I love this game but please make it easier to get back to playing it after updates thank you
Horrible color choices
by SgMoore on 2019/07/17 15:59
I don’t know who made the decision to change the color choices in the game? But let’s just say I am going to cancel my subscription and possibly the app as well if this isn’t fixed the colors are a hot mess! Very disappointed! Also I had purchased a house before the update now the house is gone. I don’t really care if chip and jo are no longer apart of this app at all just fix the color choices for inside and out back to the way they were!
Fun at first
by Left in Seattle on 2019/07/17 15:29
I enjoyed this game at first because I could advance easily and then each city you unlock takes twice to remodel and requires significantly more houses to flip to unlock the next one. Eventually it takes days to flip a single house, not to mention you will never have enough elbow grease to finish your jobs. Yes you can buy it at the store with hearts, but you can’t earn enough hearts to keep up with it. I’m not interested in paying actual money for hearts as they wouldn’t last long anyways. The app updated with new summer additions, and you had the opportunity to earn mystery baskets and hearts, and you had some new colors to choose from with flooring and paint. However, the app now glitches out and closes on you every few minutes and is more frustrating than fun to use.
No more updates!🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡
by boo on update on 2019/07/17 13:42
This used to be my favorite game when Chip and Jo were on it, but now this new Couple has taken their place. It just doesn’t seem right to take them out like that! I mean they’re one of the main parts about the game. The game has also updated and l was in the middle of renovating a house when it decided to update. I had everything matching when it changed the Granite countertops to green countertops. In the bathroom l had the floor Matching the shower and sink when it changed it to this really ugly looking brown floor. The paint color has changed from really calm and homie two very vibrant colors like Hot pink and lime green!!!! Nobody wants to renovate a house with colors, floors, and countertops looking like a five-year-old picked them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am really disappointed in this game because I used to play it all the time and still want to play it now, but everything has changed! 😭 l have never had to write a review on a game before, so l HOPE y’all can go back to how the game used to be!🤞🏻🤞🏻🏡🏡😢😢🙁🙁🏡🏡

Not Happy
by BrownBabyGirl22 on 2019/07/17 03:13
After the update last week. The roof and house color changed to something that I did not choose. You guys need to work on your updates especially when people are sometimes buying in app purchasing. Now, if I want the color back I would have to do it again using my resources. I think not. Do better people. I like this game. However, you seem to have issues with your updates. If this happens again. I will have to delete. Hope you resolve your issues. Update. I don’t know what’s going on with this game. Since my last incident. Now it’s taking me to a house that I did not pay to renovate. I was working on another house. Now, the app will not let me go to the house I was working on. This is so frustrating. This new update was terrible.

Fun but frustrating
by Yay_monkeys on 2019/07/16 13:40
This game is fun, but there’s seems to be a glitch in how the elbow grease recharges. Waco gets a decent amount stored, but all the other cities don’t recharge at the same rate. It really makes the game ultimately unplayable.
Disappointed
by lexi094 on 2019/07/16 04:27
This game used to be my favorite but I can’t stand the new update!!! I had 3 houses under renovation and now they are these bright colors and nothing matches!!! 😠 I don’t like these new color palettes! One reviewer said it looks like a kids house and that’s basically what it is!! I’m very disappointed in this app. I won’t be playing this for a while.
Keeps crashing during changes in city
by Pixaleen on 2019/07/16 03:08
Just so frustrating that the game keeps crashing every time I change cities. Just crashed 10 times in 2 minutes, I gave up.
Bring the old colors back
by Liz975 on 2019/07/15 18:21
SUPER disappointed in the recent change in both exterior and interior colors. I had homes almost finished before the update and now every home looks downright crazy. The colors are absurd and I’m already looking for a new design game to download.

Good but...
by allnamesaretakenboiii on 2019/07/14 14:01
I love this game, I’ve been playing it all summer since I got surgery and can’t really do anything. I just had to knock off a star because after the update it took what felt like 20 minutes to load and then when it did load I went to the house I was renovating and ALL of the paint colors were different. I liked the colors I had. Now my hallways are teal and my bathrooms are purple, when beforehand my bathrooms were blue and by hallways were an off-white. I really like the way my house looked, but now I have to stage it and I don’t even like the outcome of the house. I’m just a tad salty, but overall it’s a good game and I’d recommend it.

I seriously can’t put this game down! It’s fun, challenging, rewarding and playable. It’s as if it was made especially for me.
Needs a major bug fix.
by Fins1985 on 2019/07/14 11:57
This game is really fun! The graphics are great and this game gives you a decent grasp on house flipping. One MAJOR issue is the game being a battery drain! Main reason? Every time I flip a house and the game wants to bring me back to the main screen, it crashes and kicks me out of the game and I have to restart it. Every. Single. Time! Very annoying!!! Please fix this issue! I’ll be waiting for an update before I resume playing again. :-/ **Update** 7/13 there was an update available for the game which did absolutely NOTHING to fix the crashes! It’s worse than before. Now with Mystery Crates, I don’t even get to see what is in the crate because the game crashes! Horrible!
Too much crashing...
by Wynnie1982 on 2019/07/14 02:48
I really liked this game and it has the potential to be one of those games that causes major sleep loss. The newest update added some cool features, but did nothing to increase stability. Unfortunately, unless you have the patience to deal with constant crashes, it is basically unplayable.
Poor visuals
by Sharp as a Tack on 2019/07/13 23:11
I’ve been playing on and off for 3 weeks. Mastered 3 cities. My opinion: The graphics stink! There isn’t any change from old to new other than a color change. The floor plans are all pretty much the same. Very limited upgrades, paint, flooring, lighting, oh -and the required $100+ basket of fruit in every kitchen. Overall.... blah.
Love this game!!
by T5nosleep on 2019/07/13 21:50
Addictive house flipping game!! Love it!!
UPDATE Great! But
by Patches1369 on 2019/07/13 21:38
UPDATE: This game crashes even more now since the last update. I love this game so far, seriously love it. I’ve always liked the sims for many reasons, one in particular is the building part. This game takes me back to those happy days of making a house look better. I feel these kind of games give me some interior decor experience and it’s a wonderful feeling. The only reason I have to doc a star is because the game keeps CRASHING on me. I will usually have to reopen the app, but as far as my progress, nothing is lost. I have no reason to delete this game and I hope the developers can fix my little glitch. If not, it’s still a great game.
🤦‍♀️
by mjc66066 on 2019/07/13 20:07
This game takes forever to even open up and once you do, it’s nothing like the ads make it seem.
Come on already. Just take my stars and don’t make me click!
by Gman's mama on 2019/07/13 18:31
Would be a better rating if you didn’t have to click 50 things to complete one task. Just let me give all the hearts so o don’t have to wait - I don’t wait for the work or offers - so those clicks are annoying and every two tasks o complete I lose connection and the game has to reboot. Annoying!!!! Need more options for the designs. Tired of two colors and low income housing. Could be a good app. Pass for now
BESTGAME EVER!!!
by NateDog2308 on 2019/07/13 15:25
This game is soooooo well made and is fun and fun way to understand for anyone. I recommend this game to people who like renovating and love HGTV. This is a great game.
Fix Notifications/Add Friend Interaction
by bjaxx97 on 2019/07/13 14:00
I love your game but please stop sending the "Your elbow grease is full and ready to be used..." Notifications when it clearly is NOT FULL. Also I think a cool feature would be to send elbow grease to friends or to find ways to give the players more elbow grease. I run out when I'm grinding and then the game becomes so frustrating especially if you're so close to finishing a house.

No updates, new
by jljksdwow on 2019/07/13 06:01
New players might be in awe; as I used to be..but they no longer update. Same houses, cities, colors..I admit I still play.. but it really is boring. I believe that this game will be gone soon. The only responses now..are robotic. “Howdy” thanks..we have put so much time and effort in to this game; thank you for your patience..blah blah! New Players beware..I used to subscribe to the magic toolbelt..if you don’t, you cannot compete! I still play, but am sticking to my guns on this one! They have no one that is working on updates..believe me! The only updates have been “bug” fixes...no demolition, fireplaces, or new colors...NOT once! And I have played this stupid game for almost two years! If you are new, they will stick up the Christmas decorations that took them until a couple days before Christmas last year..when those of us that had been playing for a year already, wanted a new city, or colors, THEN..Months and Months later..NYC..same houses, etc. I “completed NY..a long time ago! The game is not going anywhere..unfortunately, the other design games, are all about matching..sooo, I am WAY disappointed, but play, anyway..just please DO NOT spend 10. Bucks a month..make them EARN it! Sooo..now.. I have been waiting for an update/upgrade..looks like a few preschoolers came in with every single neon crayon out of their Crayola box..and asked mommy if it was pretty!! After TWO years of playing, I have to WAIT for more cheap flooring colors?!! No demo’s, no fireplaces, now some of the UGLIEST colors I have EVER seen! Same tired houses! I bet when they actually OPEN MIAMI..they will decide Spanish styles can go THERE! BTW..they can be built ANYWHERE! But to all of you that have been playing since the beginning..we KNOW they are only appealing to the new players...lol..the new players will love Santa at Christmas! Maybe they will pull it down before Easter next year First, I don’t have problems loading this game..so X out that issue, it is made for an newer version of an IPad or IPhone..with a lot of space to download. HOWEVER, error codes due to THEIR server happen too often. The new “update” is ABSOLUTELY ugly! Who does house renovations in NEON?! I know who..FUN-GI! No deep rich colors, anymore..and believe me, I complained to them many, many times. New players will be in AWE..UNTIL..San DIEGO..and SEATTLE..Oh..SEATTLE is THE worst!! I guess the times are longer..Example..20 hours for freaking appliances..because..hmmm..OH! Right by the Ocean..the cabinets and appliances come from OVER SEA..S New challenges are all right, but why the heck do I have to WAIT to open basic colors when I have been playing for two years! Kindergarten children SPLAT all over my houses! Oh..Mingia that new TERRIBLE GREEN countertop..that DOESN’T require a renovation?! Those of us that have been playing for over two years deserve better! The only interior paint that is decent, is that dark blue, bottom, that is almost the same as the old darker blue..Sooo disappointed! Still no fire, demolition, new houses or Miami..I bet they won’t come up with anything new for another eight months! Except the New players..they will love the Christmas decorations! Been there; done that. BTW..people..go to YOUR SETTINGS and STOP notifications if that is an issue..THAT is on you..NOT the game..you choose your game settings..if you hit “YES” allow banners and notifications, just stop them.
Thanks

I really loved this app thank you so much
VERY Disappointed
by mbame on 2019/07/13 02:34
I love playing this game, but what disappoints me is that the game says my elbow grease fills every 7hrs 59 mins, but mine never fills; not overnight; not while I’m at work. When I’m at work, I’m gone for at least 10 hours, but when I log into the game and collect the elbow grease, it doesn’t even fill halfway. This makes me not be able to play, because of the high cost of repairs. It’s very frustrating!!! 2nd review: In addition to the above complaint, I really hate that the game keeps losing its connection every minute or so. This is very frustrating and it’s making want to stop playing; the only reason I haven’t is because I’m so stubborn! I don’t lose my connection in any others apps I use. It’s also very slow. I give less stars with each review, so if these issues aren’t corrected by the time I get to one star, I guess I’ll just have to give up in the game, which is a shame because it has such potential. 3rd review: The game has gotten a lot better about losing its connection; it still does, but it’s a lot better. However, I have completed New York, and I’m still waiting for the next city. When is it coming?? 4th review: Thanks for the update and I do really like some of the new features, but the new paint colors are absolutely hideous!!! It’s very difficult to match things up with them, too! I have been anxiously awaiting the update thinking the new city would be there, but yet another disappointment. I am have to give it a rest for a while and hope for better color options and a new city eventually.
okthn.
by MandixRenee on 2019/07/13 01:58
This game was really great until I’m stuck on New York for two months waiting for another state to open.
Love the App
by LadyB40 on 2019/07/13 01:57
I got this app to take my love for Fixer Upper to another level! Lol. I loved meeting new goals and watching videos from Chip and Joanna about the different items buyers may like and what to think about when renovating. I was very sad to seen them replaced and would love to get more videos of housing recommendations like before. (Only reason I went from 5 stars to a 4) Otherwise I still completely love the app, I love earning and making beautiful houses. I love the profit ladder games especially and am always extremely excited when I get in the top 3.

Update or Glitch?
by morgan745 on 2019/07/12 10:25
Was this change in the colors of everything legit? I really hope something happened and these color changes are not permanent. I was super into this game and went on this morning to check my progress only to find my color schemes completely different? Not to mention all the colors are terrible and childish. I also had more variety and now it seems I have less options! Extremely disappointed with this “update” to the point I don’t want to play anymore because everything is just hideous now.
Last update made things worse

Fun game but..
by Budroux2w on 2019/07/12 03:34
Fun game but the constant ask to send push notifications is really starting to turn me away from the game and make me not want to play. I’ve already said no to push notifications 15 times, I don’t need to be asked every 5 renovations. If this doesn’t change it will totally ruin the game for me and turn me away.

Update over night
by briana92perez on 2019/07/12 00:13
The update is so stupid . How are you going to add colors but lock half of them up? Where are all the original ones? Why did the houses I already fixed all the sudden turned into something else? Not cool!
Nice Update
by Straight Sass on 2019/07/11 21:30
The new update is pretty cool! It really gives incentives for players who have been here since the beginning. The only thing I really don’t like is the interior/exterior colors have completely changed and all the colors I used are gone. If y’all could bring back some neutrals for the walls that would be so great.
Downloaded update on 7/11/19 - CRAP!
by Jleeme on 2019/07/11 20:35
Everything I had been working on changed! Floor colors, wall colors, everything changed. My sinks turned to a shade of blue? And shingles turned to bizarre shades. I am in the middle of a challenge and now I need to go back through the rooms to change wall colors, floor colors, roof colors and exterior paint colors because everything looks crazy! To top it off, the visuals became worse. Floors now look fuzzy. I got locked out of my favorite colors of paint and floor covering. Plus, has no one EVER heard of white paint?! Hey developers, If you want to reward us, how about allowing just one wall to be painted as a room accent? Or, how about NOT having a heart show up on your confirm button on one selection when something else has counted down in that room. I have lost at least five hearts this way!
Update made everything pink
by mh72360 on 2019/07/11 16:40
For the most part the game is fun. Color choices NEED to be updated to real ones actual people would put in their house. The game updated overnight and now everything I chose last night is Flamingo PINK.... even the outside of the houses. -please fix this. These are items I already completed! Now I have to redo them and wait the time again.
New update! What the heck!
by Cali1150 on 2019/07/11 16:34
Are you serious!?! That is your update??? Lock up colors that I have spent a hell of a lot of time unlocking. Then you decide to make the choices for roofs and the colors for everything not even realistic. I mean I get expanding the choice on colors. Even I wanted that but not throw out all the decent and normal choices!!! Who the heck would choose a bright blue roof! I want to be able to make a real house not fake ones! I want back my options on wall paints that I earned! Not having to unlock them all over again!!!! Expand the choices don’t set me back because you want to make the game more interesting!
The Update

too long of a wait for renovations
by msgsin on 2019/07/11 02:47
this is a great game and I love flipping houses. however, I was disappointed to find out that as you climb levels and reach new cities, you have to wait LONGER to finish renovations. this is ridiculous and does not make sense as it seems you would have to wait less time as a reward for reaching a higher level. I do not understand. I would be a lot happier if this was changed. thanks for the consideration <3

Pay to win
by MadameCaitlin on 2019/07/08 20:20
I've been playing this game for a while now (one flip away from unlocking Seattle), and it's obvious this game is pay-to-win. There is no other option to get elbow grease than paying money. Although, it is nice that there aren't any ads polluting this app, there's absolutely no option of an alternative besides spending real money. It's obvious when you find that it takes 8 hours to "fill up" the elbow grease at 28,000/hr, resulting in 224,000 elbow grease. So if you set an alarm, you could refill your elbow grease 3 times a day for 672,000, but by San Diego, you're at 750,000 to fill up your elbow grease. To be fair, about once a week there's double elbow grease and if you do good enough in the competition things- you might get 2x's elbow grease. Oh and the hearts...if you're trying to save for a 6th contractor, then good luck. Trying not to spend hearts when you've got the competition running and you need more elbow grease. So, either your life revolves around this game or you spend real money. Obviously the reasons why Chip and Joanna Gaines are no longer associated with this app aren't public knowledge, but it seems a bit unethical.

I still play this game but I have finished all of the available cities. There is on area with “Coming soon” on it. It’s been like this since I started playing several months ago. They haven’t updated the game in 2 months. When are they going to add a new area? If it doesn’t happen soon I’ll probably just delete it.
Great game, but still has some bugs to work out
by ANC aka Aubrey on 2019/07/07 19:58
I’ve played this game on and off for a few months now, and it’s been great watching the overall quality of the game improve and grow. However, I’ve still experienced challenges when trying to renovate houses. Sometimes, a renovation required will not show up on the list. This makes it impossible for me to achieve all three stars on that particular house, which can be frustrating for gameplay. Overall though, this game has a ton of potential and I look forward to seeing what the developers do with it in the future!
You Can't Use "Sims"

by -TLA on 2019/07/07 11:05
I’m not one to stick with games because I always find them boring after awhile. This game is fun and keeps me coming back. I love designing the houses and getting try new things every time! The inbetween with all the renos can be frustrating but there are easy ways to make them go faster! I have been playing this game for a few months now and I have reached the end of the cities! 😭 please keep coming out with more cities because I just love this game!
Love this game❤️❤️❤️❤️😉😉😁

I use to have this game and it was really fun but there was a bug so I deleted it then I decided to download this app again and there are no more bugs 👍🏻 but when you get to different cities and get higher levels it takes a longer time to finish a house but other than that i love this game
STILL doesn’t work
by bslnbflb on 2019/07/06 21:50
I remember why I uninstalled this game, when you finish the training it lets you do the first house on your own but whenever I try to click on the problem areas to begging it apparently doesn’t know I’m tapping it yet I can go to other rooms and press all the other buttons but except for when I want to get started of fixing anything
No more chip and jo
by Dm5043 on 2019/07/06 21:48
No more chip and Jo ruined the app. Used to feel like part of magnolia and part of chip and joanna gains show. Now just a boring game. You feel like nothing. They got rid of them because they were not far left politically they were just neutral. So most of us have deleted the app. Don’t know how it will survive without the fans
Why I love this game

Impossible
by noygdmfbusiness on 2019/07/05 13:59
Did the tutorial and it looked like a cute game. Then it gave me the message to “Wait a second while we fully install and update.” 20 min later it’s not done, my phone, which was at 100% AND plugged in is now at 30% and it feels like it’s on fire. Idk what exactly they were trying to download, but for the sake of my phone, I uninstalled immediately. DO NOT Download! This game had potential but because of the app it’s a hard pass.
This is great

I usually am to lazy to write a review, but I feel it is necessary to inform people about my opinion of the game. First of all, the concept is pretty good. This game can help children or adults bring out their creative selves. Although there are some things that could be fixed, this game is very entertaining and great. I love the thought of the boosts in the game. I only just got this game an hour or two ago, and I’m already in love with it. ❤️

Dev Team!!!!!!!
by Be4tiful Disaster on 2019/07/04 16:47
Love it BUT...NOT HAPPY!! There is no warning that if u login to Facebook, you can never change your account..or reset it, even if u delete the app!! This is a great game... The only complaint I have so far is: There are 6 people in our home & four play House Flip. One of my kids connected their Facebook account thinking it worked the same as most other apps... (You connect to Facebook but when you logout , you can log back into another account. My kids share iPhones so sometimes they have to login to an app from another device. I do not like only one account being able to access it. Plus, there is no reset option so there is literally NO way for my daughter to retrieve her game because her sister logged into her device one time! That’s crazy! I understand most people do not want to delete their progress but there should always be an option because things happen and sometimes you want to/have to reset or login to another account! Even if I delete the app, there is no way to reset! It says people do not want to reset their progress.. I disagree.. People want options not to be controlled. Please add the option to log into another account and a reset option.. Make it to where you have to confirm to prevent accidental deletion. Anyway, I love the game it is great! I do not love that my child does not get to play it. I would give her mine but that still does not work bc she misses out on all of the fun in building it up. So she is just stuck until I buy a new device!?!? I do not like to complain but I’m frustrated! :(

Fun Game but....
by Rach’ on 2019/07/03 20:48
I actually just started this game a day or two ago but I really really like it. The innovation and design of the game is modern, engaging and much more realistic than other games in the past. However, I do hope that the game would offer a wider variety of options such as a) the chance to change the color of the paint other two options, maybe four or five options instead two per a level b) Although I just admit that the way the room are transformed are aesthetically pleasing, I do wish we could take out the walls or add in walls in the houses to create ”open spaced areas” or shut off the area. Or maybe add another room to a house with expenses of reserved renovation money, of course, so that it becomes more invigorating and creative to my own personal way of design c) Although these houses are ready to be flipped and the problems are shown before you buy the house, it would be nice to be surprised once in a while just like it is real life after you torn apart the house to look into plumbing or provide a new heating system and a whole another problem appears d) Hoping it is or can be true, I do wish we could have actual clients after a certain amount of levels or cities per say, and have a checklist of what they want and a house to flip and fit it into their desires with a budget, which would make the games all the more exciting since it is called ”House Flip” e) Lastly, although I'm flipping houses and suiting it to the neighborhood’s need. I wish I could purchase my own house and flip it to my design style, especially with the profited money that I get from flipping others houses. Although these are my suggestions to suit and entertain the players such as me, the games have great ways to constantly upgrade without feeling that it is almost impossible to do so. The game can be addictive and fun.
Loses network connection too much
by Haug_it on 2019/07/03 16:39
The game checks too often for network connection. My game constantly restarts with the lost connection error despite not losing a Wifi connection - none of my work devices show lost connection either. Otherwise, it’s enjoyable to play.
Love it but...
by Hollandfam08 on 2019/07/03 13:24
Creator I love your game it’s just that even at full bars on my internet it still takes forever to load into the game so if you can make the loading faster I’ll make this four a five!
Not as good as in the beginning
by mcbest1275 on 2019/07/03 01:25
I really loved this game when I first started playing, but now, not so much. The amount of grease it takes to complete jobs in the higher cities is ridiculous, then when you finally get enough grease you have to wait 14 hrs for 1 task to complete. I think the grease should fill up faster and tasks should not take nearly as much grease to complete. If not for that I would give 5 stars.

Hearts
by usbdudbsidnvi on 2019/06/30 20:39
Ok so I don’t usually write anything about games but this time I’m actually fed up So after I went through the tutorial I did a house and when it told me to do the kitchen or whatever I went to press on the counters but it said I needed 2 people to do something. So then I press of go to the shop or whatever it said, but it costs 500 hearts and I only had like 98!!! Because the tutorial people took ittt!!!!!! That’s not okay! Fix it! Maybe if you want people to ACTUALLY BUY THE SECOND WORKER YOU SHOULD MAKE THE TUTORIAL PEOPLE LET YOU KEEP THE HEART INSTEAD OF WASTING IT ON SOMETHING THAT YOU DONT EVEN REALLY NEED!! Like legit, I’m fed up and done. I actually thought this game was fun at first. If I don’t find out how the hell to get 500 hearts I’m deleting this game forever. And I know that my opinion doesn’t really matter because a bunch on other people download it, but still. I’m done.
Wait, wait, wait.

I deleted this game after two days. All you do is wait for things to get built, it’s pretty boring.
Amazing!
by Kayla1900 <3 on 2019/06/29 15:38
I’m not one to actually write a review, but this game is amazing. I like designing and being able to afford most things is great. I don’t like other designing games because of the fact that you have to play a candy game every single round to just purchase an item. This game is totally different. Affordable, fun, and worth it. In here you have miniature games but it’s more of an award. You can design a home and get creative. It’s also cool that instead of laying everything out, you have to earn so many elbow grease to unlock items. I’ve only been playing since yesterday, but definitely deserved a five star review.
Boring

Listen I’m not a person to write reviews I just read them before doing a game or anything for that matter but this game is fun!!!! I played a lot of other games that take forever to get anywhere and this game Is completely different... it only been about a week and I’m well far in this game ( it could be I just can’t set it down) but that what I like once you get started and you just know how to play you moved very fast... now other reviewers said you can’t earn heart and elbow grease that is WRONG... if you play and pay attention to the goals and achievements in the game you can earn heart I have not have to buy any heart I have 5 worker and I’m in the third city... and each city you get 5 worker and that makes it fun.. elbow grease now I had to buy more Elbow grease ( not with my own money) just heart that you earn a lot of when you play and completely task... but that’s it and that cause I play and completely a lot house at once... also there booster that makes the other project goes a lot faster.. and if you beat the Competition that they have you get nice boost to help you moved along the game a lot faster but you do have to have a little patients and you have to play it.:. It is fun give a try and just learn about the game and just pay attention and if you do then you will like this game if not then it not meant for you... also 10 a month help you moved so much faster and I don’t mind paying it at all..
Disappointed
by D.Kyle Beasley on 2018/06/12 14:50
I was excited about this game. I was going to use it during my down time However, expectations often leave one disappointed. I downloaded the game; purchased a home; began remodeling it; I then left the game, came back, and everything I had done on the game was completely gone. I then wanted to start again... I found one of the homes that were available to “buy” and it wouldn’t allow me to purchase. It would show me details of the house, and allow me to explore the floor plan, as well as look at the problem areas. It wouldn’t allow me to “buy” the home. I was pressing the “buy” button, and nothing would happen. I would enjoy this game bc of my line of work as a designer. There were other issues I had when I was able to interact. They seem trivial now. As most games want you to spend your own money to finish tasks faster and to move along in the game in lieu of waiting. The graphics are great and the options of finishes are fantastic. I debated whether or not to write a review, but hopefully if I’m not the only one having this issue, it can be resolved. *Edited* I couldn’t find the house that I had previously bought and started to flip; however, I deleted the game, and downloaded it again. It works perfectly! Thanks again! I also have given it a 5 star-rating. Great job!
Fun, Too slow-paced to hold attention for long
by Dana Z from Austin on 2018/01/21 00:44
I’m on my 5th or 6th house and constantly find myself going back and forth between other games I play because the in-app time it takes to stage or renovate each task is time-consuming with no option to multi-task. I also play games like Hay Day, Ramsey Dash, Sim City, etc. and all of these have various tasks or places you can go within the app so when you get to a stopping point/standstill in one area, you can bounce to another to remain within the app allowing for more gameplay. I would play this game more if I didn’t feel the need to constantly pop out to play another game while I wait 4 minutes for something to update. Suggestion is not to limit the the amount of tasks you can do based on contractors. It’s way too much to buy the 3rd contractor. In Hay Day, you can produce hundreds of crops and goods at the same time. Some take seconds, some take days but at least you have the option to continue to produce and grow your farm without being tightly restricted. I prefer games that don’t restrict you to buying lives, hearts, etc. to continue gameplay. I am more loyal to games which allow you to play at your own pace. With some improvements to the structure of the game and heart and grease amounts versus costs to buy with real money and the price of contractors, etc., I’d play this WAY more often. Needs some rebalancing in this area.
Please read if your considering getting the game

I love this game so much! I like the job of interior design so I feel as if it’s helping me a lot. I’ve tried many other of these games and they have not worked as well as this one. All they did was had the house prepared perfectly renovated. I found that very annoying because I couldn’t design it on my own. This game is not at all like those ones. It’s has where you get offers on the house and you can accept it or reject it. You can also boost up levels so fast if you put your heart and mind into your designs. Also before I got the game I read a couple reviews and I found them interesting. After I got the game and played it all the time, I found those reviews absolutely not true. There was one saying the offers were bad. Some saying the game was bad. But if they got the other games I tried they would pick this one as the best. I just think they should have played it more and longer before writing a review that’s not true. Anyways, I loved this game! But I think to make this game even better if you could add one special thing. At least add a place to get free hearts if you watch like a video or play a game like the elbow grease. Anyways, thank you so much for this game and if you improve it! I love it!
Could be better
by albinopacca on 2017/12/21 03:27
I really love the show so when I saw the game I was super excited to download it . I’ve been playing for the past week and I feel like it’s a game I will continue to play . Although there are a few things that could be improved . Such as earning more elbow grease and hearts . It takes way too much elbow grease and too little contractors . It also takes way too long for the some of the projects to get done so I have to use my hearts but then I run out and the only way to get more is by purchasing (which is understandable, you have to make money) but it is pretty expensive or by completing tasks (which I can’t finish) . There are also not very many tasks and it takes a while to complete the ones they already give you so I’m left with nothing to spend or no hearts to complete projects . Another thing would be the reoccurring elbow grease . I think it would be better if it reoccurred ever hour or so and it give you more . Instead of it reoccurring every few seconds and only giving you a little . I personally don’t want to sit there all day collecting elbow grease . It would also be nice to add extra games or tasks to earn more . The graphics are great but could be a bit more realistic when it comes to going into the homes and decorating. I really love the game and hope it continues . I personally would spend money on the game but it is expensive
Wow. Really.
by cupcakehelly on 2018/10/12 03:17
Okay so I got this game kind of aiming for one of those games like dinner dash or one of those “my story” games. A fun game you can play on end and grow and grow. Usually those games I can only go sooo far because you have to pay in diamonds or jewels or some type of upgraded cash. In this game it’s “hearts.” Usually I stop playing either because I don’t want to spend money out of my pocket for it, or i can’t do anything with what I have and it’s no longer fair nor fun. This is game is SO not like that. I’ve been playing for WEEKS now. Still not dissatisfied. They make it easy for you to get hearts and cash and upgrades. For you to grow. If you’re sitting waiting to finish the whole game in ten minutes you’ll be disappointed. But that’s what makes it so fun you have a to wait a few minutes or an hour to get what you need. So i go go work or School and im like “okay i have to get this or can’t wait to check in on it.” I know it sounds lame but it’s legit true. I actually sit in my car and think this lol. This is a good game and fun ESPECIALLY if you like to decorate stuff. Idk about the old comments or whats been up to date but as of right now this game literally has no faults.
A few things
by Omg if i have to do this again on 2018/02/22 10:13
I mean this politely, what’s the object of this game exactly? Where is the fun part, rather? I thought it was a game where earning profit and becoming a house flipping tycoon was an option, but I’ve reached a point in the game where I don’t have enough money to afford the houses on the level I’ve reached? Which isn’t the main issue I guess, it’s more so how this was created to even happen? I don’t understand the options of buying more expensive house fixtures if it doesn’t give me a better chance at offers closer to my selling price. There’s no option on whether to spend money on small things like a fruit or laundry basket, and buyers lowball you as if your listed price was merely decorative. At some point you fall into this tunnel where there’s not much clarity or direction on how to win, winning is actually an inferred concept like the light at the end, and you’re not actually feeling like you got much of a hold on things when you look up and see you’ve reached a new level but can’t indulge because the prior level forced you into a hole of unnecessarily staging a house and practically giving it away. If this was intended to be a game where players are supposed to simply enjoy the feel of everything, the graphics for the houses and furniture could enhance that. Visually, currently, it’s hard to appreciate the rehab theme due to the graphics. Where is the fun part of a game, if the images don’t at least capture you?
Could be so much better
by Award2015 on 2018/02/16 20:39
I love Chip and Jo, and have even driven 5 hours from my house to go to Waco. With that being said, this game is nothing like I expected. It’s the same paint colors, the same staging options, the same thing over and over again. And the suggestions don’t help, at all. I’ve watched every single video and none of it seems to matter. The colors don’t have to match, the materials don’t even matter. Even in medium income neighborhoods, if I use medium income materials, I barely make a profit. I’ve never made 20k in profit and I’m in the 4th city. No one ever gets up to my asking price even when I use cheap materials. And one of the videos said the more needs you meet, the more the buyer offers. That’s completely not true. All of the offers are totally random. The ONE time someone offered me above asking price, which I have no clue why they did because it was a basic remodel like I do on every house, they only met one requirement! So none of the tips seems to matter, nothing you do in this game matters at all. Even the tip saying hotter weather gets you better offers is a lie, it just decreases the wait time. I don’t understand the point of this game, it has literally no goal whatsoever. Sure, you unlock more cities. But even there, you don’t get your asking prices and you only make a slightly greater profit. I’m so disappointed with this game and have too many complaints and suggestions to go into one review.
I’m a bit disappointed 😔
by Dumbdumb1 on 2017/12/29 04:04
So yes I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHIP AND JO...BUT...their App is a bit of a bummer...I love the way that you can be creative and create your own property but a little disappointed with the fact that you’re only able to gain more 💗 or 💧 if you purchase them. I’ve played a few designer games and have had the option to gain more points by watching a 30 second video to achieve that. But with this App you’re only able to gain more 💧 is to use your 💗 to purchase them.. or go to the Magnolia market or see the new homes and hit the magnolia tree for sale OR to purchase them with your own money 💵..so yes you’re able to design a new home but only if you have enough 💧 to proceed and if you don’t have enough 💗 to increase the amount of 💧 to pay your contractors, than you’re basically going to wait FOREVER to move forward..OR pay your way through then next levels..AGAIN..I love the Gains but they claim that their “Magnolia” empire is unknown to their children but they’re taking advantage of their fans. If they didn’t want to be sell outs and take advantage of their followers, they wouldn’t have an in App purchase game. Sorry..BUT YES VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR APP AND MAY NOT WATCH THEIR SHOW ANYMORE..you shouldn’t take advantage of your fans..you should get some in app advertisements to keep your App going, not make your fans addicted to your App and expect them to pay to play your App. 😔😔😔😔
Extremely Angry
by favoritealsbbenlqndnhag on 2018/02/24 22:15
The game says the more you fit the buyers’ preferences, the higher their biddings will be. Well that is absolutely not the case at all!! I invest so much time and thoughts into every single renovation for my second house to match the neighborhood style and buyers taste. And when I put my pretty house on the market I was so happy and felt accomplished. The first offer has one preference match and gave me about 1k profit, I rejected it. The second offer gave me more than 10k profit, but only ONE preference matches with my house. So I thought maybe I’ll wait for other offers that matches 2 or even 3 preferences then I’ll get a even higher profit! so I passed the 10k. And guess what, my 3rd offer has two preferences match and gave me -2k (negative 2k!) profit! I rejected and waited. An hour passed by and I checked every single offer, I even used hearts to speed up a few because it’s so absurd that the offers seemed completely random! I passed more than 20 offers so far, the two best offers I received are from buyers that only matched one preferences, while those who matched all three only gave me a maximum of 4-5k profit (comparing to 10k+ from buyers who only matched one). So nothing I did actually mattered?? What on earth is the point of this game?? Why are the tutorials telling players tips/instructions that are in fact lies? I am so frustrated that this game could be so great but it almost “decided” not to be. I wanted to love this game so badly. Such a shame.
Not Great
by AngsterPHX on 2017/12/18 14:31
I really wanted to like this game, (since I love the t.v.) show, but I do not. Graphically the game looks great, and is very polished, but the gameplay is sooo boring! I have played enough of these type of games that require you to spend gems, hearts, diamonds, etc., to know not to use them all up right away. If you do, you will pretty much be done with the demo game, unless you make an ingame purchase. I understand that the whole object of creating these apps is to create revenue for the developers, it is expensive to create these, and it’s fair to drive people into purchases at some point. However..... just to start this game, it took me almost two hours of play time, just to buy, reno, and sell my first house, for a profit of 5,000 (and I followed all of the advice). On my very first house, the completion timers were insane for first level play. Thanks Hung for always having someone respond to feedback under your account! That alone makes me want to check out your other apps. This game however, I will not come back to later, to see if there are improvements, since I already wasted to much time on it, when there has been plenty of feedback saying the same thing about the timers. If you really wanted to fix those, you would have already done so in a small update, that included no other changes.
I really love it, for the most part.
by ecwhitman on 2018/04/23 16:25
In general, I like the pace of the game. It doesn’t bother me how long jobs take because I play the game in 5 minutes bursts throughout the day since I work a lot in real life. I love the new update—more color options and the pendant lights option in the kitchen are really nice. 👌🏻 My only real complaint is how hard it is to progress through San Diego. I’m earning 7,000 Elbow Grease/hour (3 contractors), but a lot of the jobs cost 120,000 each to perform. Sometimes, I go back to Waco or Kansas City to flip houses just to build up stock in Elbow Grease for a little while. Maybe, this is intentional by the game developers. Maybe, they wanted to slow down how fast some of us were progressing through the cities, but it makes me not want to flip any houses in San Diego at all. I also wish maybe there were more Chip & Jo videos later on in the game, or at the very least, have the option to go back and rewatch the videos we’ve unlocked. Apart from that, I really like this game. It’s one of only two games that I keep on my phone. For a free game, it’s honestly really great, and any Fixer Upper/Magnolia fan would definitely appreciate it.
Final updated review
by Sumthnclevr on 2018/10/29 15:41
Final updated- It now takes around 5 days to complete a house, because of the elbow grease amounts required vs amounts generated. (Example) in 8-9 hours I get about 300K elbow grease, kitchen counters are 386K elbow grease. My Max capacity for elbow grease at my stage of the game is 1Mil (or very close to it), yet my silos CAP my elbow grease at 441K, making it impossible to allow your elbow grease to fully regenerate while you’re asleep or away from your game for 8-10hours. I say this is my final review because I’m going to delete the game, it’s becoming pay to play, all the houses are the same, just getting more expensive for nothing. This game turned out to be a real disappointment. Lesson learned -Original Review So, like any update there are some good, and bad. I’m finding more bad than good unfortunately. The mini game has changed in a way to be less effective, since it no longer speeds up any construction/staging. You can only speed up watching ads, and those won’t work half the time, so you have to wait 9hrs for some countertops and it takes 3 days to flip a high end house. At that point it’s not exactly attention grabbing. The amount of elbow grease required for things is a bit much, especially with the regeneration rate being so slow. Again, adds in to the wait. Flipping multiple houses is a nice feature, and the new interface is nice. But the overall functionality of the game has decreased in my opinion.
Ho Hum.
by Katie2281817 on 2018/09/11 14:20
At first I was pretty excited about this game! Waco is a lot of fun and the pace is really fair. I had the ability to watch videos to bypass the time, used some hearts and made my way through the town fairly quick. I was offput by some app crashes, it crashed about 6-7 times through game play or would glitch out so you couldn’t play the mini game or watch a video at all unless you closed out and opened back up. Minor inconveniences but not deal breakers. Well, once I got to Kansas City the game took on a whole different vibe. Times tripled, grease cost doubled and the videos are ultra limited. Not sure if the videos not working is a glitch or they are trying to limit the amount of time you can shave off but I’ve only been able to watch maybe two videos throughout the whole upgrade of a house. I don’t really mind the wait but it feels impossibly long, especially while selling your house and you keep getting hit with way low ball offers (even if I use hearts to speed it up). I feel like Waco Catfished me. Like I see a really good looking game with strong qualities and a funny personality and then I go to meet them after investing my time and feelings and Kansas City Shows up in their 400 lb glory looking nothing like their picture and I’m horribly disappointed and can’t leave fast enough.
Update is glitchy and I can’t play anymore but plenty of issues before that
by NikkiGK on 2018/10/02 01:09
I was playing it and did the new update and it was working fine for a day then it started glitching where I would finish renos and start new ones and the app would close and the elbow grease and money from the new Reno would be taken out but the new one won’t have started yet. Then today I tried to open it and it won’t open and it prompts me to update to the latest app and when I try it says I already have the update. So who knows. The game was already getting frustrating by the excessive wait times 9 hours for an appliance or cabinet/counter Reno. Like I could go out and redo my real life home in that time. It’s a game not a real life simulation. Then the times are inconsistent. Small bathroom takes 40 minutes to paint and a large one takes 23 and a door takes an hour. 35 minutes for a bowl of fruit to be set on the counter. The house trees used to give elbow grease and sometimes hearts but now they just give money. Elbow grease takes forever to load. The amount of hearts some things take is obnoxious (100 hearts to put a bowl of fruit on a counter quicker). Like the more you play it’s clearly just a money grab to get us to buy hearts. Then if you want to go the ad way instead of the pay way you “run out of ads” after just a few times each day. Either way they make money so that makes no sense to limit out ads.
Needs some flipping of itself
by Rachellemomof2 on 2018/01/07 06:31
Cute game and concept. I did enjoy it for about two days... However I have grown bored of it, for it takes forever almost an entire day to get enough elbow grease to do one project once you level up a few levels. You hardly earn hearts or elbow grease unless you spend real money. And after leveling up it takes hours for projects to get done. No joke it takes an hour to place a fruit bowl and it take one contractor to do so?! So it isn’t a game you can just play and enjoy. It’s a game you can check on a few times a day and that’s it. It has become mundane and no longer enjoyable. It doesn’t hold your interest with how slow it gets! Also it’s insane how much you have to spend to stage the house for listing. It isn’t a choice either. And you don’t get to reuse any of the items. So you keep dishing out a few hundred here for a fruit basket and a few hundred here for a laundry basket that you don’t get to reuse. You also can’t buy and buy more than one house at a time which is seriously lame. You also don’t get notifications when projects finish. You only get one offer on your house at a time and you cannot counteroffer. You do not get daily rewards like most well made games. You don’t get bonus rewards for playing consecutive days. It’s all beyond annoying. It’s obvious this game is for the developers and the gains to make money. Don’t be fooled by the free download.
Fun but eventually too expensive to play.
by LadyHawkT on 2019/03/01 18:20
I noticed that the age limit on this game was 4 years old and up, really? I mean this game will only frustrate a 4 year old when they have 5 workers and can’t afford the elbow grease to do anything. I am a grown adult and have been playing this game for awhile and my impression of it was great at first, then I realized the real purpose of it, not for us to have fun, but for the creators to make lots of money. At first all of the decorating and renovating is really fun, moving up in decor and cities, but with each advancement, came a huge cost. I have five workers in three different towns and I can’t keep up with the elbow grease costs, for instance, in Waco it cost maybe a few hundred to paint a door, in Chicago it costs 65 thousand to paint a door. Appliances and other items cost nearly a million in elbow grease. I have tried to continue enjoying the game but I think its wasting my free time as waiting 2 and a half days for one task to finish while 3 workers can’t be used due to cost, yes, it’s actually wrong to make stuff cost that much. I bought hearts once or twice just to continue playing, a 4 year old can’t or won’t be allowed to do that. It’s a fun relaxing game, too bad it becomes too costly to play. Take the review as you will, just being honest.
My heart says 5 stars!
by Spiffyfunpants on 2017/12/21 03:42
I absolutely adore this game! The gameplay and graphics are incredibly thought out down to the details, you can tell a lot of genius, diligence, and care went into this game. The homebuyers and their bios are adorable! I've tried several apps with a similar premise and thus far, this is the only one that gets it right and is fun to get lost in. Previous reviews have complained about wait times for progression, but it's important to note that this game is free (In-app purchases apply, but not spending money doesn't seem to hinder enjoyable gameplay.); however, it is definitely on the level of games that cost money to download. Speeding everything up, to me, would take out a lot of the excitement to the game. That being said, there are quite a few glitches that need to be worked out. Currently, the game will frequently freeze or the tapping of an option will simply not work. A quick restart will generally solve those problems, but it can seem tedious when gameplay advances. I currently cannot even scroll the rewards panel to collect them and I need them to buy more cute decor for my homes! I look forward to continuing to progress through this and coming back to give it the rating it deserves once the issues are worked out.
Good concept but could be better
by becca_s521 on 2018/01/08 06:28
I’ll start by saying the game has me addicted 🤭 but there needs to be some improvements, and could use a few others as well. First the needs, there’s a issue when say I’m painting the exterior of a house, the game may show it in the little Notification Center that I’m putting flooring in the bathroom. That issue should get fixed for sure as well as the videos you can watch to take time off of the renovation, I’m super happy they are there but sometimes it won’t give me the option to watch(and no I haven’t used all the times you can watch a video) and others it will say no videos to see at this time or that it cannot find a video. Those are my two biggest issues. Other things that could be improved on would be the design maybe add the option to remove a wall or change the layout, and add more options for “staging” as well as lighting and plumbing. Over all the game is fun and I haven’t ran into the issue where I have to use my actual money to purchase hearts, you just have to play the game. Sorry the river is so long but it’s thorough. Thanks chip and joe the game is fun #demoday #shiplap :) Random add on...I’ve completed several of the task and it still will not let me collect the hearts it offers. Somebody please help me
Need a little more clarification
by rwar429 on 2017/12/27 17:53
I like the app, but a little more direction would go a long way. For example, when selling a house it says you are aiming for 10%, but the best I have seen is around 7.5% to 8%. Is there something I can do extra that will get to the 10% without costing the difference? Sometimes the first offer is the best, but once you let it expire to see the next offer, you can't go back. I think you should be able to choose the best of at least 2 or 3. It doesn't seem like the offer values change much whether you are in a cold market or a market on fire, it appears to only change the time between waiting for offers. I would think if the market was on fire I would get closer to the asking price, and in some cases even better than. Also, once you get to higher levels you use the elbow grease so quickly, it becomes a long waiting game. I understand the purpose of the game is to make money for the creators, but how much do I have to spend on one house, or how long do I have to wait? On other games, when you are waiting for something to build, there is still other activities to occupy the time. This one, you just exit the app and go do something else.
i need some help!
by layne (-: on 2017/12/29 03:04
alright, i loooove this game. this game is so fun, but the only thing is that i am out of money (capitals). i have just tried to buy flooring for this house i am renovating in Arizona and when i go to buy the flooring i want it says i’m out of money but it’s like $150 or something, and i don’t think that it’s the right price. So, i have $586 or however much i have and i go to buy this $150 flooring but, when i got to do the same for another room it jumps to $600 something. Seems very reasonable at this price, but since i bought that $150 flooring for one room, it left me $64, then i went to buy that $600 flooring for another room, and it adds my total back to $586 or however much i have. ALSO, on the elbow grease thing, i went to refill my elbow grease and it only costed me 1 heart? and then when i use my hearts it only takes away 1 when it says it needs 4 hearts to be finished? please fix this or let me buy some capitals, i totally would. these glitches occurred when i bought more hearts and yes, i have deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it kept me where i was (not complaining about that!) please fix these glitches?
Really fun app
by #ILuvWarrioirs!!!!;) on 2018/07/21 13:40
The app is really fun to play, but as I get new rankings, like the tycoon for example, the wait time for certain Reno’s is longer, also it would be cool if you added some more mini games instead of just bingo house flip edition. Other mini games like crossword (house flip edition), solitaire (house flip edition), or flappy bird (house flip edition). I think also you should make earning hearts easier, because I’m finding it difficult to earn hearts. I know buying hearts is a way to earn money for the game and company, but what if you added some mini games to earn hearts or elbow grease, like Tetris (house flip edition), Pac-Man (house flip edition), or word scramble (house flip edition). Also I think you should add more continents when you’d finish the cities in USA. Also if you’d add more houses in the cities or even add pools for renovating. (If there isn’t pools for renovating). Overall I’d give this app a five star rating but I’d also want to add some of the stuff mentioned. I love this app and I think it has potential, but maybe some of my suggestions would get your app some more five stars.
I tried but couldn’t even start the game?
by Constantly Surfing the Web on 2019/06/24 17:03
Thus looked like an interesting game app I saw highlighted recently in the daily Apples App so I downloaded it. Today I went to play it and was able to but my first house however when I was instructed to buy the exterior paint from the to-do-list while still being guided by the walk through “how to play” finger, I kept trying to select the paint I was prompted to but it wouldn’t select? I was stuck there and couldn’t move forward with the game? I’ll keep the app open for a day and check if the creators have left me a reply how to resolve this so I can actually play since it does look like it may be a good game and if there is a way to actually play it for free. If I don’t see a reply I will just delete it and move on to one of the other new games I have to try. I’ve been s daily Angry Birds 2 playing it everyday now for years. Im burnt out on it honestly so I need a break from it. I state that because if aI find a great game, that doesn’t cost more than s fee dollars a month, I am a very loyal player so you might of lost me before I even could play and see if this was my next favorite. If it’s something simple and user error, something I’m doing wrong, I apologize, either way though, I look forward to your reply with the steps I need to move in your game. Thank you for taking the time to read my reply.
Could Use Work
by juliannemdaly on 2018/03/10 22:55
I really enjoy this game on the surface - getting to redesign and flip houses in various cities. But there is a monotony to everything. You don’t have a wide variety of interior design options, so you’re stuck using the same handful of colors repeatedly and can’t customize anything (and even if you spend more money to do a nicer set up, it doesn’t impact the asking prices, apparently). You even end up doing the same houses over and over again in some of the areas. I don’t mind the wait time - I can put it down after a few minutes and start a new task - but I’d love to be able to do and customize more and just generally have more options. I also definitely have a problem with not having enough “sweat” to get work done in the game. You can use hearts to buy more sweat, but then you run low on hearts and never get to build up to buy more contractors, which gets you tears faster - it’s a constant cycle. The sweat is mostly a problem in Seattle for me, where it can cost upwards of 60,000 or 80,000 to do most tasks. It’ll take me days to finish one house because it’ll take so long to get enough sweat to finish all the tasks, and that doesn’t even include things I WANT to do, like repainting rooms that don’t “need” it.
Really love this game, but...
by TKM1018 on 2019/04/11 18:59
I really enjoy this game. I like the challenges and the balance of figuring out prospective buyer style and budget. Like some of the previous reviews I have read, I have reached a stage where the tasks are extremely time consuming and despite having 6 contractors, I find myself leaving the game so I don’t have to wait out the 2-9 hour tasks. I do appreciate the feature of being able to watch ads to reduce wait time, but have found some of the ads freeze the game and when I force close and come back I have sometimes lost progress. I have also encountered problems with game freezing when trying to list a house and having the same problem of losing progress. Despite these issues, I still really love the game. In addition to fixing the bugs I have listed, I would suggest also adding more to the achievements feature. I’m kinda stuck right now since the only achievements I have left are to unlock cities or visit landmarks (which I have to unlock cities to do) and that takes a very long time. I would appreciate rewards for visiting more open houses and selling more houses than the 100 it caps at.
Was having fun.. but now disappointed
by Bentleypuplover73 on 2017/12/29 04:40
The game is great. Super fun. But there are some fixes- first off, 35 minutes to place TWO BOWLS OF FRUIT IN THE KITCHEN?! What the crap? At the same time, I also put a new sink in the kitchen. 23 minutes. How is possible it takes longer to put two BOWLS OF FRUIT on the counter than it does to put in a new sink?! Also, I got to the third city.. bought my first house. Went into it with a little under $240k. Cheapest house was $203k-ish. I had like $30k to renovate this huge house. Got half way through and have $787 left. There’s no way to buy more money or get a loan or, heck, even trade my hearts in. I didn’t do anything extra to the house as I knew I had a TIGHT budget. Now I’m just stuck in the middle of this half finished house. Completely disappointed as I was really getting into it. Easy to earn hearts. Finally was able to get a third contractor and try to make a good profit off a new house. That’s another thing- you should be able to compare offers at least two or three at a time. The most I ever made off a house in the first two cities was $8k. Also, maybe some interactive games or jobs to earn more money on the side or win more elbow grease. There is a lot of waiting around if you don’t use your hearts to finish things faster. Great ideas though.
One of a kind
by CeeDJay93 on 2018/03/15 01:23
I have both praise and criticism to include in this review. This is the first game that closely mimics real house house flipping considerations (to my knowledge) in the App Store. It’s graphics, 3D animations and attention to detail are impressive. There are even some cool “Easter eggs”/gee wiz facts to learn. My only disappointment with this game is: incredibly long wait times. I’m at the point in the game where all 5 of my available simultaneous repairs are taking over an hour. And it would cost 20+ hearts to speed up. Finding a buyer at the right price point can also take well over an hour. I tell myself that I’m gonna go to another app or watch a Netflix show and then get back to this game, but before I know it, a whole day passes and I forgot to go back to the game. Thus, my forward progression is greatly stalled. Two weeks after downloading this app, I have concerns about whether or not I will keep playing it. Overall, great game. Great way to apply certain principles of house flipping. The long wait times would normally earn this app a 3 star review, but the graphics, planning, and overall development that went into this app raise my rating to 4 stars.
Good so far
by kristaelizabeth0816 on 2017/12/24 03:57
I love the show fixer upper! And I was so sad to hear that it was coming to an end. So when I saw this game in the App Store, I was so excited. I love the concept of the game. I’ve always wanted to flip houses in real life but that takes money I don’t have lol. So getting to do it virtually seems so fun! However, I feel like there is limited options of stuff you can do. I was picturing being able to knock down walls to make open floor plans and more designs to choose from. I’ve also had a huge problem with the ads as well. There is suppose to be three videos per project that your working on. Frequently I’ll have videos left to make the time run down, but it will tell me it can’t load the video or I’m out of videos. Most of the time when I close out of the app and go back in then playing a video will work. Then when I go to play a video on another project, it does it again. Very frustrating having to go in and out of the app like that. Hopefully things will get better because I love the game so far! And I would definitely spend money on this app if things weren’t so expensive. Maybe consider lowering the prices for hearts?
Fun start & so much potential
by xyz123ambs on 2017/12/21 20:28
I had been hoping a game would come out that emulates what Chip & Jo do on their show! It’s been a fun start so far, but there’s still so much potential for this game to become a total hit. The app itself is designed wonderfully. It’s easy to use and the details are lovely. However, it’s a bit repetitive and lacks variety/player choice. I kinda wish it was more like the show. Where clients come to you and then you find them a home and design to their likes/wants. It would provide more of a challenge aspect to the game. I would also like to see more player control. The pre-set layouts and designs are a bit of a drag. You should be able to mix and match while selecting the elements you actually want in the room. It gets boring to see the same set design over and over again. For example, having to have cabinet lights and wall scones just to add a ceiling fan. I would prefer being able to select and add the exact elements I choose. Same concept for the design items. I’ve only just begun playing, and I know it’s still a new game, so I’m sure improvements are on the way! Can’t wait to see what’s in store.
I love this game!!!
by brienichelle on 2018/03/22 19:58
I love playing this game almost as much as I’ve enjoyed watching the show! One complaint, is it’s kind of annoying to have a target price & no one is actually bidding anywhere NEAR that price. I’m selling homes for $30,000 less than I EVER would in real life. I know this is a game but that’s still annoying. My target price is $435,000 & every single offer (I went up to 15 offers because I kept being lowballed) were EXTREMELY low. I just settled for $408,000 because I wanted to move on & continue to play. I don’t know if that’s a glitch or what. I do love this game so much though. The many opportunities to gain elbow grease & hearts are astounding to me. not only that but I love that you guys have made this game so easy to never spend money on, all my other games tend to be money hungry (Supercity) but not this game. I love that I don’t spend any money trying to keep up with this game. One more thing that’s annoying, the video glitches for ads. I spend just as much time waiting for the ads to work as I do actually playing the game. I love this game, there are just a few minor tweaks that need to be done & this game would be perfection.
It’s Getting Better!
by J-lady123 on 2018/06/19 03:10
Update: I gave a 3 star review the first time but have changed my review to a 4 star. With the last update the mini game is a lot better and your chances of winning are greater. The videos no longer crash. It’s definitely on its way to a 5 Star review! I was very excited to play this game and I do like playing the game. However, there are a few things that I feel could be better. 1st - I’m not sure why the videos error out when you try to speed up a project, but if there are not anymore videos to help out speed up a project then we shouldn’t be able to select that as an option, maybe that option should be grayed out- just a suggestion. 2nd it would be a lot more fun if you could purchase and renovate more than one house at a time. 3rd - the matching game has no rhyme or reason behind it and it is very random, it really depends on how lucky you are at guessing. It should be more easier then it currently is, give your players more wins and chances to win so they will play more! If even a few of these suggestions are applied I will change my rating to 4 maybe even a 5 star rating.
House flipper game
by Ursulaalmendra on 2019/06/11 18:29
I really enjoy the game BUT you guys need new updates where you can smash walls so you can have a more open concept a Layout for the home . And you guys also need to be able to let the consumer (renovate and decorate any room of the house ) let them do it in their way because they’re the ones flipping the house so basically it’s a game where you can’t flip houses on your own . Also you can flip houses but if you need to smash walls and decorate however you want then you should have more then two options for the renovations not just modern and traditional and you guys need to be able to let the consumer which is the gamer to be able to renovate however they want meaning if they want to renovate the bathroom and the garage or the laundry room or make an outside Garden then you need to let them do that .I have or they want instead of saying well you can only renovate the bathroom in this house and only renovate the garage in another house and on this house just renovate one room . House clippers need more freedom
Games should be fun
by Tygress on 2018/07/29 20:21
This isn’t a game. Games have challenges, and rewards. This “game” has you tap a room that has been decided for you (bathroom or kitchen as needing remodeling), pick something that it has already decided for you (fix the cabinets or replace the toilet) and select a color that has no bearing on the outcome of the game. If you pick a white toilet or a black one it doesn’t change the value of the house. Then - you wait 2-5 minutes. That’s it. Repeat a few times until your house is sellable and sell it for a minor profit, then do it again. You can unlock videos of the Gaines’ telling you info about cabinets and design... but if you have watched their show you probably know much of what they have to say. There is a mini “game” which is a random bingo game. Again, no skill and no fun. I don’t know what the appeal is here and I would be upset if I were them that this is what made it out of development. It should have the fun of demo - let us smash cabinets, walls, tiles! It should have actual design choices. Let me browse Joanna’s warehouse and choose a couch or some vases. Let me try to paint a wall and get points for picking colors that match my couch. It should have a budget we need to follow to maximize profit in the neighborhood. It has nothing remotely appealing and I am deleting it now.
Absolutely Love The New Update
by lisa mc94 on 2018/09/30 04:24
I know a lot of people are complaining and I can understand if they are having technical difficulties, unfortunately sometimes that comes with updates. However regarding the update in general, I think it’s amazing. I don’t miss the mini game, I don’t feel a need to speed up jobs, I set up jobs in one city move to the next, set up jobs there move to the next and continually do this through all 7 cities. By the time I’m done one has turned yellow and I’m back checking on that one, then another one has turned yellow and I’m checking on that one, it keeps me so busy it’s wonderful. I would also like to take the time to thank everyone who put so much hard work into this update I know it wasn’t easy and I know you can’t please everyone but I think you have done a great job trying. Once again more people will take the time to come on and complain then they will to come on in thank you for all of your efforts. Keep up the good work and try not to let the negativity get to you.
Ideas for the game
by Le3lee on 2017/12/26 22:19
Id like to see the game get new colors and designs for each modern, traditional, mid century, and french decor. Id also like to see backsplash added to the game. Also would like to be able to work on more than one home at a time. If I have the money I should be able to do that. I’m more into design so it be nice to pick the pieces I want to use similarly to the way Joanna does it on her show if possible. I was curious if the staging of the house makes a difference to how high or low the offers are I receive? Also I think it would be a good idea to add wall removal and re-organizing the rooms in the house to make more since. That way the master bedrooms are not connected to the only full bathroom and aren’t the smallest rooms in the house. Also changing the floors to match the whole house should increase the value of the home not lowball my offers because they weren’t necessary to fix or “extras”. It’s a pet peeve of mine to see a house and all floors are different in every room! Thanks nice game though looking forward to the updates!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!
by alexcolindad on 2017/12/25 17:18
I was so excited yesterday to stumble upon this app because I have been waiting forever for this style of house flipping app (vs the Build-a-lot series). This app is great! I don’t have the same gripes as others about paying because I don’t have a problem with in-app purchases if I enjoy the app enough. But I would like to suggest a couple of modifications that resemble the real world. I watch Fixer Upper on TV and I get that they only work on 1 home at a time for the show; however, it would be awesome to have the ability to purchase and reno multiple homes simultaneously. I’ve just opened KC, so it’s possible this is a thing and I just have not reach that experience level yet but I’d love to see it. Also, it would be awesome to track our stats: i.e., an area where we can find a list of our flips in each city and the info pertaining to that flip — our initial purchase cost, reno costs, what the home sold for, loss/profit, and how long it took to flip (real time from purch to sell). Lastly, a better method to keep track of our contractors. If there is a world where we can have multiple projects in this game, it would be great to tap the contractor icon and instantly view a list of where contractors are currently working. Again, these are minor suggested enhancements for me, for a app that I have great appreciation for and have been waiting a long time to see. Thx for your efforts and work on this gem! Brad
Loved at first
by Kathy6870 on 2018/03/21 03:16
My family has this game, we all do love this game. However, after you get to your 4th and 5th city it gets very difficult to keep up with elbow grease. It also takes a lot of time to finish a house, even if you watch the videos. I have only sold one house above suggested price, I get low balled all the time and I have let my offers go to over a dozen offers. This is even when the market is supposed to be hot. The BIG issue I have right now, I have done the same house 4 times. Same improvements etc.. and it does not save them when I leave the game. Takes me back to the exact same place before I did them, right where I was when I bought the house! All that time, and I do mean time cause I’d go broke buying hearts to finish quickly if I did not spend the time and I’m still only on 3 workers as I cannot afford anymore. This is a great game but needs improvement. Someone actually make a great game like this that we can play, not go broke and make some progress and have some fun please. Please fix the glitches that will not save my game, I just gave my house up, sold it and went back to Waco to try. 🙁
love it, but there is one thing that disappoints me
by Yes I like this app on 2018/01/01 04:30
First off, I love fixer upper and this game is literally something I’ve been wanting forever in the sense of an app that draws me in and that I genuinely love playing. I’m already so addicted to this that it’s taking all I have to not spend actual money on this, which is where my issue comes in. Being someone who just reached Phoenix, I’m realizing this game is starting to become a “pay to enjoy” kind of thing. An hour to install cabinets? That’s insane. Waiting an hour for each thing to finish so I can progress is crazy and makes it really hard for me to hold interest. Especially since the hours seem to keep rising with each city. What happens after Phoenix? Am I going to have to wait 3-4 hours for something as simple as wall paint? It’s almost like they know this and want you to spend the money on hearts rather than making an enjoyable game. If it were more realistic in the sense of progression, I would happily spend the money, but $20 + dollars to get the amount of hearts I need to fulfill jobs without having to wait hours? No thank you.
Enjoy this game despite some bugs
by lmdow on 2019/01/13 21:42
I've been playing this game for a few weeks now and I've really enjoyed it. It's one of very few games I will occasionally spend money on. However, it's had some bugs that are starting to hurt the experience. Sometimes the map button in the lower right-hand corner is out of place and you can't fix it without totally restarting the app. I'll get notifications for bids on houses when I gave none for sale. Most importantly - and what might prompt me to stop playing if it goes on too long - my houses will say they're one income type at purchase and throughout renovating, and then show up as a different income type at time of sale. It's really frustrating to put the effort and money into a very high income renovation and then have it sold at medium- or low-income. This sounds like a small thing, but working your way to in this game is the point, and you can't when all your houses are selling for less than they're worth. I've now renovated 4+ "high income" houses that sold as very low, low, or medium income. Please fix this! Thank you.
Sounds more fun than it really is

I have been playing for about a month and while at first it's easy to unlock more levels and new cities, the game gets monotonous fast. I wish there were more options during the staging instead of 2 colors. The most irritating thing about this game is the offers you get from buyers are rarely close to your target and almost always are low budget vs the budget range that you're given when making your repairs. I've flipped nearly 80 houses and I can count all the times I've received offers over ask on one hand. Most are so below target it's closer to 40% of the target profit shown when you list your property if not below what you've spent. The amount you spend on upgrades and staging doesn't matter. It would be more realistic if we could counter a bid, because that's how the real world operates when selling a home; even eBay lets you counter lol. It would also be useful to be able to see your actual stats at a glance. Such as total homes sold, amount spent, total profit, etc. You know, the actual things serious house flippers would keep track of.
This is just Ok.

Again, like everyone else, I love the TV show but the game needs a little more to it. I know the goal is for you to earn money and to make us buy stuff but usually the beginning of the game should try to pull you in. This game, you try to anything and you have to wait 5 to 15 minutes before it’s complete and there is nothing else to do but wait. So I leave this game and move on to a different game. After a few days of this, I’m bored with this game. I need something else to keep my interest. The play time is way too slow. I wish you have a mini game or something else to do while you wait besides watch videos. I know I am a cheap person when it comes to games. I try not to buy anything but that is because of my budget. There are many others out there the will buy in-app purchases but even doing that you wait for too much to move inside this game. I wish you good luck. I will check it out in between my other games but since I’m bored with it, I know I’ll just stop coming back. The game idea is cute. Hopefully the future improvements will keep players coming back.
WAY TOO SLOW
by eakjck on 2018/02/17 14:41
Developers need too shorten the time it takes to flip a house, BIG TIME. It starts out fun but with each new city, it takes longer and longer to complete the renovations and staging. I am currently flipping in San Diego. I had to renovate the kitchen cabinets & countertops and replace the kitchen appliances - EACH at 6 hours and EACH using 168,000 of elbow grease. Plus there was replacing the laundry appliances at 4 hours and 120,000 points of elbow grease. I didn’t have nearly enough elbow grease to do all of this, so I used hearts at the store and filled up my elbow grease to approx 750,000 points. I started doing the kitchen and realized the hours now jumped to 13 hours to complete EACH of the three kitchen items and now 9 hours for the laundry appliances. NOBODY wants to wait that long to play this type of game. This doesn’t even include the other items that needed improvement, of which there were 10 more, plus the 13 more items for staging. The fun is to decide how to improve things and then flip the House. For a game, and to keep the interest level, nobody wants to wait 2 days before they can flip one house. That is absolutely ridiculous. If this continues, I am done playing.
Could be better
by Lilmissmafia11 on 2018/01/09 03:34
I downloaded this game because I’m addicted to the show. I love the process of how the entire house changes, so it’s super fun to do it myself in an interactive game. The graphics are nice, the material options are awesome, and the furniture is so cute. The only problem I have is with the elbow grease. I get the point of it. It just takes forever to build up, and the further you get into the game, the more elbow grease things take. I understand the prices going up, but the elbow grease too? Why did I buy extra construction workers if I can’t even use them because there’s never enough elbow grease. It’s at the point where I can only do ONE THING a day, and it takes over a week just to do one house. Like I said, it’s a cool game, but because of the elbow grease it quickly becomes a waste of time. I’m kinda sad about it, because I was in love with it for a while. Oh well. I guess that’s how the developers make their money. So really, it’s technically just a demo if you want to actually enjoy playing it without spending money. Open several new cities, and it becomes expensive. Not worth it at this point.
Could be better

House flipping has always interested me so when this app advertised on Facebook there wasn’t any hesitation in downloading. The game itself took forever to load once the app was opened. After the demo was complete there was actually hearts and elbow grease left over and I didn’t feel like the game forced me to buy more to play like with some games I’ve played before with the same ideas. Ideas that I’ve had that would make the game better would be to purchase and work on more than one house at a time. If the market is cold and you don’t want to sell you just have to sit and wait. Another idea would be to have side games to get more hearts and elbow grease or games to make the offers appear faster. I’ve also had the problem with the game freezing a bunch or the game wouldn’t work how it’s supposed to. The game wouldn’t allow me to purchase paint at one point even though there were plenty of contractors and money so I’d exit the game and reopen and then the game would be fine. Also wish you could have a store where you could buy the things to stage the house with. Just a few ideas that could make the game sooo much better
Great idea, bad execution
by LadyKarma13 on 2018/05/18 12:43
I actually watch house flip and many others so I thought it would be fun. Seriously disappointed. I had the game for five days and forgot about it after the 4th because the wait times and inability to have contractors(unlike most people I don’t typically waist money on apps/games). You can only do so much at a time . one or two items every 20 mins is dumb. I don’t stare at games all day waiting for them, so I was hoping to be able to play on my down time. Literally took me the entire 4 days to upgrade and sell one place. 🤦‍♀️. So needless to say I deleted it. The layout isn’t that great and the limited options make it annoying. It says “upgrade countertops” but the “upgrade” looks worse than the original lol no thanks. It needs some work and less time consuming and I’d probably enjoy it. Maybe be able to have alternate tasks or ways to earn contractors while you wait? A finished living room to me isn’t just a couch and lamp either lol, so maybe some more details to the rooms too... like art, or a tv stand or plants. The game play it self is fine and the graphics are alright. The idea is fun, just poor execution .
Great At First...
by ℳℰℛℰ on 2018/07/07 01:05
When I first downloaded this game, I was having a blast. I was flipping houses left and right, quickly gaining hearts, and have a great time. But then, I noticed the more updates I unlocked and used, the more hearts I had to use to speed up my renovations. When I’m on the app, I want to constantly be renovating yet I cannot speed up the renovations when I have no hearts. I recently purchased 500 hearts, and I very quickly used them up for the renovation of HALF a house because I do not have the patience to wait 3 hours to install a fridge or 1 hour to put in grass! On top of this, when you run out of elbow grease and hearts, there is no way for you to “fixer upper” anything without using actual money to purchase more hearts. The hearts should be unlimited to keep a constant flow of playing the game, to keep users interested and on the app much more. I’m not saying there is a problem with having renovation time for users who want to take it a slow pace. BUT, for users like me who thoroughly enjoy the renovations and decorating, the app creators should get rid of hearts once and for all, OR have the user purchase hearts with the online money.
Needs some work
by Tyierd on 2018/02/08 08:20
I do love this game, but from an architectural standpoint I feel as if the homes could be better designed. There are numerous oversights such as windows facing into a hallway rather than outside, bedrooms with no access to a full bathroom but rather a half bathroom, and inadequately sized rooms such as bedrooms that can only accommodate a single piece of furniture; they look like a 4 by 8 prison cell. I also feel that not all of the houses should require so much work. Homes I renovated literally a day ago are back on the market needing serval areas of improvement. Would it really be that hard to at least keep some of my renovations? I would like to be able to price my homes and make counter offers as well. It’s a tad annoying how the game will appraise your renovated home, then when you go to sell it, families that the home was not even designed for are bidding tens of thousands of dollars lower than the home’s actual “value”. Some more materials and furnishing would also be greatly appreciated. Not a bad way to burn some free time, but this game could use some improvements.
Love this game! Some suggestions...
by MsLAJade on 2018/02/01 15:44
I love watching Chip and Joanna and the concept of this game with the goal of flipping homes to sell, with different markets and home styles make this game so fun and unique. It is beautifully designed with a nice interface and the bonus missions adds to gameplay. Some suggestions: 1) give tips on what improvements to make to increase your profit and get list price or above, 2) make the Extra jobs section a way to increase profits, 3) Add Bidding Wars with multiple bids on your houses at the same time; can occur when increasing the value by a certain amount or when the index is on fire, 4) Make the market index impact what the house sells for and not just time between offers, 5) add more color swatches and selections to existing categories as well as new design categories, and 6) add more options to lighting to be reflective of the diverse styles or make the lights more universal (the lights are too traditional). Hope this helps. Keep up the amazing job you guys are doing with this game. 😁
Overall great game
by BONTON Designs on 2018/07/22 19:03
I have been playing this game for a month now and I love it. My only complaint is that it takes way to long for renovations 20 hours to renovate a kitchen. The hearts are won but not fast enough, the elbow grease takes forever to fill, it seems the only way to speed up renovation or add hearts or elbow grease is t buy them. I also play home design, that game I renovate a room and win money just for entering the challenge. You also vote and get voted on for your designs, the prizes are furniture or diamonds which you use to purchase furniture for your designs. This game unless you purchase hearts with money you are given no choice but to wait sometimes up to 3 days to finish especially if you get up in the game. I am in Seattle so 20 hours to finish the kitchen over 300,000 in elbow grease so I’m on my second day I see at least 2 more. This is why I play Design Home in between the waiting, I love designing but I can do more in Design Home than this game without purchasing anything.

Keeps crashing during changes in city

by Liz975 on 2019/07/15 18:21
SUPER disappointed in the recent change in both exterior and interior colors. I had homes almost finished before the update and now every home looks downright crazy. The colors are absurd and I’m already looking for a new design game to download.

🤦‍♀️

Come on already. Just take my stars and don’t make me click!
by Gman's mama on 2019/07/13 18:31
Would be a better rating if you didn’t have to click 50 things to complete one task. Just let me give all the hearts so o don’t have to wait - I don’t wait for the work or offers - so those clicks are annoying and every two tasks o complete I lose connection and the game has to reboot. Annoying!!!! Need more options for the designs. Tired of two colors and low income housing. Could be a good app. Pass for now
BESTGAME EVER!!!

Which one💓

I don’t ever right reviews but I have to say that I love this game. The one thing I do not like about it is this new update. I do not like the new paint colors or roofing colors.

Last update made things worse
by Shanfin1 on 2019/07/12 08:11
Since the last update the game keeps closing Every 2 minutes. Very annoying
Update - paint color change
by thilmon1 on 2019/07/12 01:44
New update changed the rich paint colors to basic pastels. Not a fan! Bring back the old colors.

The Update
by b.e.e.z on 2019/07/11 15:08
I liked this game but when it updated it removed some of the things I already renovated which means I have to pay to redo what I’ve already done.

too long of a wait for renovations
by msgsin on 2019/07/11 02:47
this is a great game and I love flipping houses. however, I was disappointed to find out that as you climb levels and reach new cities, you have to wait LONGER to finish renovations. this is ridiculous and does not make sense as it seems you would have to wait less time as a reward for reaching a higher level.

I’m not one to stick with games because I always find them boring after awhile. This game is fun and keeps me coming back. I love designing the houses and getting try new things every time! The inbetween with all the renos can be frustrating but there are easy ways to make them go faster! I have been playing this game for a few months now and I have reached the end of the cities! 😭 please keep coming out with more cities because I just love this game!

Don’t know how it will survive without the fans

by noygdmfbusiness on 2019/07/05 13:59
Did the tutorial and it looked like a cute game.

I’m done.

Amazing!
by Kayla1900 <3 on 2019/06/29 15:38
I’m not one to actually write a review, but this game is amazing. I’ve only been playing since yesterday, but definitely deserved a five star review.

by keidikekox on 2019/06/08 19:11
Listen I’m not a person to write reviews I just read them before doing a game or anything for that matter but this game is fun!!!!

Wow. Really.

Thank you.
Sounds more fun than it really is
by Jenkt on 2018/02/26 04:30
I have been playing for about a month and while at first it's easy to unlock more levels and new cities, the game gets monotonous fast.
This is just Ok.
by Mom0711 on 2017/12/27 15:17
Again, like everyone else, I love the TV show but the game needs a little more to it.
Could be better
by Liv:: on 2017/12/27 21:21
House flipping has always interested me so when this app advertised on Facebook there wasn’t any hesitation in downloading.
