Started with 2,000,000 credits....5 minutes later...0 credits. Developers do not understand the psychology of gambling. In order for a player to purchase credits the player must feel like they have a chance of wining. In order to feel that way the developers MUST allow a new player to win easily and handsomely until they are hooked on the game. These game developers do not understand that basic principle. If you take all the credits within the first several sessions of play...you destroy any chance of convincing them that purchasing credits is worthwhile. It’s really a shame because the games are fun. More successful game developers get this concept right off... with generous and frequent wins....at least until the player is hooked on the games.

I bought $50 worth of coins to play this game I love this game. But I lost 43 million just yesterday because it one then put me as a new player again and now I'm down to be in a new player instead of being at level six. It keeps dropping you out and saying that you need to try again I don't think that's right either. Like I said I love the game but I can't waste anymore money.
Can't play Vegas on Facebook it keeps giving me the words of oops try again. I cannot fix it. Used to could play a game and get ahead now it's like you win a little bit and then they want to take it away. It's a great game I just don't know why it has to be like that.

Have tons of game apps collected over many years but this is the one and only worst app...finally got it working but lost my credit AND play level... more than a few times...both on my iPhone AND iPad. And it still acts up and freezes constantly. Not very good support either. Why this "Ooops, something went wrong...." pops up at every tap of menu? Never buy any chip for this app.

Fun game, but like many others have said, it freezes and crashes all the time! I keep waiting for the update that says "fixed stability issues" but it never comes. Either the developers don't read reviews, or they don't care. Very frustrating, i have to say don't bother with this game until they fix the crashing issue.

Even when you turn off sound and music an annoying and VERY LOUD announcement yelling Vegas Freebee Slots plays when you open the app so if you want to play it when family are sleeping or unnoticed during church you better have your volume off or you will wake everyone up or make everyone around you mad. Have tons of game apps collected over many years but this is the one and only worst app...finally got it working but lost my credit AND play level... more than a few times...both on my iPhone AND iPad. And it still acts up and freezes constantly. Not very good support either. Why this "Ooops, something went wrong...." pops up at every tap of menu? Never buy any chip for this app.

Fun game, but like many others have said, it freezes and crashes all the time! I keep waiting for the update that says "fixed stability issues" but it never comes. Either the developers don't read reviews, or they don't care. Very frustrating, i have to say don't bother with this game until they fix the crashing issue.

Not allowing bonus spins to add to balance if over 200,000. Get error message frequently! Don't spend your money buying coins and supporting a game that does not function properly! Started with 2,000,000 credits....5 minutes later...0 credits. Developers do not understand the psychology of gambling. In order for a player to purchase credits the player must feel like they have a chance of wining. In order to feel that way the developers MUST allow a new player to win easily and handsomely until they are hooked on the game. These game developers do not understand that basic principle. If you take all the credits within the first several sessions of play...you destroy any chance of convincing them that purchasing credits is worthwhile. It’s really a shame because the games are fun. More successful game developers get this concept right off... with generous and frequent wins....at least until the player is hooked on the games.

I bought $50 worth of coins to play this game I love this game. But I lost 43 million just yesterday because it one then put me as a new player again and now I'm down to be in a new player instead of being at level six. It keeps dropping you out and saying that you need to try again I don't think that's right either. Like I said I love the game but I can't waste anymore money.
Can't play Vegas on Facebook it keeps giving me the words of oops try again. I cannot fix it. Used to could play a game and get ahead now it's like you win a little bit and then they want to take it away. It's a great game I just don't know why it has to be like that.

Have tons of game apps collected over many years but this is the one and only worst app...finally got it working but lost my credit AND play level... more than a few times...both on my iPhone AND iPad. And it still acts up and freezes constantly. Not very good support either. Why this "Ooops, something went wrong...." pops up at every tap of menu? Never buy any chip for this app.

Fun game, but like many others have said, it freezes and crashes all the time! I keep waiting for the update that says "fixed stability issues" but it never comes. Either the developers don't read reviews, or they don't care. Very frustrating, i have to say don't bother with this game until they fix the crashing issue.

Even when you turn off sound and music an annoying and VERY LOUD announcement yelling Vegas Freebee Slots plays when you open the app so if you want to play it when family are sleeping or unnoticed during church you better have your volume off or you will wake everyone up or make everyone around you mad. The slots never change and are never progressing. The wins are few and very far between.

After the update I log in and see that I am back to level 1 and only have 2m coins even though I was logged into my Facebook. I was probably level 22 and had 23m coins. Super crappy and terrible app. I feel like I wasted all that time. It's quite annoying!!!

Started with 2,000,000 credits....5 minutes later...0 credits. Developers do not understand the psychology of gambling. In order for a player to purchase credits the player must feel like they have a chance of wining. In order to feel that way the developers MUST allow a new player to win easily and handsomely until they are hooked on the game. These game developers do not understand that basic principle. If you take all the credits within the first several sessions of play...you destroy any chance of convincing them that purchasing credits is worthwhile. It’s really a shame because the games are fun. More successful game developers get this concept right off... with generous and frequent wins....at least until the player is hooked on the games.

I bought $50 worth of coins to play this game I love this game. But I lost 43 million just yesterday because it one then put me as a new player again and now I'm down to be in a new player instead of being at level six. It keeps dropping you out and saying that you need to try again I don't think that's right either. Like I said I love the game but I can't waste anymore money.
Can't play Vegas on Facebook it keeps giving me the words of oops try again. I cannot fix it. Used to could play a game and get ahead now it's like you win a little bit and then they want to take it away. It's a great game I just don't know why it has to be like that.

I was enjoying playing. Attempted to purchase coins twice after not getting them after first time got a refund thought I’d try again once again my money was taken without being given coins. Emailed regarding this have not gotten a response and have been unable to request a refund now.

Not allowing bonus spins to add to balance if over 200,000. Get error message frequently! Don't spend your money buying coins and supporting a game that does not function properly! They make sure to charge your credit card when you buy coins even though you get ripped off otherwise! Never have any issues with Jackpot Party, Gold Fish, Cashman, Konami, or Hollywood games.
