Elbow grease issues
by ChetiElizabeth🤷‍♀️🥰 on 2020/07/11 02:03
I enjoy playing this game. It’s disappointing that the elbow grease is not consistent. The math was wrong and it took 3 days to fill up instead of the stated 8 hours. I hoped moving to another city would fix it but it did not. I bought my 6th contractor and was supposed to also receive double the elbow grease and that was not given to me either. These issues are rather important. I noticed also that other players can tilt the house for pictures in the showcase. I will continue to play and still really like this game above others I’ve tried.
Amazing game !!!
by loverheart434 on 2020/07/05 17:17
I think House Flip is an amazing game . You get to explore different cities and flip houses and to make money . You can use the money to flip more houses and too buy hearts , the hearts help you get the job done faster . And their is no ads . Their is only ads in the game when you want to make the work go faster .
Amazing game

I like this game and my aunt actually lives in waco Texas and works at Baylor University
Fun idea for a money grab
by jnezzy on 2020/07/03 18:08
Basically the game consists of following a boring checklist with no room for creativity and the. having to wait for each checklist item to be completed, unless of course you want to buy more hearts.
don’t get this

Good but needs more flexibility
by E=F Flat on 2020/06/28 18:13
I really like this game, but there needs to be more ways to unlock different paint colors and such. It gets super boring using the same two colors all the time. I also wish it was easier to unlock different cities.
I would recommend this to anyone
by Boredathahn on 2020/06/25 12:09
I love the app and I personally enjoy how you don’t have to play mini games to get stuff to buy and that costs whatever. I love the game and I think that anyone my age below or over would enjoy this too. Stay safe healthy and away from the coronavirus. 😌
I like this game

I love this game! But there’s only one problem it’s not really complain it’s just a problem OK so here it is this game is a little hard to operate but besides for that it is a good game.
Liking so far, but some ideas for updates, but some flaws
by package1969 on 2020/06/24 19:39
I may up the rating, but after only having it for less than a week, I do not want to 5 star it too soon. I am loving it so far, and I love the fact that we can unlock swatches of various unlocked items, and if you open a box, it may contain a booster OR a swatch, although I am not getting a lot of swatches, but I like the appearing random swatches, and they are not all in order though. Some ideas for updates could be... so many houses have hallways, that could have new paint, floors, lighting, and let’s not forget wall decorations too. Not to mention for the houses that have stairs, different types of stair railings, stair treads, banisters, newel post, etc. Maybe runners too, and the part in front of the treads too. That also made me think of garage additions, although no car is placed inside, but obvious room for a car. If no Garage, at least a covered area for the poor houses, and the poorest houses can have a driveway for the car only. I have seen a number of houses, in this game, and the car must be parked in the street for all houses with no Garage or covering. So far, I have made it to Phoenix, and am bothered when I see a specific 2 story house. This is on the 2nd floor. Loving the Master Bedroom and Large Bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms on that floor though. One bathroom is fine, but... the other bathroom only has a sink and toilet, and no tub or shower. In short, the child has that room, and has to knock on parents door in order to use their shower, since the sibling is currently using their own shower. It would make more sense for the 2nd floor to only have 2 bathrooms, but the second one adjoins both bathrooms. That house aside, still enjoying the game though. For houses with Balconies, I would love to remodel those like entryway, flooring, etc. For porches, patios, and the list goes on, I would like to remodel them too. However, there is at least one more house, that should be altered on the outside. I forget the city, but the only pavement is a large rectangle at the back of the yard, that does not even touch the house. I really cannot see residents using it, unless a sidewalk connects it to the house. Let’s put some stuff on it, like a grill or swing, etc. plus let’s add some yard decorations, to stage it. If single or couple, it would have some of that stuff for adults. If small family it may have a swing or other stuff for kids and adults. If large family, swing playset/jungle gym, and stuff for kids and adults too. If fenced in yard, maybe add a doghouse near, patio or outside pavement area For swimming pools and fountains, etc. maybe able to remodel their appearance too? Lots of ideas as I said. I finally unlocked salt lake, and my elbow grease at the center has never been full, NOT ONCE. I may get the notification that it is full as of an hour or so ago, but it is really only as high as of about 190,000, and nowhere near the 350,000 it should be at. By the way, I have 5 workers, but I cannot see the notification saying it is full, when it is clearly NOT. In short, I have been starting the day with way less than a full elbow grease each day since I began this city, and salt lake frequently uses up at least, 100,000 or more as soon as I log on to get 5 workers to work. There may be no bug, but even when I get the message stating 5 Or 7 hours ago, it still is not full. It says 8 hours to fill, but if I get the message and it is not full, something may be wrong. Sometimes, working on a 2 story, and no visible stairway, which is unrealistic. I keep searching for it, and hope to renovate a broken stairway in the future. Plus, I would love to work on doorways, and some being arches...doors too sometime in the future. One flaw is this though. I agree about elbow grease needs being added in new cities for same tasks, and bigger rooms rooms requiring more for certain tasks, but... I frequently start the day working in the kitchen, and last night, laundry room, when ..., by the way, I am working on a Tudor for the first time. I did not notice the appliances until last night, and those 2 are the same needed elbow grease as the 3 appliances in the kitchen, which is almost 60,000 needed, which is the same for cabinets, and countertops. I do not think the laundry room appliances should require as much elbow grease as those in the kitchen, since there are only 2, and they do not need to be built in, and worked around all of the cabinets. Aside from that, before last night, I noticed... Phoenix, cabinets, etc were about 18,400, and when you get to salt lake, it jumps to about 39,000 give to take, but in the Tudor of the same city, 55,200. Considering my elbow grease is never full now, and I just logged onto the game, I am already down to 15,000, which is a large number from the 190,000 elbow grease, I. Egan with, and I am still working on Phoenix, Kansas, and Waco. I hope I can do something in all 3 of these towns, before I let it build up a little. I do not think the same tasks should escalate that much between cities, and esp in the same one.

Elbow Grease
by dammkid97 on 2020/06/20 14:03
Recently re-downloaded this game because it is so much fun. One of the games on the App Store that I truly like and don’t get tired of. I couldn’t remember why I deleted it from my phone, then I ran out of elbow grease. It is incredibly hard to get elbow grease in this game. Not at first, but once you get to the higher level houses it uses up about 200,000 on one stinking thing. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could actually purchase like a pass or something that continually gives you more, or as you level up you get more. So unfortunately I will probably be deleting the game as I have to wait 2 days to get enough elbow grease to actually do something.
I like it but floor plans are always the same
by smata05 on 2020/06/19 02:05
I am a bit disappointed how no matter what house you are flipping there’s only like 3 different floor plans and that is all. So it gets a little boring not being able to be excited to buy certain houses with different floor plans in the same city

Ok I need an answer
by wowomgcrazy on 2020/06/17 23:30
So I tried the game and it taught me how to do it and then I was ready to do it on my own. The game all of a sudden froze so I exited and then went in. However it had to load so I got up quick to get something to eat and the game had not loaded at all I continued to wait it loaded to 4.7 and I said oh ok but then it stayed there for like 10 minutes! I uninstalled the app and then installed it again but no! It still gets stuck at 4.7! PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!
It’s fun for a little bit
by ctk10 on 2020/06/17 14:42
I love how the game is set up but I don’t really like how the elbow grease thing works. I think that it takes the creativity out of the game and I would also like a mode where the players can build a house. Like I said keep the game set up but, again I don’t like the elbow grease thank you for the fun game!

Fun game but app has issues
by BbbbbeccaHein on 2020/06/12 14:57
The game itself is okay, though I wish there were more choices. The problem is that sometimes it just keeps force closing on itself, which would be annoying on its own, but it also deletes any progress you made the whole time it was running from the last time the app was opened. So basically you get done with a bunch of renovations and even show casing a house, and then it force closes itself and all of that’s gone and you have to do it again.
If you like to just follow directions ...
by Ronkika on 2020/06/11 15:31
This game just tells you what to press and when. When I downloaded it I thought it would allow ME to design the house. But this directs you and only give you a few options plus you can only change the things they want you to change (for instance, you can change countertops but not cabinets)
Suggestions
by houseflipGeek on 2020/06/09 15:10
House flip, I have been playing for years and always enjoy the new cities and different types of houses, although I have some suggestions to make. Can you do an update where we can choose to locate/move around rooms? Also, can we choose what type of walls we would like? For example, I would like for some of my houses to have exposed brick walls in the living room. That’s all I have for now. Thanks!
Awesome Game
by Babycakes#1😀🐷 on 2020/06/09 14:43
I like this game a lot! I just wish that as you get farther along, it wouldn’t take as long to remodel the house. You should also add white cabinets as an option when redoing the kitchen. Other than that great game 👍
Bugs

This app is slightly bugged, in that after unlocking Kansas City, I could not move or click on the map at all. All I’m able to do is close the app and open again, then stay in Kansas City. Please fix this so that I can have access to other locations.

House Flip
by i dont want to add a name on 2020/06/07 12:59
This game needs to let players opt out of the 3 star blitz. I can’t flip houses until I buy workers. Tried to delete the app in hopes that app starts over no such luck.
Has potential
by LAHX4 on 2020/06/07 02:27
I think this game could be a lot of fun BUT who wants to wait 4 minutes for the exterior of a house to be painted when playing a game. Oh you can speed up the process by using hearts but then you’re going to be dropping a ton of cash to buy hearts all the time. So this game lost me when I went to do the 1st house and it said I had to wait 4 minutes. I want to enjoy a game I’m playing, I want it to hold my interest and this just wasn’t it.
Hearts and Dialogue...
by little Story book on 2020/06/06 19:58
Dialogue... I really like this game, only thing is there is so much dialogue. The game is enjoyable but there is so much stop and start, and we cant get out of it, it takes the joy out if playing when you constantly have to stop and read everything. Hearts... When you start playing we end up having 350 hearts but then you have to spend 200 on a project which isn’t really fair because you have to use elbow grease and you need hearts for that. It would be nice to at least have the 350 for later. Plus the cost for elbow grease is expensive but other than that no complaints

Diminishing Returns
by -kidadas on 2020/06/02 22:21
This game is in need of new wall colors, new flooring, new doors and more varied appliances. (One washer dryer set only comes in white or bright neon green.) The roofs were recently updated, but they look worse than before. There are certain doors that are available as options for laundry rooms, but not for any other room, which doesn’t make sense. Some of the colors are gauche and don’t match anything and it gets boring using the same ones over and over. They took some of the colors away in an update a while ago, but why update a game to remove things instead of enhancing it? Many of the construction items that are available in the game are locked for some reason. This is another change that was made a while ago. Those items didn’t used to be locked. They took them away and locked the new ones. The only way to unlock them is to open mystery crates in each city after flipping a certain number of houses. The problem with that is that the mystery crates can be boosters as well as construction items. Unfortunately, the probability rates of the mystery crates are heavily skewed in favor of boosters, the 2x swift fixers booster in particular. So you may only have access to two out of a set of four pavement or paint options, for example, because they’ve been locked for months and there’s no other way to unlock them. On the plus side, you’ll have like 30 2x swift fixer boosters if that’s your thing. Other items like siding and windows have been “coming soon” forever. I’d prefer the developers work on adding those to the game instead of pushing the tastemaker voting aspect on us. I’m really not sure what the developers are thinking as far as the direction of the game and what their focus is. What I do know is that it gets less and less compelling as time goes by. I used to be addicted to this game, but now I only open the app once or twice a week, if that.

Hate New Direction of Game
by PhoneJockey on 2020/05/31 03:51
I used to really love this game. I was addicted to it!!!! I rated it 5 stars!!! But the newer updates are changing the game play. It’s no longer based on just flipping houses and making a profit - in fact, it doesn’t matter if you make a profit or lose a ton of “money” on the sale - it is now based on social input, with the idea of people voting on your interior decoration skills. There aren’t all that many design choices, so the houses start to resemble each other anyhow. This seems totally pointless to me, and very annoying!!!! People put marble floors and upgraded everything in a low income house to try to get “tastemaker” points, when the previous point of the game was to keep the renovations consistent with the area in order to make a profit (which is consistent with “real” real estate sales). But now the point is to upgrade to the max and lose “money”??? In order to gain “tastemaker” points????? They call it “clout” when you accumulate these tastemaker points, but it has absolutely no value in the game that I can see, and I’m at a very high level. I kept going, thinking that at some point it might make more sense, but it’s totally pointless and annoying. I wish they’d put their effort into improving the game with more homes and design choices instead of going in this totally new direction. I’m looking for a new house flipping game now. :( :( :(

I just recently downloaded this. I actually really enjoy the game and graphics. However, I’ve noticed every time I play... the game somehow causes my phone to overheat. Like, really warm to the point my phone starts having issues 😢 it took me a few days to actually link the 2 things together. Looks like I’m going to have to uninstall for the safety of my device. Hopefully this gets corrected.

Nice Game to pick up for a few minutes...
by wihdbdjskam on 2020/05/25 12:30
Overall, I enjoy the game pretty well and see myself keeping it on my phone for a month or so. BUT the repetitious sound of the Birds and Nature outside while playing drive me absolutely nuts! I would like to have the ability to just hear the in-game sounds less the nature sounds on repeat. Progression gets to be very, very slow once you get into the Premium Categories and it becomes a bit of a “grind” at that point. Overall though, the game is pretty enjoyable just please, please, allow us to turn off the nature sounds. 🙉
So much fun! Yet so frustrating.
by Hillcountrynell on 2020/05/24 22:41
I am enjoying this game probably because I am a house flipper. I like the interface and the way the game progresses. I am having a problem with the elbow grease. The first two cities I had plenty of hearts but I had to spend actual money to buy a 6th crew person, which I hate to do. Now I cannot get enough hearts to buy elbow grease. Elbow grease supposedly increases when you have more workers, but I don’t see that happening except the total fill amount. Why don’t we get elbow grease for each finished task? I will not spend another cent, so probably won’t play this game for long. Shame.

Wanderlust Logan achievement frozen
by kjh1094 on 2020/05/20 05:20
I enjoy the game well enough to have gotten to Miami, but for some reason the Wanderlust achievement is stuck at 18/22. I wish there were more achievements or ways to unlock hearts. And I personally find the clout portion a waste of time. I don’t enjoy arbitrarily rating one house vs another when it’s just a popularity test. That whole roll out of features is tedious and unsatisfying. The matching game seems equally aimless, there’s no way to master that game. I’d like to see more design styles or skills.

This is a fun game, it starts out a little dry but once you build up your holes and locations it is addicting and fun! Sadly, I can’t sell anymore houses because each time I go to review pictures to earn keys, the app closes.
Good game but needs improvement
by pandaci on 2020/05/18 22:51
Well I actually like the game BUT a few things need to be fixed I guess. 1) when you unlock new cities it takes forever to renovate one house. And you have flip more houses in every city which is takes for a long time to move forward in the game. There are a lot of wait time and it’s getting really boring. I started to get bored at San Diego but I wanted to see Seattle because I live there. I barely hang in and open the Seattle but I’m about to quit the game cuz waiting is getting really annoying also it doesn’t make any sense. For instance smaller room takes more time and elbow grease than a bigger room like laundry vs dining room. That’s ridiculous. At least make an algorithm about make correlation between of the size of the rooms and the elbow grease you use, the renovations you have to make. 2) even if I buy a lot of contractors with my hearts there is never enough elbow grease to do more jobs because it takes to long and to much elbow grease. So when you move forward in the game there’s no need to buy contractor you can’t use them anyway. 3) the houses are all same nothings different. I’m in Seattle and playing with the same houses over and over again. 4) the MOST important thing is for me the stars. You have to fill 3 stars to get more profit BUT if there are 10 rooms under 1 star and when I finish like 9/10 it is NOT fair that star is not considering full. Because again it takes to long to renovate and sometimes I just want to sell the house like that but when I finish 9/10 rooms and that doesn’t count it doesn’t feel right. At least you can do something gradually fills when you finish each room that would be more fair I believe so I don’t feel like all the renovations I did earlier are for nothing.

Tutorial had me lost in first 30 seconds
by MzGq on 2020/05/16 23:13
I’m so majorly disappointed. I love the idea of a game that centers around flipping houses, staging them, and selling them. I was so excited, that is, until about 30 seconds into the game and realized that whoever created the tutorial for this game obviously put in zero effort whatsoever. Please have someone literate redo the tutorial or don’t release a product until it’s in final stages. I’m gonna try removing this game and downloading it again to see if I just missed something( which if that is the case I will update the rating), but if not shame on the developers for just throwing anything out there. Try Design Home instead. 😁😁😁
Possible layout changes?
by Manders47744992 on 2020/05/16 04:00
So first off, I look forward to the day that the wall demo is no longer “coming soon”. I do wonder with this new feature, if you will be able to change the layout to make more sense.. ie; changing bathrooms into bedrooms or multiple bathrooms, living rooms into bedrooms or kitchens, etc. I believe this would be a great feature to include while setting up this “Wall Demo” upgrade/update. Some of the layouts are a bit unrealistic, to say the least. Also, I would like to know how some people have stools for their Kitchen Islands.. is it something I can unlock with the Staging? I’d try a ‘contact us’ link, but there is not one available.

Well done 👍. The truth is the game is… I am speechless 😶! Already you can tell I like the game. And I do! But I have some suggestions already and I just got the game. One, why do we have to wait for are decorations to “come in”. Cause I am one impatient person. Two is it safe for me to put my actual name as my account cuz it’s to late now! If it isn’t I need you to fix that! Three some things are to expensive. Like dang! Lol 😂! Those were my suggestions. Here are my ideas: Make a thing where you can make houses with your friends! Also make a thing where you can build a guild I guess. (Most games call it that, it’s basically a team.) Also make a thing where you can start from scratch with building a house and make it cost money 💵!!! Overall great work, awesome graphics, and download the app!
Amaziiiiing

I literally love this app but if I could write something negative is that you have to wait like ten minutes for something to be done but overall I love it
Terrible!
by MakByrd on 2020/05/08 16:00
I would rate zero stars if I could. It downloaded, but would never load after the tutorial. I downloaded it on two devices and couldn’t get it to work. I also tried deleting it and re-downloading and it still never worked. Highly don’t recommend!
Used to be so fun...
by fireplacelol on 2020/05/08 13:36
I used to have this game, and it was so much fun! I could do more than one house, and it could entertain me for hours. I downloaded this game again, and after you have finished the tutorial, you can’t click on anything, or renovate other houses. The game makes you wait for the rest of the game to be loaded, but it never loads. This update was awful and I hope this problem gets fixed so I can be happy with this game again.

I deleted this game for a few reasons! It was loading, for like, an hour! And, 2nd off, it only got 16% during that time! This might be a good game, but because it never loaded, I don’t know. (Also, my internet was fine)! Please fix this! I really want to enjoy this but I can’t if it won’t load😡

I love this game it’s the best game in history But I’m in Salt Lake City and it takes like 3 and a half hours to put in counter tops and more than an hour to put in a bed and you have to flip too many houses to go to the next city but overall I reeeeeeeally love this game

I have a House in Texas that I was waiting to sell and when I tried all of the listings are below the price of me even making profit and it is a 3 star blitz and can you make it a bit easier to get hearts.

What happened to Chip and Jo?
by Briana 😆😆 on 2020/05/05 03:28
I swear I had this game a year ago, and I loved it. Back then, it was based off of the Chip and Joanna show, and that was one of the reasons I loved it....but now it’s not? What happened?
Wasn’t this app by Joanna and chip gained?

Fun, but hard to advance to new styles!
by alexqueensreviews on 2020/05/04 17:18
I’ve been playing this game like crazy for two weeks now and it’s super fun, but it’s hard to advance to new levels and styles (both for basics and staging). A couple days ago I got a promo to upgrade to Industrial - I was waiting to get some more hearts to do so, and then the promo disappeared. Not sure what happened there, but it’s frustrating, as I’m getting so bored with the current styles!
AWSOME

This game is wonderful! I like designing things and this is the perfect game for it. I don’t like having to play mini games in order to design things and this game doesn’t make you. It’s simple and easy to play. Super addicting. I would totally recommend getting it!
Great game!

Sometimes when you change the flooring, the change isn’t implemented, and you have to it over again. I have had this issue with the furniture as well.

I have been playing this game for years. I’ve completed unlocking new states, which I did them all. I wonder if they will do countries or what’s next as far as flipping 🤔 I’m still playing it and still making the achievements. Few hours a day playing maybe more to complete my house or my 2 houses. A lot of options to choose from. Now that they added to vote for other houses, I get to see how they designed it with their taste. Very interesting I might add. Keep up the good work!

It is a good game but the how to use the game thing that plays when you first get the game makes you use all of your hearts and waste them!! It then makes me just want to skip over everything they advise me to do. I love the designing part but It can end up looking bad because it doesn't allow you to unlock the good things. I don't even know how to unlock them!! The wait for a renovation to be complete and be endless and boring!! Please fix these problems but I do recommend this game!!!

by TBE111 on 2020/04/21 03:21
Really and basic game design but it’s one of those games that make you wait and wait and wait and if you want to speed things up they offer you to buy hearts, which buy time. Does that make sense? Kinda like sim city. Eventually the waits get so long that you’re kinda forced to buy the hearts. They also offer you to skip things by watching 30 second ads. Can’t games just be games anymore? I’m more than happy to purchase this game for a premium and none of he baggage that comes with it. Deleted.

When I got the app it was great and super fun. But I was mainly excited because it had Chip ‘n Jo in the game. And I was just heart stricken when I saw that they were gone! They are, and will always be the only home remodel/Reno-ers for me. The game is good and all but PLEASE, PEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Change it BACK! I mean they already left the show, which I was SUPER sad... no, depressed about. And now you’ve taken them out of my game to!🤬 Like no pressure and great game and I’ve probably used too many capital letters. (It just made me soooooo sad)😭Thanks for reading.😒

I love house flip, it’s easy to earn hearts, money, and elbow grease one of the best parts is the adds actually show what the game is unlike most games. And House Flip is easy too, my 6 year old sister made a house by HERSELF! Is also realist when you finish the house you list and you get offers you can reject or accept the offers. House Flip is probably the funniest, easiest, most realist interior designing game ever created!💖💖💖
Great Game
by Fdsthvsghouhbdsxvhghjhfvvf on 2020/04/18 02:17
Wonderful. I love it. I’m a realtor and have been looking for a game that is real estate related and fun. I love the flipping, it continues working even when I have to answer emails or meet clients. My only complaints are: 1. elbow grease does not recover fast enough to really keep up with the progression of the game. When I come back 12 hours later and click the elbow grease station, it barely fills up have of what I need. Then I vote, but voting is strange. Sometimes I don’t get the vote even though it’s tied 50/50. That brings me to 2. The mini game is absolutely horrible. It’s a guessing game. There is no strategy to it whatsoever. Click random tiles and hope you get a match. Shame. The only reason I even play it is to remove the alert from my screen. The game has a ton of potential. I will keep playing. I regret to say if the issues get worse, I’ll have to put it away.

by design hobbyist on 2020/04/17 13:29
It could be a really fun game, but the limitations to the design elements I can use is frustrating... why give an option on countertop, design style etc if you’re forced to choose what the ‘virtual designer’ recommends? What if I don’t want to design French style..or use butcher block counters? Isn’t the whole point to be able to have fun creating your own Reno? Sorry... not a fan.

Not enough elbow grease
by SamZarr8 on 2020/04/16 20:08
This game was very fun at first for me. I could not set the game down because you were able to keep making modifications to the places you buy. But once you get to San Diego the game goes downhill from there. You won’t have enough elbow grease to do anything. You have to wait days at a time in order to have enough elbow grease to make any changes. I see this as a game I will be deleting soon since there is not enough elbow grease to play. I don’t understand why there even needs to be elbow grease. If someone wants to wait the time it takes anyways they should have enough elbow grease to make more changes when available. Game is becoming more of just waiting around for elbow grease.

More freedom with the 3D option
by Stylish girl19 on 2020/04/16 13:28
Hey! I love your game so much! Quick suggestion: I can see the improvement with the 3D option, but I was hoping that you can move around freely? An idea as in when you hold down to go to a room you do not need to go out of the room to hold down to go to another room. I would make it easier to go from room to room. I hope I am making sense, Thank you!!

by Msceejay on 2020/04/15 13:56
Got through the long tutorial and started my first house. I only made it the the first project, changed the floor color and had to sit and wait almost 2 minutes for it to change!! Really?? Is that necessary?? Just change it already. 4 hours to wait for sale offers? Listen, when I play a game I want to actually PLAY, NOT SIT AND WAIT. DELETE!

Needs improved speed
by BonJean85 on 2020/04/13 09:04
I git this game when it was chip and Joanna gaines’ game. I loved it and was obsessed with playing the game. Would’ve given it 5 stars then. But then the game was upgraded and chip and jo were taken out and it got slow. Took forever to load even 20% of the game and I got tired of waiting. After multiple attempts I deleted the game. In an attempt to find a similar game I thought I’d give thus one another shot. But it took about 5 mins for the game to load 22% and I said forget it! It’s kind of hard to play a game you can’t load or it takes too long to load. It’s quite redicilous how long it takes just to load. Could definitely be improved in loading speed!!

Listen I’m not a person to write reviews I just read them before doing a game or anything for that matter but this game is fun!!!! I played a lot of other games that take forever to get anywhere and this game Is completely different... it only been about a week and I’m well far in this game ( it could be I just can’t set it down) but that what I like once you get started and you just know how to play you moved very fast... now other reviewers said you can’t earn heart and elbow grease that is WRONG... if you play and pay attention to the goals and achievements in the game you can earn heart I have not have to buy any heart I have 5 worker and I’m in the third city... and each city you get 5 worker and that makes it fun.. elbow grease now I had to buy more Elbow grease ( not with my own money) just heart that you earn a lot of when you play and completely task... but that’s it and that cause I play and completely a lot house at once... also there booster that makes the other project goes a lot faster.. and if you beat the Competition that they have you get nice boost to help you moved along the game a lot faster but you do have to have a little patients and you have to play it.:. It is fun give a try and just learn about the game and just pay attention and if you do then you will like this game if not then it not meant for you... also 10 a month help you moved so much faster and I don’t mind paying it at all..
Disappointed
by D.Kyle Beasley on 2018/06/12 14:50
I was excited about this game. I was going to use it during my down time However, expectations often leave one disappointed. I downloaded the game; purchased a home; began remodeling it; I then left the game, came back, and everything I had done on the game was completely gone. I then wanted to start again... I found one of the homes that were available to “buy” and it wouldn’t allow me to purchase. It would show me details of the house, and allow me to explore the floor plan, as well as look at the problem areas. It wouldn’t allow me to “buy” the home. I was pressing the “buy” button, and nothing would happen. I would enjoy this game bc of my line of work as a designer. There were other issues I had when I was able to interact. They seem trivial now. As most games want you to spend your own money to finish tasks faster and to move along in the game in lieu of waiting. The graphics are great and the options of finishes are fantastic. I debated whether or not to write a review, but hopefully if I’m not the only one having this issue, it can be resolved. *Edited* I couldn’t find the house that I had previously bought and started to flip; however, I deleted the game, and downloaded it again. It works perfectly! Thanks again! I also have given it a 5 star-rating. Great job!
Fun, Too slow-paced to hold attention for long
by Dana Z from Austin on 2018/01/21 00:44
I’m on my 5th or 6th house and constantly find myself going back and forth between other games I play because the in-app time it takes to stage or renovate each task is time-consuming with no option to multi-task. I also play games like Hay Day, Ramsey Dash, Sim City, etc. and all of these have various tasks or places you can go within the app so when you get to a stopping point/standstill in one area, you can bounce to another to remain within the app allowing for more gameplay. I would play this game more if I didn’t feel the need to constantly pop out to play another game while I wait 4 minutes for something to update. Suggestion is not to limit the the amount of tasks you can do based on contractors. It’s way too much to buy the 3rd contractor. In Hay Day, you can produce hundreds of crops and goods at the same time. Some take seconds, some take days but at least you have the option to continue to produce and grow your farm without being tightly restricted. I prefer games that don’t restrict you to buying lives, hearts, etc. to continue gameplay. I am more loyal to games which allow you to play at your own pace. With some improvements to the structure of the game and heart and grease amounts versus costs to buy with real money and the price of contractors, etc., I’d play this WAY more often. Needs some rebalancing in this area.
Please read if your considering getting the game
by xXPineappleloverXx on 2018/10/12 04:08
I love this game so much! I like the job of interior design so I feel as if it’s helping me a lot. I’ve tried many other of these games and they have not worked as well as this one. All they did was had the house prepared perfectly renovated. I found that very annoying because I couldn’t design it on my own. This game is not at all like those ones. It’s has where you get offers on the house and you can accept it or reject it. You can also boost up levels so fast if you put your heart and mind into your designs. Also before I got the game I read a couple reviews and I found them interesting. After I got the game and played it all the time, I found those reviews absolutely not true. There was one saying the offers were bad. Some saying the game was bad. But if they got the other games I tried they would pick this one as the best. I just think they should have played it more and longer before writing a review that’s not true. Anyways, I loved this game! But I think to make this game even better if you could add one special thing. At least add a place to get free hearts if you watch like a video or play a game like the elbow grease. Anyways, thank you so much for this game and if you improve it! I love it!
Could be better
by albinopacca on 2017/12/21 03:27
I really love the show so when I saw the game I was super excited to download it . I’ve been playing for the past week and I feel like it’s a game I will continue to play . Although there are a few things that could be improved . Such as earning more elbow grease and hearts . It takes way too much elbow grease and too little contractors . It also takes way too long for the some of the projects to get done so I have to use my hearts but then I run out and the only way to get more is by purchasing (which is understandable, you have to make money) but it is pretty expensive or by completing tasks (which I can’t finish) . There are also not very many tasks and it takes a while to complete the ones they already give you so I’m left with nothing to spend or no hearts to complete projects . Another thing would be the reoccurring elbow grease . I think it would be better if it reoccurred ever hour or so and it give you more . Instead of it reoccurring every few seconds and only giving you a little . I personally don’t want to sit there all day collecting elbow grease . It would also be nice to add extra games or tasks to earn more . The graphics are great but could be a bit more realistic when it comes to going into the homes and decorating. I really love the game and hope it continues . I personally would spend money on the game but it is expensive
Amazing just needs to improve
by Cool cowgirls on 2019/12/30 18:24
This is an amazing game!! In my Personal opinion I think it is so fun! It is always opened and loads fast and it’s so fun! The reason why I got this game is to build the house and I inspected it to be not as fun as it is! I could play it all the time! That is how fun it is but... It needs 2 improvements. In my opinion I think it needs to be a little bit more fast while building the house because when I am building once I had to wait an hour for the floors to change and I kinda thought that was ridiculous! It is still a amazing game though! The 2nd improvement it needs is so in my opinion I think that it glitches so much and takes me off the game and then I need to go back on and sometimes if there is something loading like For an example if I can get my paint in 3 minutes sometimes it moves to like 20 so it is kinda annoying but overall it is definitely amazingly fun and good! To be honest it is one of my favorite games and my sister even likes it too! Whoever made this game is Awesome! Tony and Mia, Thank you for guiding me through this game because I would probably have no idea what to do if you guys, Tony and Mia did not guide me! I love you guys as game makers whoever made it! Xoxoxoxo!♥️❤️😍👍🏻😘💕
A few things
by Omg if i have to do this again on 2018/02/22 10:13
I mean this politely, what’s the object of this game exactly? Where is the fun part, rather? I thought it was a game where earning profit and becoming a house flipping tycoon was an option, but I’ve reached a point in the game where I don’t have enough money to afford the houses on the level I’ve reached? Which isn’t the main issue I guess, it’s more so how this was created to even happen? I don’t understand the options of buying more expensive house fixtures if it doesn’t give me a better chance at offers closer to my selling price. There’s no option on whether to spend money on small things like a fruit or laundry basket, and buyers lowball you as if your listed price was merely decorative. At some point you fall into this tunnel where there’s not much clarity or direction on how to win, winning is actually an inferred concept like the light at the end, and you’re not actually feeling like you got much of a hold on things when you look up and see you’ve reached a new level but can’t indulge because the prior level forced you into a hole of unnecessarily staging a house and practically giving it away. If this was intended to be a game where players are supposed to simply enjoy the feel of everything, the graphics for the houses and furniture could enhance that. Visually, currently, it’s hard to appreciate the rehab theme due to the graphics. Where is the fun part of a game, if the images don’t at least capture you?
Could be so much better
by Award2015 on 2018/02/16 20:39
I love Chip and Jo, and have even driven 5 hours from my house to go to Waco. With that being said, this game is nothing like I expected. It’s the same paint colors, the same staging options, the same thing over and over again. And the suggestions don’t help, at all. I’ve watched every single video and none of it seems to matter. The colors don’t have to match, the materials don’t even matter. Even in medium income neighborhoods, if I use medium income materials, I barely make a profit. I’ve never made 20k in profit and I’m in the 4th city. No one ever gets up to my asking price even when I use cheap materials. And one of the videos said the more needs you meet, the more the buyer offers. That’s completely not true. All of the offers are totally random. The ONE time someone offered me above asking price, which I have no clue why they did because it was a basic remodel like I do on every house, they only met one requirement! So none of the tips seems to matter, nothing you do in this game matters at all. Even the tip saying hotter weather gets you better offers is a lie, it just decreases the wait time. I don’t understand the point of this game, it has literally no goal whatsoever. Sure, you unlock more cities. But even there, you don’t get your asking prices and you only make a slightly greater profit. I’m so disappointed with this game and have too many complaints and suggestions to go into one review.
Wow. Really.
by cupcakehelly on 2018/10/12 03:17
Okay so I got this game kind of aiming for one of those games like dinner dash or one of those “my story” games. A fun game you can play on end and grow and grow. Usually those games I can only go sooo far because you have to pay in diamonds or jewels or some type of upgraded cash. In this game it’s “hearts.” Usually I stop playing either because I don’t want to spend money out of my pocket for it, or i can’t do anything with what I have and it’s no longer fair nor fun. This is game is SO not like that. I’ve been playing for WEEKS now. Still not dissatisfied. They make it easy for you to get hearts and cash and upgrades. For you to grow. If you’re sitting waiting to finish the whole game in ten minutes you’ll be disappointed. But that’s what makes it so fun you have a to wait a few minutes or an hour to get what you need. So i go go work or School and im like “okay i have to get this or can’t wait to check in on it.” I know it sounds lame but it’s legit true. I actually sit in my car and think this lol. This is a good game and fun ESPECIALLY if you like to decorate stuff. Idk about the old comments or whats been up to date but as of right now this game literally has no faults.
I’m a bit disappointed 😔
by Dumbdumb1 on 2017/12/29 04:04
So yes I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHIP AND JO...BUT...their App is a bit of a bummer...I love the way that you can be creative and create your own property but a little disappointed with the fact that you’re only able to gain more 💗 or 💧 if you purchase them. I’ve played a few designer games and have had the option to gain more points by watching a 30 second video to achieve that. But with this App you’re only able to gain more 💧 is to use your 💗 to purchase them.. or go to the Magnolia market or see the new homes and hit the magnolia tree for sale OR to purchase them with your own money 💵..so yes you’re able to design a new home but only if you have enough 💧 to proceed and if you don’t have enough 💗 to increase the amount of 💧 to pay your contractors, than you’re basically going to wait FOREVER to move forward..OR pay your way through then next levels..AGAIN..I love the Gains but they claim that their “Magnolia” empire is unknown to their children but they’re taking advantage of their fans. If they didn’t want to be sell outs and take advantage of their followers, they wouldn’t have an in App purchase game. Sorry..BUT YES VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR APP AND MAY NOT WATCH THEIR SHOW ANYMORE..you shouldn’t take advantage of your fans..you should get some in app advertisements to keep your App going, not make your fans addicted to your App and expect them to pay to play your App. 😔😔😔😔
Extremely Angry
by favoritealsbbenlqndnhag on 2018/02/24 22:15
The game says the more you fit the buyers’ preferences, the higher their biddings will be. Well that is absolutely not the case at all!! I invest so much time and thoughts into every single renovation for my second house to match the neighborhood style and buyers taste. And when I put my pretty house on the market I was so happy and felt accomplished. The first offer has one preference match and gave me about 1k profit, I rejected it. The second offer gave me more than 10k profit, but only ONE preference matches with my house. So I thought maybe I’ll wait for other offers that matches 2 or even 3 preferences then I’ll get a even higher profit! so I passed the 10k. And guess what, my 3rd offer has two preferences match and gave me -2k (negative 2k!) profit! I rejected and waited. An hour passed by and I checked every single offer, I even used hearts to speed up a few because it’s so absurd that the offers seemed completely random! I passed more than 20 offers so far, the two best offers I received are from buyers that only matched one preferences, while those who matched all three only gave me a maximum of 4-5k profit (comparing to 10k+ from buyers who only matched one). So nothing I did actually mattered?? What on earth is the point of this game?? Why are the tutorials telling players tips/instructions that are in fact lies? I am so frustrated that this game could be so great but it almost “decided” not to be. I wanted to love this game so badly. Such a shame.
Not Great
by AngsterPHX on 2017/12/18 14:31
I really wanted to like this game, (since I love the t.v.) show, but I do not. Graphically the game looks great, and is very polished, but the gameplay is sooo boring! I have played enough of these type of games that require you to spend gems, hearts, diamonds, etc., to know not to use them all up right away. If you do, you will pretty much be done with the demo game, unless you make an ingame purchase. I understand that the whole object of creating these apps is to create revenue for the developers, it is expensive to create these, and it’s fair to drive people into purchases at some point. However..... just to start this game, it took me almost two hours of play time, just to buy, reno, and sell my first house, for a profit of 5,000 (and I followed all of the advice). On my very first house, the completion timers were insane for first level play. Thanks Hung for always having someone respond to feedback under your account! That alone makes me want to check out your other apps. This game however, I will not come back to later, to see if there are improvements, since I already wasted to much time on it, when there has been plenty of feedback saying the same thing about the timers. If you really wanted to fix those, you would have already done so in a small update, that included no other changes.
I really love it, for the most part.
by ecwhitman on 2018/04/23 16:25
In general, I like the pace of the game. It doesn’t bother me how long jobs take because I play the game in 5 minutes bursts throughout the day since I work a lot in real life. I love the new update—more color options and the pendant lights option in the kitchen are really nice. 👌🏻 My only real complaint is how hard it is to progress through San Diego. I’m earning 7,000 Elbow Grease/hour (3 contractors), but a lot of the jobs cost 120,000 each to perform. Sometimes, I go back to Waco or Kansas City to flip houses just to build up stock in Elbow Grease for a little while. Maybe, this is intentional by the game developers. Maybe, they wanted to slow down how fast some of us were progressing through the cities, but it makes me not want to flip any houses in San Diego at all. I also wish maybe there were more Chip & Jo videos later on in the game, or at the very least, have the option to go back and rewatch the videos we’ve unlocked. Apart from that, I really like this game. It’s one of only two games that I keep on my phone. For a free game, it’s honestly really great, and any Fixer Upper/Magnolia fan would definitely appreciate it.
Ho Hum.
by Katie2281817 on 2018/09/11 14:20
At first I was pretty excited about this game! Waco is a lot of fun and the pace is really fair. I had the ability to watch videos to bypass the time, used some hearts and made my way through the town fairly quick. I was offput by some app crashes, it crashed about 6-7 times through game play or would glitch out so you couldn’t play the mini game or watch a video at all unless you closed out and opened back up. Minor inconveniences but not deal breakers. Well, once I got to Kansas City the game took on a whole different vibe. Times tripled, grease cost doubled and the videos are ultra limited. Not sure if the videos not working is a glitch or they are trying to limit the amount of time you can shave off but I’ve only been able to watch maybe two videos throughout the whole upgrade of a house. I don’t really mind the wait but it feels impossibly long, especially while selling your house and you keep getting hit with way low ball offers (even if I use hearts to speed it up). I feel like Waco Catfished me. Like I see a really good looking game with strong qualities and a funny personality and then I go to meet them after investing my time and feelings and Kansas City Shows up in their 400 lb glory looking nothing like their picture and I’m horribly disappointed and can’t leave fast enough.
Final updated review
by Sumthnclevr on 2018/10/29 15:41
Final updated- It now takes around 5 days to complete a house, because of the elbow grease amounts required vs amounts generated. (Example) in 8-9 hours I get about 300K elbow grease, kitchen counters are 386K elbow grease. My Max capacity for elbow grease at my stage of the game is 1Mil (or very close to it), yet my silos CAP my elbow grease at 441K, making it impossible to allow your elbow grease to fully regenerate while you’re asleep or away from your game for 8-10hours. I say this is my final review because I’m going to delete the game, it’s becoming pay to play, all the houses are the same, just getting more expensive for nothing. This game turned out to be a real disappointment. Lesson learned -Original Review So, like any update there are some good, and bad. I’m finding more bad than good unfortunately. The mini game has changed in a way to be less effective, since it no longer speeds up any construction/staging. You can only speed up watching ads, and those won’t work half the time, so you have to wait 9hrs for some countertops and it takes 3 days to flip a high end house. At that point it’s not exactly attention grabbing. The amount of elbow grease required for things is a bit much, especially with the regeneration rate being so slow. Again, adds in to the wait. Flipping multiple houses is a nice feature, and the new interface is nice. But the overall functionality of the game has decreased in my opinion.
Update is glitchy and I can’t play anymore but plenty of issues before that
by NikkiGK on 2018/10/02 01:09
I was playing it and did the new update and it was working fine for a day then it started glitching where I would finish renos and start new ones and the app would close and the elbow grease and money from the new Reno would be taken out but the new one won’t have started yet. Then today I tried to open it and it won’t open and it prompts me to update to the latest app and when I try it says I already have the update. So who knows. The game was already getting frustrating by the excessive wait times 9 hours for an appliance or cabinet/counter Reno. Like I could go out and redo my real life home in that time. It’s a game not a real life simulation. Then the times are inconsistent. Small bathroom takes 40 minutes to paint and a large one takes 23 and a door takes an hour. 35 minutes for a bowl of fruit to be set on the counter. The house trees used to give elbow grease and sometimes hearts but now they just give money. Elbow grease takes forever to load. The amount of hearts some things take is obnoxious (100 hearts to put a bowl of fruit on a counter quicker). Like the more you play it’s clearly just a money grab to get us to buy hearts. Then if you want to go the ad way instead of the pay way you “run out of ads” after just a few times each day. Either way they make money so that makes no sense to limit out ads.
Needs some flipping of itself
by Rachellemomof2 on 2018/01/07 06:31
Cute game and concept. I did enjoy it for about two days... However I have grown bored of it, for it takes forever almost an entire day to get enough elbow grease to do one project once you level up a few levels. You hardly earn hearts or elbow grease unless you spend real money. And after leveling up it takes hours for projects to get done. No joke it takes an hour to place a fruit bowl and it take one contractor to do so?! So it isn’t a game you can just play and enjoy. It’s a game you can check on a few times a day and that’s it. It has become mundane and no longer enjoyable. It doesn’t hold your interest with how slow it gets! Also it’s insane how much you have to spend to stage the house for listing. It isn’t a choice either. And you don’t get to reuse any of the items. So you keep dishing out a few hundred here for a fruit basket and a few hundred here for a laundry basket that you don’t get to reuse. You also can’t buy and buy more than one house at a time which is seriously lame. You also don’t get notifications when projects finish. You only get one offer on your house at a time and you cannot counteroffer. You do not get daily rewards like most well made games. You don’t get bonus rewards for playing consecutive days. It’s all beyond annoying. It’s obvious this game is for the developers and the gains to make money. Don’t be fooled by the free download.
My heart says 5 stars!
by Spiffyfunpants on 2017/12/21 03:42
I absolutely adore this game! The gameplay and graphics are incredibly thought out down to the details, you can tell a lot of genius, diligence, and care went into this game. The homebuyers and their bios are adorable! I've tried several apps with a similar premise and thus far, this is the only one that gets it right and is fun to get lost in. Previous reviews have complained about wait times for progression, but it's important to note that this game is free (In-app purchases apply, but not spending money doesn't seem to hinder enjoyable gameplay.); however, it is definitely on the level of games that cost money to download. Speeding everything up, to me, would take out a lot of the excitement to the game. That being said, there are quite a few glitches that need to be worked out. Currently, the game will frequently freeze or the tapping of an option will simply not work. A quick restart will generally solve those problems, but it can seem tedious when gameplay advances. I currently cannot even scroll the rewards panel to collect them and I need them to buy more cute decor for my homes! I look forward to continuing to progress through this and coming back to give it the rating it deserves once the issues are worked out.
Fun but eventually too expensive to play.
by LadyHawkT on 2019/03/01 18:20
I noticed that the age limit on this game was 4 years old and up, really? I mean this game will only frustrate a 4 year old when they have 5 workers and can’t afford the elbow grease to do anything. I am a grown adult and have been playing this game for awhile and my impression of it was great at first, then I realized the real purpose of it, not for us to have fun, but for the creators to make lots of money. At first all of the decorating and renovating is really fun, moving up in decor and cities, but with each advancement, came a huge cost. I have five workers in three different towns and I can’t keep up with the elbow grease costs, for instance, in Waco it cost maybe a few hundred to paint a door, in Chicago it costs 65 thousand to paint a door. Appliances and other items cost nearly a million in elbow grease. I have tried to continue enjoying the game but I think its wasting my free time as waiting 2 and a half days for one task to finish while 3 workers can’t be used due to cost, yes, it’s actually wrong to make stuff cost that much. I bought hearts once or twice just to continue playing, a 4 year old can’t or won’t be allowed to do that. It’s a fun relaxing game, too bad it becomes too costly to play. Take the review as you will, just being honest.
Need a little more clarification
by rwar429 on 2017/12/27 17:53
I like the app, but a little more direction would go a long way. For example, when selling a house it says you are aiming for 10%, but the best I have seen is around 7.5% to 8%. Is there something I can do extra that will get to the 10% without costing the difference? Sometimes the first offer is the best, but once you let it expire to see the next offer, you can't go back. I think you should be able to choose the best of at least 2 or 3. It doesn't seem like the offer values change much whether you are in a cold market or a market on fire, it appears to only change the time between waiting for offers. I would think if the market was on fire I would get closer to the asking price, and in some cases even better than. Also, once you get to higher levels you use the elbow grease so quickly, it becomes a long waiting game. I understand the purpose of the game is to make money for the creators, but how much do I have to spend on one house, or how long do I have to wait? On other games, when you are waiting for something to build, there is still other activities to occupy the time. This one, you just exit the app and go do something else.
Good concept but could be better
by becca_s521 on 2018/01/08 06:28
I’ll start by saying the game has me addicted 🤭 but there needs to be some improvements, and could use a few others as well. First the needs, there’s a issue when say I’m painting the exterior of a house, the game may show it in the little Notification Center that I’m putting flooring in the bathroom. That issue should get fixed for sure as well as the videos you can watch to take time off of the renovation, I’m super happy they are there but sometimes it won’t give me the option to watch(and no I haven’t used all the times you can watch a video) and others it will say no videos to see at this time or that it cannot find a video. Those are my two biggest issues. Other things that could be improved on would be the design maybe add the option to remove a wall or change the layout, and add more options for “staging” as well as lighting and plumbing. Over all the game is fun and I haven’t ran into the issue where I have to use my actual money to purchase hearts, you just have to play the game. Sorry the river is so long but it’s thorough. Thanks chip and joe the game is fun #demoday #shiplap :) Random add on...I’ve completed several of the task and it still will not let me collect the hearts it offers. Somebody please help me
i need some help!
by layne (-: on 2017/12/29 03:04
alright, i loooove this game. this game is so fun, but the only thing is that i am out of money (capitals). i have just tried to buy flooring for this house i am renovating in Arizona and when i go to buy the flooring i want it says i’m out of money but it’s like $150 or something, and i don’t think that it’s the right price. So, i have $586 or however much i have and i go to buy this $150 flooring but, when i got to do the same for another room it jumps to $600 something. Seems very reasonable at this price, but since i bought that $150 flooring for one room, it left me $64, then i went to buy that $600 flooring for another room, and it adds my total back to $586 or however much i have. ALSO, on the elbow grease thing, i went to refill my elbow grease and it only costed me 1 heart? and then when i use my hearts it only takes away 1 when it says it needs 4 hearts to be finished? please fix this or let me buy some capitals, i totally would. these glitches occurred when i bought more hearts and yes, i have deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it kept me where i was (not complaining about that!) please fix these glitches?
Really fun app
by #ILuvWarrioirs!!!!;) on 2018/07/21 13:40
The app is really fun to play, but as I get new rankings, like the tycoon for example, the wait time for certain Reno’s is longer, also it would be cool if you added some more mini games instead of just bingo house flip edition. Other mini games like crossword (house flip edition), solitaire (house flip edition), or flappy bird (house flip edition). I think also you should make earning hearts easier, because I’m finding it difficult to earn hearts. I know buying hearts is a way to earn money for the game and company, but what if you added some mini games to earn hearts or elbow grease, like Tetris (house flip edition), Pac-Man (house flip edition), or word scramble (house flip edition). Also I think you should add more continents when you’d finish the cities in USA. Also if you’d add more houses in the cities or even add pools for renovating. (If there isn’t pools for renovating). Overall I’d give this app a five star rating but I’d also want to add some of the stuff mentioned. I love this app and I think it has potential, but maybe some of my suggestions would get your app some more five stars.
Fun at first, but becomes monotonous
by Sten2198 on 2019/07/22 17:35
I like that this game is an actual house flipping game, not a match 3 puzzle game with design elements (such as property brothers game or homescapes, etc). Unfortunately the very limited design choices make it boring after a while. You basically end up flipping the same house over and over. The new color choices they added are not great, and because I have to now “earn” the extra color slots I actually have less options for now than I did previously. The staging is an area that could use actual choices, not 4 variations of the same thing in similar colors. The challenges make it at least different, but you never know when they are because it says none scheduled until a few hours before it starts. The last update has also made game play slow down, it now takes effort to get a specific room to open/zoom in (the circle crashes constantly leaving you zoomed out), it doesn’t respond when you try to choose options, the menus take a while to load and it is all very choppy compared to previous versions. I appreciate the effort they focus on trying to continuously improve on the game, it just doesn’t have enough to keep things interesting for a long amount of time.
I tried but couldn’t even start the game?
by Constantly Surfing the Web on 2019/06/24 17:03
Thus looked like an interesting game app I saw highlighted recently in the daily Apples App so I downloaded it. Today I went to play it and was able to but my first house however when I was instructed to buy the exterior paint from the to-do-list while still being guided by the walk through “how to play” finger, I kept trying to select the paint I was prompted to but it wouldn’t select? I was stuck there and couldn’t move forward with the game? I’ll keep the app open for a day and check if the creators have left me a reply how to resolve this so I can actually play since it does look like it may be a good game and if there is a way to actually play it for free. If I don’t see a reply I will just delete it and move on to one of the other new games I have to try. I’ve been s daily Angry Birds 2 playing it everyday now for years. Im burnt out on it honestly so I need a break from it. I state that because if aI find a great game, that doesn’t cost more than s fee dollars a month, I am a very loyal player so you might of lost me before I even could play and see if this was my next favorite. If it’s something simple and user error, something I’m doing wrong, I apologize, either way though, I look forward to your reply with the steps I need to move in your game. Thank you for taking the time to read my reply.
Could Use Work
by juliannemdaly on 2018/03/10 22:55
I really enjoy this game on the surface - getting to redesign and flip houses in various cities. But there is a monotony to everything. You don’t have a wide variety of interior design options, so you’re stuck using the same handful of colors repeatedly and can’t customize anything (and even if you spend more money to do a nicer set up, it doesn’t impact the asking prices, apparently). You even end up doing the same houses over and over again in some of the areas. I don’t mind the wait time - I can put it down after a few minutes and start a new task - but I’d love to be able to do and customize more and just generally have more options. I also definitely have a problem with not having enough “sweat” to get work done in the game. You can use hearts to buy more sweat, but then you run low on hearts and never get to build up to buy more contractors, which gets you tears faster - it’s a constant cycle. The sweat is mostly a problem in Seattle for me, where it can cost upwards of 60,000 or 80,000 to do most tasks. It’ll take me days to finish one house because it’ll take so long to get enough sweat to finish all the tasks, and that doesn’t even include things I WANT to do, like repainting rooms that don’t “need” it.
Needs some tweaking but fun.
by kaliagain on 2020/03/23 05:08
I’ve been playing for a bit now and it’s fun. Interesting places and takes a bit of learning yet not too difficult. I’ll be happy once I’ve earned more colors and different styles as it can get dull using the same things over and over. Though I do enjoy different combinations and trying to get some creative looks. Never tried selling a basic fix up as I can’t have mixed up paint and flooring so I don’t know if it really makes a difference when selling. I do have a couple of annoyances. For instance, I don’t know who was in charge of lighting, especially the sconces, but either they were being lazy or just didn’t care. I don’t know how many times I’ve simply just put the floor lamp in because the sconces were ridiculously placed. Annoying as they are the second option and you can’t option out of them in the later options. I’ve also noticed some pendants now are poorly placed. Wonder what else I’ll find as I progress. I guess if I had one thing I’d like to see it would be more choice in what I want in the plumbing and lighting section Well if you made it through all that, I still highly recommend this game. 🙂
Addition to previous review response
by Halfpound12 on 2019/08/12 00:34
So, I wrote a review complaining about half of the items being locked and when you get to that level and the response I received was that the devs added two more to each one so while you’d unlock each level it’s the “same as before” That is completely incorrect. It’s scary the CSRs don’t understand how the game works, for the record... I just got to level 5 of landscaping and there are two choices (two are locked) we’ve ALWAYS had 4 choices in categories like flooring, landscaping, paint, etc. worked ridiculously long to finally unlock a new level and only half are available. The ones that previously had two at each level ( cabinets) still only have two. Not sure what was “added” ... only taken away. I have gotten the MAX houses in (3) cities so far — so no more mystery crates for me in those cities and have yet to unlock any of the specs or colors that are locked. I have opened 28 mystery crates and everything remains locked (it’s only boosters after the first one or two crates) explain how you get the locked half of paint, roof, floors, landscaping, etc. when they aren’t in the crates and not auto opened anymore when you finally reach that level.
Really love this game, but...
by TKM1018 on 2019/04/11 18:59
I really enjoy this game. I like the challenges and the balance of figuring out prospective buyer style and budget. Like some of the previous reviews I have read, I have reached a stage where the tasks are extremely time consuming and despite having 6 contractors, I find myself leaving the game so I don’t have to wait out the 2-9 hour tasks. I do appreciate the feature of being able to watch ads to reduce wait time, but have found some of the ads freeze the game and when I force close and come back I have sometimes lost progress. I have also encountered problems with game freezing when trying to list a house and having the same problem of losing progress. Despite these issues, I still really love the game. In addition to fixing the bugs I have listed, I would suggest also adding more to the achievements feature. I’m kinda stuck right now since the only achievements I have left are to unlock cities or visit landmarks (which I have to unlock cities to do) and that takes a very long time. I would appreciate rewards for visiting more open houses and selling more houses than the 100 it caps at.
Was having fun.. but now disappointed
by Bentleypuplover73 on 2017/12/29 04:40
The game is great. Super fun. But there are some fixes- first off, 35 minutes to place TWO BOWLS OF FRUIT IN THE KITCHEN?! What the crap? At the same time, I also put a new sink in the kitchen. 23 minutes. How is possible it takes longer to put two BOWLS OF FRUIT on the counter than it does to put in a new sink?! Also, I got to the third city.. bought my first house. Went into it with a little under $240k. Cheapest house was $203k-ish. I had like $30k to renovate this huge house. Got half way through and have $787 left. There’s no way to buy more money or get a loan or, heck, even trade my hearts in. I didn’t do anything extra to the house as I knew I had a TIGHT budget. Now I’m just stuck in the middle of this half finished house. Completely disappointed as I was really getting into it. Easy to earn hearts. Finally was able to get a third contractor and try to make a good profit off a new house. That’s another thing- you should be able to compare offers at least two or three at a time. The most I ever made off a house in the first two cities was $8k. Also, maybe some interactive games or jobs to earn more money on the side or win more elbow grease. There is a lot of waiting around if you don’t use your hearts to finish things faster. Great ideas though.
One of a kind
by CeeDJay93 on 2018/03/15 01:23
I have both praise and criticism to include in this review. This is the first game that closely mimics real house house flipping considerations (to my knowledge) in the App Store. It’s graphics, 3D animations and attention to detail are impressive. There are even some cool “Easter eggs”/gee wiz facts to learn. My only disappointment with this game is: incredibly long wait times. I’m at the point in the game where all 5 of my available simultaneous repairs are taking over an hour. And it would cost 20+ hearts to speed up. Finding a buyer at the right price point can also take well over an hour. I tell myself that I’m gonna go to another app or watch a Netflix show and then get back to this game, but before I know it, a whole day passes and I forgot to go back to the game. Thus, my forward progression is greatly stalled. Two weeks after downloading this app, I have concerns about whether or not I will keep playing it. Overall, great game. Great way to apply certain principles of house flipping. The long wait times would normally earn this app a 3 star review, but the graphics, planning, and overall development that went into this app raise my rating to 4 stars.
Good so far
by kristaelizabeth0816 on 2017/12/24 03:57
I love the show fixer upper! And I was so sad to hear that it was coming to an end. So when I saw this game in the App Store, I was so excited. I love the concept of the game. I’ve always wanted to flip houses in real life but that takes money I don’t have lol. So getting to do it virtually seems so fun! However, I feel like there is limited options of stuff you can do. I was picturing being able to knock down walls to make open floor plans and more designs to choose from. I’ve also had a huge problem with the ads as well. There is suppose to be three videos per project that your working on. Frequently I’ll have videos left to make the time run down, but it will tell me it can’t load the video or I’m out of videos. Most of the time when I close out of the app and go back in then playing a video will work. Then when I go to play a video on another project, it does it again. Very frustrating having to go in and out of the app like that. Hopefully things will get better because I love the game so far! And I would definitely spend money on this app if things weren’t so expensive. Maybe consider lowering the prices for hearts?
Fun start & so much potential
by xyz123ambs on 2017/12/21 20:28
I had been hoping a game would come out that emulates what Chip & Jo do on their show! It’s been a fun start so far, but there’s still so much potential for this game to become a total hit. The app itself is designed wonderfully. It’s easy to use and the details are lovely. However, it’s a bit repetitive and lacks variety/player choice. I kinda wish it was more like the show. Where clients come to you and then you find them a home and design to their likes/wants. It would provide more of a challenge aspect to the game. I would also like to see more player control. The pre-set layouts and designs are a bit of a drag. You should be able to mix and match while selecting the elements you actually want in the room. It gets boring to see the same set design over and over again. For example, having to have cabinet lights and wall scones just to add a ceiling fan. I would prefer being able to select and add the exact elements I choose. Same concept for the design items. I’ve only just begun playing, and I know it’s still a new game, so I’m sure improvements are on the way! Can’t wait to see what’s in store.
I love this game!!!
by brienichelle on 2018/03/22 19:58
I love playing this game almost as much as I’ve enjoyed watching the show! One complaint, is it’s kind of annoying to have a target price & no one is actually bidding anywhere NEAR that price. I’m selling homes for $30,000 less than I EVER would in real life. I know this is a game but that’s still annoying. My target price is $435,000 & every single offer (I went up to 15 offers because I kept being lowballed) were EXTREMELY low. I just settled for $408,000 because I wanted to move on & continue to play. I don’t know if that’s a glitch or what. I do love this game so much though. The many opportunities to gain elbow grease & hearts are astounding to me. not only that but I love that you guys have made this game so easy to never spend money on, all my other games tend to be money hungry (Supercity) but not this game. I love that I don’t spend any money trying to keep up with this game. One more thing that’s annoying, the video glitches for ads. I spend just as much time waiting for the ads to work as I do actually playing the game. I love this game, there are just a few minor tweaks that need to be done & this game would be perfection.
It’s Getting Better!
by J-lady123 on 2018/06/19 03:10
Update: I gave a 3 star review the first time but have changed my review to a 4 star. With the last update the mini game is a lot better and your chances of winning are greater. The videos no longer crash. It’s definitely on its way to a 5 Star review! I was very excited to play this game and I do like playing the game. However, there are a few things that I feel could be better. 1st - I’m not sure why the videos error out when you try to speed up a project, but if there are not anymore videos to help out speed up a project then we shouldn’t be able to select that as an option, maybe that option should be grayed out- just a suggestion. 2nd it would be a lot more fun if you could purchase and renovate more than one house at a time. 3rd - the matching game has no rhyme or reason behind it and it is very random, it really depends on how lucky you are at guessing. It should be more easier then it currently is, give your players more wins and chances to win so they will play more! If even a few of these suggestions are applied I will change my rating to 4 maybe even a 5 star rating.
House flipper game
by Ursula Aviles on 2019/06/11 18:29
I really enjoy the game BUT you guys need new updates where you can smash walls so you can have a more open concept a Layout for the home . And you guys also need to be able to let the consumer (renovate and decorate any room of the house ) let them do it in their way because they’re the ones flipping the house so basically it’s a game where you can’t flip houses on your own . Also you can flip houses but if you need to smash walls and decorate however you want then you should have more then two options for the renovations not just modern and traditional and you guys need to be able to let the consumer which is the gamer to be able to renovate however they want meaning if they want to renovate the bathroom and the garage or the laundry room or make an outside Garden then you need to let them do that .I have or they want instead of saying well you can only renovate the bathroom in this house and only renovate the garage in another house and on this house just renovate one room . House clippers need more freedom
Games should be fun
by Tygress on 2018/07/29 20:21
This isn’t a game. Games have challenges, and rewards. This “game” has you tap a room that has been decided for you (bathroom or kitchen as needing remodeling), pick something that it has already decided for you (fix the cabinets or replace the toilet) and select a color that has no bearing on the outcome of the game. If you pick a white toilet or a black one it doesn’t change the value of the house. Then - you wait 2-5 minutes. That’s it. Repeat a few times until your house is sellable and sell it for a minor profit, then do it again. You can unlock videos of the Gaines’ telling you info about cabinets and design... but if you have watched their show you probably know much of what they have to say. There is a mini “game” which is a random bingo game. Again, no skill and no fun. I don’t know what the appeal is here and I would be upset if I were them that this is what made it out of development. It should have the fun of demo - let us smash cabinets, walls, tiles! It should have actual design choices. Let me browse Joanna’s warehouse and choose a couch or some vases. Let me try to paint a wall and get points for picking colors that match my couch. It should have a budget we need to follow to maximize profit in the neighborhood. It has nothing remotely appealing and I am deleting it now.
Absolutely Love The New Update
by lisa mc94 on 2018/09/30 04:24
I know a lot of people are complaining and I can understand if they are having technical difficulties, unfortunately sometimes that comes with updates. However regarding the update in general, I think it’s amazing. I don’t miss the mini game, I don’t feel a need to speed up jobs, I set up jobs in one city move to the next, set up jobs there move to the next and continually do this through all 7 cities. By the time I’m done one has turned yellow and I’m back checking on that one, then another one has turned yellow and I’m checking on that one, it keeps me so busy it’s wonderful. I would also like to take the time to thank everyone who put so much hard work into this update I know it wasn’t easy and I know you can’t please everyone but I think you have done a great job trying. Once again more people will take the time to come on and complain then they will to come on in thank you for all of your efforts. Keep up the good work and try not to let the negativity get to you.
Ideas for the game
by Le3lee on 2017/12/26 22:19
Id like to see the game get new colors and designs for each modern, traditional, mid century, and french decor. Id also like to see backsplash added to the game. Also would like to be able to work on more than one home at a time. If I have the money I should be able to do that. I’m more into design so it be nice to pick the pieces I want to use similarly to the way Joanna does it on her show if possible. I was curious if the staging of the house makes a difference to how high or low the offers are I receive? Also I think it would be a good idea to add wall removal and re-organizing the rooms in the house to make more since. That way the master bedrooms are not connected to the only full bathroom and aren’t the smallest rooms in the house. Also changing the floors to match the whole house should increase the value of the home not lowball my offers because they weren’t necessary to fix or “extras”. It’s a pet peeve of mine to see a house and all floors are different in every room! Thanks nice game though looking forward to the updates!
love it, but there is one thing that disappoints me
by Yes I like this app on 2018/01/01 04:30
First off, I love fixer upper and this game is literally something I’ve been wanting forever in the sense of an app that draws me in and that I genuinely love playing. I’m already so addicted to this that it’s taking all I have to not spend actual money on this, which is where my issue comes in. Being someone who just reached Phoenix, I’m realizing this game is starting to become a “pay to enjoy” kind of thing. An hour to install cabinets? That’s insane. Waiting an hour for each thing to finish so I can progress is crazy and makes it really hard for me to hold interest. Especially since the hours seem to keep rising with each city. What happens after Phoenix? Am I going to have to wait 3-4 hours for something as simple as wall paint? It’s almost like they know this and want you to spend the money on hearts rather than making an enjoyable game. If it were more realistic in the sense of progression, I would happily spend the money, but $20 + dollars to get the amount of hearts I need to fulfill jobs without having to wait hours? No thank you.
Enjoy this game despite some bugs
by lmdow on 2019/01/13 21:42
I've been playing this game for a few weeks now and I've really enjoyed it. It's one of very few games I will occasionally spend money on. However, it's had some bugs that are starting to hurt the experience. Sometimes the map button in the lower right-hand corner is out of place and you can't fix it without totally restarting the app. I'll get notifications for bids on houses when I gave none for sale. Most importantly - and what might prompt me to stop playing if it goes on too long - my houses will say they're one income type at purchase and throughout renovating, and then show up as a different income type at time of sale. It's really frustrating to put the effort and money into a very high income renovation and then have it sold at medium- or low-income. This sounds like a small thing, but working your way to in this game is the point, and you can't when all your houses are selling for less than they're worth. I've now renovated 4+ "high income" houses that sold as very low, low, or medium income. Please fix this! Thank you.
Loved at first
by Kathy6870 on 2018/03/21 03:16
My family has this game, we all do love this game. However, after you get to your 4th and 5th city it gets very difficult to keep up with elbow grease. It also takes a lot of time to finish a house, even if you watch the videos. I have only sold one house above suggested price, I get low balled all the time and I have let my offers go to over a dozen offers. This is even when the market is supposed to be hot. The BIG issue I have right now, I have done the same house 4 times. Same improvements etc.. and it does not save them when I leave the game. Takes me back to the exact same place before I did them, right where I was when I bought the house! All that time, and I do mean time cause I’d go broke buying hearts to finish quickly if I did not spend the time and I’m still only on 3 workers as I cannot afford anymore. This is a great game but needs improvement. Someone actually make a great game like this that we can play, not go broke and make some progress and have some fun please. Please fix the glitches that will not save my game, I just gave my house up, sold it and went back to Waco to try. 🙁
Addictive quirky game
by markterry on 2020/03/13 18:32
Update: It’s pushing this new voting “tastemaker” nonsense in the game so hard. Taking play hostage. No thanks. “While your contractor works, come vote.” I have 4 other contractors to put to work. But now can’t get it to let me navigate back to what I was doing. Super annoying. Not a fun addition. Really detracts from the game. I am definitely hooked. Love creating new homes and moving up in access to new styles and finishes. But there are some quirks that can be frustrating. By the time you unlock Chicago, for example, some projects can take 12 hours. So you start it and go to bed and maybe look the next day. And there will be 4 paint choices per level, but two will be locked, seemingly forever. And the new voting element is a HUGE NO THANKS for me. I liked playing this in my own bubble of design fun. The leaderboard for sales was unnecessary but fine, but I absolutely do NOT like that they’ve come crashing in with people voting on our designs and we’re urged to vote on others. I specifically didn’t download other games set up that way and started playing this because it didn’t have any of that. Annoying.
Sounds more fun than it really is
by Jenkt on 2018/02/26 04:30
I have been playing for about a month and while at first it's easy to unlock more levels and new cities, the game gets monotonous fast. I wish there were more options during the staging instead of 2 colors. The most irritating thing about this game is the offers you get from buyers are rarely close to your target and almost always are low budget vs the budget range that you're given when making your repairs. I've flipped nearly 80 houses and I can count all the times I've received offers over ask on one hand. Most are so below target it's closer to 40% of the target profit shown when you list your property if not below what you've spent. The amount you spend on upgrades and staging doesn't matter. It would be more realistic if we could counter a bid, because that's how the real world operates when selling a home; even eBay lets you counter lol. It would also be useful to be able to see your actual stats at a glance. Such as total homes sold, amount spent, total profit, etc. You know, the actual things serious house flippers would keep track of.
This is just Ok.
by Mom0711 on 2017/12/27 15:17
Again, like everyone else, I love the TV show but the game needs a little more to it. I know the goal is for you to earn money and to make us buy stuff but usually the beginning of the game should try to pull you in. This game, you try to anything and you have to wait 5 to 15 minutes before it’s complete and there is nothing else to do but wait. So I leave this game and move on to a different game. After a few days of this, I’m bored with this game. I need something else to keep my interest. The play time is way too slow. I wish you have a mini game or something else to do while you wait besides watch videos. I know I am a cheap person when it comes to games. I try not to buy anything but that is because of my budget. There are many others out there the will buy in-app purchases but even doing that you wait for too much to move inside this game. I wish you good luck. I will check it out in between my other games but since I’m bored with it, I know I’ll just stop coming back. The game idea is cute. Hopefully the future improvements will keep players coming back.
Could be better
by Lilmissmafia11 on 2018/01/09 03:34
I downloaded this game because I’m addicted to the show. I love the process of how the entire house changes, so it’s super fun to do it myself in an interactive game. The graphics are nice, the material options are awesome, and the furniture is so cute. The only problem I have is with the elbow grease. I get the point of it. It just takes forever to build up, and the further you get into the game, the more elbow grease things take. I understand the prices going up, but the elbow grease too? Why did I buy extra construction workers if I can’t even use them because there’s never enough elbow grease. It’s at the point where I can only do ONE THING a day, and it takes over a week just to do one house. Like I said, it’s a cool game, but because of the elbow grease it quickly becomes a waste of time. I’m kinda sad about it, because I was in love with it for a while. Oh well. I guess that’s how the developers make their money. So really, it’s technically just a demo if you want to actually enjoy playing it without spending money. Open several new cities, and it becomes expensive. Not worth it at this point.
WAY TOO SLOW
by eakjck on 2018/02/17 14:41
Developers need too shorten the time it takes to flip a house, BIG TIME. It starts out fun but with each new city, it takes longer and longer to complete the renovations and staging. I am currently flipping in San Diego. I had to renovate the kitchen cabinets & countertops and replace the kitchen appliances - EACH at 6 hours and EACH using 168,000 of elbow grease. Plus there was replacing the laundry appliances at 4 hours and 120,000 points of elbow grease. I didn’t have nearly enough elbow grease to do all of this, so I used hearts at the store and filled up my elbow grease to approx 750,000 points. I started doing the kitchen and realized the hours now jumped to 13 hours to complete EACH of the three kitchen items and now 9 hours for the laundry appliances. NOBODY wants to wait that long to play this type of game. This doesn’t even include the other items that needed improvement, of which there were 10 more, plus the 13 more items for staging. The fun is to decide how to improve things and then flip the House. For a game, and to keep the interest level, nobody wants to wait 2 days before they can flip one house. That is absolutely ridiculous. If this continues, I am done playing.
Could be better

House flipping has always interested me so when this app advertised on Facebook there wasn’t any hesitation in downloading. The game itself took forever to load once the app was opened. After the demo was complete there was actually hearts and elbow grease left over and I didn’t feel like the game forced me to buy more to play like with some games I’ve played before with the same ideas. Ideas that I’ve had that would make the game better would be to purchase and work on more than one house at a time. If the market is cold and you don’t want to sell you just have to sit and wait. Another idea would be to have side games to get more hearts and elbow grease or games to make the offers appear faster. I’ve also had the problem with the game freezing a bunch or the game wouldn’t work how it’s supposed to. The game wouldn’t allow me to purchase paint at one point even though there were plenty of contractors and money so I’d exit the game and reopen and then the game would be fine. Also wish you could have a store where you could buy the things to stage the house with. Just a few ideas that could make the game sooo much better

I think House Flip is an amazing game . You get to explore different cities and flip houses and to make money . You can use the money to flip more houses and too buy hearts , the hearts help you get the job done faster . And their is no ads . Their is only ads in the game when you want to make the work go faster .

by DarquePhoenix on 2020/05/30 04:48
I just recently downloaded this.

Ideas and suggestions
by jsrhvksjfhkrejhfl on 2020/05/09 22:32
Well done 👍. Overall great work, awesome graphics, and download the app!

by fireplacelol on 2020/05/08 13:36
I used to have this game, and it was so much fun! I could do more than one house, and it could entertain me for hours. I downloaded this game again, and after you have finished the tutorial, you can’t click on anything, or renovate other houses. The game makes you wait for the rest of the game to be loaded, but it never loads. This update was awful and I hope this problem gets fixed so I can be happy with this game again.

by alexqueensreviews on 2020/05/04 17:18
I’ve been playing this game like crazy for two weeks now and it’s super fun, but it’s hard to advance to new levels and styles (both for basics and staging). A couple days ago I got a promo to upgrade to Industrial - I was waiting to get some more hearts to do so, and then the promo disappeared. Not sure what happened there, but it’s frustrating, as I’m getting so bored with the current styles!

It was good... until they removed Chip and Joanna. I still play it, but it would be better if they didn't remove Chip and Joanna.
Slow and Borrrring
by Msceejay on 2020/04/15 13:56
Got through the long tutorial and started my first house. DELETE!
Disappointing

Game wont load
by Liddejsoh on 2020/04/13 17:28
I loved this game but lately the game won’t load. I go into it and it goes to 100% but then kicks me back to my homescreen. Guess I’ll find a different game.
Needs improved speed

Loading takes forever!
by Chytle on 2020/04/13 03:56
So time consuming whenever it loads randomly. Other than that, I enjoyed the game.
fun but...

Wow. Really.

Not Great
by AngsterPHX on 2017/12/18 14:31
I really wanted to like this game, (since I love the t.v.) show, but I do not.
Somebody please help me
i need some help!

alright, i loooove this game. this game is so fun, but the only thing is that i am out of money (capitals). i have just tried to buy flooring for this house i am renovating in Arizona and when i go to buy the flooring i want it says i’m out of money but it’s like $150 or something, and i don’t think that it’s the right price.
