup address. It just keeps inputting whatever it thinks is your GPS location, which also happens to be completely wrong. Until they fix the bugs don't download or use this app.

I entered my destination airport and the app routed me from my pick up location to my drop off location. It took me over half an hour to get someone on the phone to adjust their mistake, which also changed the price they quoted me. Their "live chat" help service responded to me once, asking how they could help me (in all lower case letters). Through the entire ordeal and all the messages I sent them they never responded again until after I got off the phone with the agent. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

This app basically stole $5 from me. They asked for my credit card before reviewing all the information and charged it right away. They do not have a way to modify the reservation and charge a $5 cancellation fee that they claim does not go to them but their credit card processor.

It requires a phone number to set up a new account, but you get a message that the app cannot send texts. US phone number. So, you cannot even start it. I actually have an account already, and it doesn't recognize it. Not sure why a company wants to spend money on producing a garbage app like this.

I can't get past the telephone verification. It hangs and freezes after I put the code in. . I'm using an iPhone 6 if that helps.

***USE UBER / LYFT POOL instead*** During last phase of registering, app prompts for Coupon/Promo codes after entering your credit card info. The current promotion (PTSAPPNOW) gives an error message: Code used to maximum. Back out to previous page but it confirms my reservation instead. No final 'Review page' given for reservation and no clear indicator if the entered time is for ARRIVAL or PICKUP. And now I lost $5 for canceling.
