These crooks will allow you to book a flight, pretend that the airline cancelled 1 day later (when the flight is still clearly going ahead on the airline’s website) and then claim it will take up to 2 months to be refunded. It has been more than 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will likely go bankrupt in the near future with these business practices.

Do not download this app. A quick google search will tell you lots of interesting information about how they have handled cancellations during this pandemic. We were due to fly in February, we’re in lockdown and obviously won’t be able to go. I have emailed, called and used the app to try and get these clowns to deal with my issues and nobody is interested in helping. Telephone advisors are either rude or don’t speak proper English so ringing gets you nowhere, emails you send are all automated replies and trying to manage bookings on the app is simply not possible. Save yourself time and money and book with literally any other provider.

I made 2 bookings back in May to fly to Seattle and then to Anchorage. Flights were cancelled obviously and I am due for a refund. One of the refunds came through in July and my other refund for the flight to Seattle is showing as pending on the app and has been in that state since the flight was cancelled. I have tried to contact LM both by email and on the phone to see what the position is. The customer care phone no. Is a joke, just cuts you off after entering the info asked for and no reply to emails. Safe to say I will never use LM again for any travel

As others have said, they will hold onto your money, refuse a refund for cancellations, be impossible to contact most of the time, and hang up on you if you do get through. Please avoid and use a reputable company instead

you have appalling customer service and every time I try to ring you hung up on me and you haven’t bothered to pay me my money for ages even though You seemed to remove it instantly and you’ve also waited until the last day to tell me that you don’t have my card details in order to give me the refund which is completely pathetic. And every time i try to login it tells me it’s the wrong email even though you’re constantly emailing me on the same email, its completely pathetic.

Once when you get to stage that you need help, it seems to be impossible. I have been awaiting for 2 refunds and this app , for some reason, shows only one. Also, it was showing my booking confirmed and it was cancelled several weeks before that. Chat? I can’t find it and knowing Lastminute.com, maybe doesn’t tho exist any more considering the situation that they don’t want to deal with the member and give them refunds. They are not reachable via phone either.

I booked a flight for me and my mum to Rome. The hotel wasn’t booked and the flight was advertised as British airways. The flight was not British airways and passengers were passed onto Vueling. Had to rebook a hotel when in Rome and baggage costed extra even though we purchased extra baggage allowance on the app. Very disappointed.

The app is useless if you need to change details and considering you don’t take a PC with you on holiday it’s a bit useless. I have tried the website as well and resulted in same issues. The third party (easyJet) website tells me I can’t change flight details and says go back to original booking, Lastminute.com, and vice versa. Both have no telephone contact details!

This company doesn’t exist. No support from the app. No support from the telephone. They don’t answer their emails. Even American Express that tried to contact them for disputed charges for services that were never delivered, they didn’t respond. Avoid them at all costs. Also the companies in the same group: volagratis, Rumbo, bravofly, jetcost, crocierissime.it, weg.de, hotelscan, bravonext, More and other minor companies under their “umbrella”

Booked a 3 day trip to Amsterdam back in January. Due to COVID all U.K. citizens have to quarantine tine for 14 days upon arrival to the Netherlands. Have tried to cancel multiple times through the app which will not let you speak to any of the customer service team and when trying to call with the number given they tell you to call 4 weeks prior to your flight. On top of the above our flights were changed even though when they emailed us about them we said we would not like to change them as it would make the trip a 2 days trip instead of the three day trip we planned. Absolutely ridiculous and needs to be avoided. Poor customer care.

Booked a flight to NZ from London, then the airline cancels the flight, last minute said 3 weeks ago they will book an alternative flight, but still no word, and we are supposed to leave in a week. No idea what’s going on, no contact what so ever and no customer service lines for assistance. Now we are having to lose all our money to book through another agent. Don’t use this app awful!!

I booked a trip to madrid 4 nights then contacted the hotel that was booked and paid for it was closed until futher notice then more lockdown restrictions i paid extra for insurance and got offered less than half my money back scammers !!!

Just downloaded the app to see if I can try to sort an upcoming holiday to Las Vegas for six of us. Surprise surprise. An error has occurred message keeps showing when I try to cancel or contact them. They have a large deposit for a holiday that cannot take place as there are no flights and they say our balance may be taken automatically. Disgusting. Contacting the bank now. We have only received a blank email off them !!! We will NEVER use them again.

This website isn’t made to help you with your booking changes or get help unless of course you want to buy something. I have been trying for six days to try and contact lastminute.com to try and amend a flight which they say is perfectly easy to do ... just go to the website and you can change your booking or cancel it from there. When you try to change a booking it tells you to contact the flight company. The flight company say it needs to be amended by my travel agent (that’s you LASTMINUTE.CRAPCOM). Can’t speak to anyone, just get cut off. Can’t email, no email address. Pants company and pants website. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!

I read the reviews and wondered how it could have such a bad rating. People moaning about not being able to book events or trips other than flights and holidays seemed pedantic since last minute is a holiday searcher. However the app really is just bad regardless of missing features that only 10% of customers want. I can’t even search a holiday because it tells me there’s nothing available for my search criteria. So I have to use the website anyway. How much can it cost for a multi million pound company to keep a simple holiday searching app working properly? There are companies with significantly lower budgets with way more functional apps. Care more about the customers you want.

My trip to Rome was understandably cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak however trying to get a refund from this company is ridiculous! It’s 5 weeks since the date of my cancelled package holiday and despite many attempts to get an answer on my refund, I have not been offered anything. My advice would be to avoid booking anything with this company at all costs. They gladly take your money but have many hidden clauses when booking such as flight seat and baggage costs. Most annoyingly, they are impossible to communicate with.

It’s impossible to speak to anyone at last minute and the one time I managed to it charged me £15 and they were so rude! I still haven’t had a refund and have had no correspondence nearly a month on. Bought a full flex which stated - cancel anytime. But when I wanted to cancel my flight it says can’t be cancel 24 hours before the flight. But it wasn’t even stated in the T&C. I’d rather a little more hassle to book, than sit on the phone for an hour, with no reply. I’m still trying to cancel. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Still not spoken to me, but is trying to refund me with vouchers! No thank you, I don’t want vouchers, I want my money back.

Whilst the corona virus hit Ryanair cancelled flights and it was clear holiday couldn’t go ahead attempts to get any sense out of an app that didn’t respond and emails that we’re unanswered results incustomer care that was virtually nonexistent .whilst I got an emails confirming a full refund waiting for over two weeks for my flight and hotel refund the app still booking ! So sorry for the poor people at the end of the phone but never again!

Lastminute.com is a horrible company similar to a convenience store raising the prices in an emergency, they just want your money that’s all they care about. I had booked a hotel before this carona virus and was looking forward to meeting our family from Canada in London, the holiday inn was nice and said we don’t mind giving you a refund or changing you dates for the future but it’s lastminute.com you will have to deal with. I tried to contact lastminute.com but no help at all. What a shame they are only interested in profits in a time like this. We wanted to go to London but on governments advice we stayed back. It’s okay with me if it makes lastminute.com richer on misery, well it tells you about their principles. Choke on it lastminute.com. Never going to book with you again and going to shame you on Facebook and other social media.

What a complete joke this company is. You buy flight tickets expecting them to be booked, you do not receive a confirmation so you try to call them which again is impossible. Only 3 days later to receive an email saying that the flights could not be confirmed and booking cancelled. Basically they take your money then probably invest it in overnight trading to make more money then cancel a booking that was never the in the first place. I have tried to get hold of lastminute.com via their app but you cannot get access it tells you there’s an error you can’t ring either. All I want to know is if I can change my flights on Friday to be prevented from being stuck in India until the end of April. However there’s no communication I will never use them again. A good provider keeps people aware in emergencies. I feel abandoned.

Unlike normal hotel booking websites, you can’t manage the booking through the website or app. You have to phone up, waited an hour without success. For the original .dot com company, they don’t understand how modern customer service should work.

Ticket booked with last minute never told my baggage was not involved with ticket price. As their name defined them at last moment found need to pay extra for baggage. They gave me never to sort out by myself.

Absolutely hopeless. We are flying Ryanair which is bad enough but at least it’s simple. Ok to book the flights but we needed to add luggage. Ridiculous price and no option for 10K bag. They allegedly sorted out something for us for a total cost of £75. I asked them several times about the total cost but they have whipped almost double that out of my account. I am furious.

I had a booking made and never received a confirmation email. I waited a while since their website states it may take a while to come through... MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED! My booking had never even been confirmed but I somehow still managed to pay the deposit 🤔 4 days to go and it isn’t even sorted. Should be ashamed!

Terrible app for flights. We never got our boarding passes I had to call customer service for an hour. The app was then never updated. Just don’t risk it. The customer service is rude and unhelpful, the app is just a pile of crap. Just use booking.com, ice lolly or tui, anything else but these guys.

I just booked a flight and even though I did not check the Flexi insurance box, it was added to the final bill. With long winded cancellation policy which tells me to cancel my flight for a 90% refund! Will never use them again!

I book a ticket because it is really cheap at £500 and paid it then after two days waiting for etinirary, i receive a call from them telling me they maid a mistake that they did not updated the web and asking for more money to make my booking. For me, why should i suffer for there mistake. I absolute hate this, just had the mistake of booking again for the last time and already regretfully. They had charged me a fullflex I didn’t ask for and now it is impossible to cancel or ask a redound. People don’t use this, I was very stupid to do!

I purchased a flight but they didn’t confirm until 48 hours. Later on they called and said they could not book my ticket with the airline. So, They gave me 2 options either cancel for refund which takes 5-7 working days or book alternative flights for much higher prices. Such a shame, this agency must be forced to shut down for cheating.

Do not book flights with this company! They take the amount for the flights shown at the time and then you receive a call to say the prices have gone up! You get the option of 2 things 1)- a refund (which takes how long???) by then the flight prices will have gone up or 2)- you have to pay more for the flights!!! Long story short you will be paying more than the price you think you will! Complete rip off! To make it worse the number you need to call is a 0871 number or the number they call you on is CONSTANTLY BUSY!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Night before flight no boarding passes. Took six hours and 5 calls to get the first of two. Another hour to get the second. Return flight never have got the boarding passes. Oh and prearranged transfers very late. Hotel very nice though.... although booked with breakfast expected.... hotel said it wasn’t. I’m very aware I booked it. Very Stressful and a waste of money paying the extra amounts. My advice if flying with Wizzair. Use their app for boarding passes. Don’t bother with last minute for transfers and phoning customer services also pointless.

All you can do on the iPhone app is look for flights and hotels (either individually or together), which is great if you want to look for these. But if I want to look up trips, experiences and other offers/products, I have to either use ‘Wowcher’s’ app or my laptop - why make an app which only shows a small percentage of what LM provides and waste my time - I may as well take my laptop everywhere I go or just use ‘Wowcher!’

Booked a 3 day trip to Amsterdam back in January. Due to COVID all U.K. citizens have to quarantine tine for 14 days upon arrival to the Netherlands. Have tried to cancel multiple times through the app which will not let you speak to any of the customer service team and when trying to call with the number given they tell you to call 4 weeks prior to your flight. On top of the above our flights were changed even though when they emailed us about them we said we would not like to change them as it would make the trip a 2 days trip instead of the three day trip we planned. Absolutely ridiculous and needs to be avoided. Poor customer care.

Do not download this app. A quick google search will tell you lots of interesting information about how they have handled cancellations during this pandemic. We were due to fly in February, we’re in lockdown and obviously won’t be able to go. I have emailed, called and used the app to try and get these clowns to deal with my issues and nobody is interested in helping. Telephone advisors are either rude or don’t speak proper English so ringing gets you nowhere, emails you send are all automated replies and trying to manage bookings on the app is simply not possible. Save yourself time and money and book with literally any other provider.

Your money can be taken and the hotel not booked. I received an email to say the hotel wasn’t booked ( despite it still being available before and after the booking). In an unapologetic email I was told my funds would be refunding within 72 hours ( dispute it being taken instantly). No reason, no contact information. It’s now past this time ( four days) and I haven’t seen the money. It’s extremely hard to contact then given they don’t give out there email address and the phone is overloaded. Still waiting for my money to be returned!!!

I made 2 bookings back in May to fly to Seattle and then to Anchorage. Flights were cancelled obviously and I am due for a refund. One of the refunds came through in July and my other refund for the flight to Seattle is showing as pending on the app and has been in that state since the flight was cancelled. I have tried to contact LM both by email and on the phone to see what the position is. The customer care phone no. Is a joke, just cuts you off after entering the info asked for and no reply to emails. Safe to say I will never use LM again for any travel

My trip to Rome was understandably cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak however trying to get a refund from this company is ridiculous! It’s 5 weeks since the date of my cancelled package holiday and despite many attempts to get an answer on my refund, I have not been offered anything. My advice would be to avoid booking anything with this company at all costs. They gladly take your money but have many hidden clauses when booking such as flight seat and baggage costs. Most annoyingly, they are impossible to communicate with.

I read the reviews and wondered how it could have such a bad rating. People moaning about not being able to book events or trips other than flights and holidays seemed pedantic since last minute is a holiday searcher. However the app really is just bad regardless of missing features that only 10% of customers want. I can’t even search a holiday because it tells me there’s nothing available for my search criteria. So I have to use the website anyway. How much can it cost for a multi million pound company to keep a simple holiday searching app working properly? There are companies with significantly lower budgets with way more functional apps. Care more about the customers you want.

This app is really bad, whilst last minute are very good (IMO) the app is useless! I select flight and hotel, do a search and can see the results loading and then nothing! A blank screen! Tap on the screen and nothing happens, I’m using one of the latest iPhones and tried reinstalling but still nothing! The app is updated (09’oct) but I usually end up looking on my pc, shame really because sometimes I’m after a quick browse on the way home from work Come on LM get it sorted! New York is calling me!

Just downloaded the app to see if I can try to sort an upcoming holiday to Las Vegas for six of us. Surprise surprise. An error has occurred message keeps showing when I try to cancel or contact them. They have a large deposit for a holiday that cannot take place as there are no flights and they say our balance may be taken automatically. Disgusting. Contacting the bank now. We have only received a blank email off them !!! We will NEVER use them again.

Considering the main heading is ‘find your perfect deal’ this app does very little to help you find it. The destinations are very focused so you have to be very specific about where you are going and can’t do a general search on your ideal criteria. Only once you conduct a location search can you start to do a basic filter. These guys are missing a huge trick by not offering more search criteria, after an hour of doing search after search I’ll use another search company.
No boarding passes on the app

Offers this service.... for a charge and then the boarding passes aren’t actually on the app! When you have to phone last minute for support they tell you they will email them.... which they have already done anyway, and advise you to print them.... which isn’t helpful when you are flying that day and don’t have a printer.

I use this app often, it’s great to use but I have had issues with the payment sections in the past with the app not corresponding with what I press. However, it’s easy to navigate around to specify flight times. The customer service wait is a pain but they always try to help.

Booked a room and got called to say system was down so they overbooked had to cancel. Got charged anyhow. Called to cancel-they don’t have online support have to call which charges you 13p/minute. The customer service guys totally love their job (I am being sarcastic). Said they would confirm from the hotel to verify my version. This app is totally worthless with zero service and support. Would give them 0 if that option existed. Avoid it.

You try to change filters on hotels e.g show all secret hotels and that’s as far as you get. No solution but to close app and start again. Gets stuck on one hotel and there’s no way to see list again unless you.., close app and start again. You find a room you want (eventually!) and all it tells you “Oos! Something went wrong” I have given up on using it to find hotels -I’ve wasted enough time already!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! My flights were cancelled I haven’t had any correspondence from last minute at all Iv had to apply for a refund myself through the airlines. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at last minute and the one time I managed to it charged me £15 and they were so rude! I still haven’t had a refund and have had no correspondence nearly a month on. Over £400 just gone

I booked a flight for the 26th of December. It was a connecting flight and the connecting flight was cancelled for some unknown reason. I was just given a refund option by email for the connecting flight but no other alternatives. After several back and forth calls I was given an alternative and told they would confirm the alternative. Still not confirmed and 2 days left to travel. Never again

I bought a eurostar ticket for the next morning - or so I thought. When the ticket confirmation didn’t come through, I rang and they said they’re working on it and it would take a few hours. It was late at night and the train required a five am wake up, so I asked to cancel (I’d just buy tix from eurostar) they said ok but after two calls and 12 hours, still nothing. I now have no money, no train ticket, and no cancellation.

Whilst the corona virus hit Ryanair cancelled flights and it was clear holiday couldn’t go ahead attempts to get any sense out of an app that didn’t respond and emails that we’re unanswered results incustomer care that was virtually nonexistent .whilst I got an emails confirming a full refund waiting for over two weeks for my flight and hotel refund the app still booking ! So sorry for the poor people at the end of the phone but never again!

These crooks will allow you to book a flight, pretend that the airline cancelled 1 day later (when the flight is still clearly going ahead on the airline’s website) and then claim it will take up to 2 months to be refunded. It has been more than 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will likely go bankrupt in the near future with these business practices.

Booked a flight to NZ from London, then the airline cancels the flight, last minute said 3 weeks ago they will book an alternative flight, but still no word, and we are supposed to leave in a week. No idea what’s going on, no contact what so ever and no customer service lines for assistance. Now we are having to lose all our money to book through another agent. Don’t use this app awful!!

For the size of the company and how reliable and easy/user friendly this app should be, it is woeful. The final icing on the cake is that with flights booked i can’t even access the boarding passes when they are finally sent after check in, and need to physically print from the email as the app will not allow me to add to Apple wallet or even access the page to show the ticket.

My booking had never even been confirmed but I somehow still managed to pay the deposit 🤔 4 days to go and it isn’t even sorted. Should be ashamed!

I was sold a holiday on false pretences and the app just adds to the disappointment. I planned on upgrading my seats and was told I could do this direct with the Airline, this was not the case and there was no option to do this on the booking on the app. Only to add baggage. Please, just go elsewhere, it’ll save you all this misery!!!!

I made 2 bookings back in May to fly to Seattle and then to Anchorage. Flights were cancelled obviously and I am due for a refund. One of the refunds came through in July and my other refund for the flight to Seattle is showing as pending on the app and has been in that state since the flight was cancelled. I have tried to contact LM both by email and on the phone to see what the position is. The customer care phone no. Is a joke, just cuts you off after entering the info asked for and no reply to emails. Safe to say I will never use LM again for any travel

As others have said, they will hold onto your money, refuse a refund for cancellations, be impossible to contact most of the time, and hang up on you if you do get through. Please avoid and use a reputable company instead

you have appalling customer service and every time I try to ring you hung up on me and you haven’t bothered to pay me my money for ages even though You seemed to remove it instantly and you’ve also waited until the last day to tell me that you don’t have my card details in order to give me the refund which is completely pathetic. And every time i try to login it tells me it’s the wrong email even though you’re constantly emailing me on the same email, its completely pathetic.

Once when you get to stage that you need help, it seems to be impossible. I have been awaiting for 2 refunds and this app , for some reason, shows only one. Also, it was showing my booking confirmed and it was cancelled several weeks before that. Chat? I can’t find it and knowing Lastminute.com, maybe doesn’t tho exist any more considering the situation that they don’t want to deal with the member and give them refunds. They are not reachable via phone either.

I booked a flight for me and my mum to Rome. The hotel wasn’t booked and the flight was advertised as British airways. The flight was not British airways and passengers were passed onto Vueling. Had to rebook a hotel when in Rome and baggage costed extra even though we purchased extra baggage allowance on the app. Very disappointed.

The app is useless if you need to change details and considering you don’t take a PC with you on holiday it’s a bit useless. I have tried the website as well and resulted in same issues. The third party (easyJet) website tells me I can’t change flight details and says go back to original booking, Lastminute.com, and vice versa. Both have no telephone contact details!

This company doesn’t exist. No support from the app. No support from the telephone. They don’t answer their emails. Even American Express that tried to contact them for disputed charges for services that were never delivered, they didn’t respond. Avoid them at all costs. Also the companies in the same group: volagratis, Rumbo, bravofly, jetcost, crocierissime.it, weg.de, hotelscan, bravonext, More and other minor companies under their “umbrella”

Booked a 3 day trip to Amsterdam back in January. Due to COVID all U.K. citizens have to quarantine tine for 14 days upon arrival to the Netherlands. Have tried to cancel multiple times through the app which will not let you speak to any of the customer service team and when trying to call with the number given they tell you to call 4 weeks prior to your flight. On top of the above our flights were changed even though when they emailed us about them we said we would not like to change them as it would make the trip a 2 days trip instead of the three day trip we planned. Absolutely ridiculous and needs to be avoided. Poor customer care.

Booked a flight to NZ from London, then the airline cancels the flight, last minute said 3 weeks ago they will book an alternative flight, but still no word, and we are supposed to leave in a week. No idea what’s going on, no contact what so ever and no customer service lines for assistance. Now we are having to lose all our money to book through another agent. Don’t use this app awful!!

Just downloaded the app to see if I can try to sort an upcoming holiday to Las Vegas for six of us. Surprise surprise. An error has occurred message keeps showing when I try to cancel or contact them. They have a large deposit for a holiday that cannot take place as there are no flights and they say our balance may be taken automatically. Disgusting. Contacting the bank now. We have only received a blank email off them !!! We will NEVER use them again.

This website isn’t made to help you with your booking changes or get help unless of course you want to buy something. I have been trying for six days to try and contact lastminute.com to try and amend a flight which they say is perfectly easy to do ... just go to the website and you can change your booking or cancel it from there. When you try to change a booking it tells you to contact the flight company. The flight company say it needs to be amended by my travel agent (that’s you LASTMINUTE.CRAPCOM). Can’t speak to anyone, just get cut off. Can’t email, no email address. Pants company and pants website. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!

I read the reviews and wondered how it could have such a bad rating. People moaning about not being able to book events or trips other than flights and holidays seemed pedantic since last minute is a holiday searcher. However the app really is just bad regardless of missing features that only 10% of customers want. I can’t even search a holiday because it tells me there’s nothing available for my search criteria. So I have to use the website anyway. How much can it cost for a multi million pound company to keep a simple holiday searching app working properly? There are companies with significantly lower budgets with way more functional apps. Care more about the customers you want.

My trip to Rome was understandably cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak however trying to get a refund from this company is ridiculous! It’s 5 weeks since the date of my cancelled package holiday and despite many attempts to get an answer on my refund, I have not been offered anything. My advice would be to avoid booking anything with this company at all costs. They gladly take your money but have many hidden clauses when booking such as flight seat and baggage costs. Most annoyingly, they are impossible to communicate with.

Whilst the corona virus hit Ryanair cancelled flights and it was clear holiday couldn’t go ahead attempts to get any sense out of an app that didn’t respond and emails that we’re unanswered results incustomer care that was virtually nonexistent .whilst I got an emails confirming a full refund waiting for over two weeks for my flight and hotel refund the app still booking ! Lastminute.com is a horrible company similar to a convenience store raising the prices in an emergency, they just want your money that’s all they care about. I had booked a hotel before this carona virus and was looking forward to meeting our family from Canada in London, the holiday inn was nice and said we don’t mind giving you a refund or changing you dates for the future but it’s lastminute.com you will have to deal with. I tried to contact lastminute.com but no help at all. What a shame they are only interested in profits in a time like this. We wanted to go to London but on governments advice we stayed back. It’s okay with me if it makes lastminute.com richer on misery, well it tells you about their principles. Choke on it lastminute.com. Absolutely hopeless. We are flying Ryanair which is bad enough but at least it’s simple. Ok to book the flights but we needed to add luggage. Ridiculous price and no option for 10K bag. They allegedly sorted out something for us for a total cost of £75. I asked them several times about the total cost but they have whipped almost double that out of my account. I am furious.

I purchased a flight but they didn’t confirm until 48 hours. Later on they called and said they could not book my ticket with the airline. So, They gave me 2 options either cancel for refund which takes 5-7 working days or book alternative flights for much higher prices. Such a shame, this agency must be forced to shut down for cheating.

Do not book flights with this company! They take the amount for the flights shown at the time and then you receive a call to say the prices have gone up! You get the option of 2 things 1)- a refund (which takes how long???) by then the flight prices will have gone up or 2)- you have to pay more for the flights!!! Long story short you will be paying more than the price you think you will! Complete rip off! To make it worse the number you need to call is a 0871 number or the number they call you on is CONSTANTLY BUSY!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Night before flight no boarding passes. Took six hours and 5 calls to get the first of two. Another hour to get the second. Return flight never have got the boarding passes. Oh and prearranged transfers very late. Hotel very nice though.... although booked with breakfast expected.... hotel said it wasn’t. I’m very aware I booked it. Very Stressful and a waste of money paying the extra amounts. My advice if flying with Wizzair. Use their app for boarding passes. Don’t bother with last minute for transfers and phoning customer services also pointless.

All you can do on the iPhone app is look for flights and hotels (either individually or together), which is great if you want to look for these. But if I want to look up trips, experiences and other offers/products, I have to either use ‘Wowcher’s’ app or my laptop - why make an app which only shows a small percentage of what LM provides and waste my time - I may as well take my laptop everywhere I go or just use ‘Wowcher!’
Awful customer care - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked a 3 day trip to Amsterdam back in January. Due to COVID all U.K. citizens have to quarantine tine for 14 days upon arrival to the Netherlands. Have tried to cancel multiple times through the app which will not let you speak to any of the customer service team and when trying to call with the number given they tell you to call 4 weeks prior to your flight. On top of the above our flights were changed even though when they emailed us about them we said we would not like to change them as it would make the trip a 2 days trip instead of the three day trip we planned. Absolutely ridiculous and needs to be avoided. Poor customer care.
Disgrace of a company

Do not download this app. A quick google search will tell you lots of interesting information about how they have handled cancellations during this pandemic. We were due to fly in February, we’re in lockdown and obviously won’t be able to go. I have emailed, called and used the app to try and get these clowns to deal with my issues and nobody is interested in helping. Telephone advisors are either rude or don’t speak proper English so ringing gets you nowhere, emails you send are all automated replies and trying to manage bookings on the app is simply not possible. Save yourself time and money and book with literally any other provider.

Your money can be taken and the hotel not booked. I received an email to say the hotel wasn’t booked ( despite it still being available before and after the booking). In an unapologetic email I was told my funds would be refunding within 72 hours ( dispute it being taken instantly). No reason, no contact information. It’s now past this time ( four days) and I haven’t seen the money. It’s extremely hard to contact then given they don’t give out there email address and the phone is overloaded. Still waiting for my money to be returned!!!

Do not book flights with this company! They take the amount for the flights shown at the time and then you receive a call to say the prices have gone up! You get the option of 2 things 1)- a refund (which takes how long???) by then the flight prices will have gone up or 2)- you have to pay more for the flights!!! Long story short you will be paying more than the price you think you will! Complete rip off! To make it worse the number you need to call is a 0871 number or the number they call you on is CONSTANTLY BUSY!!!
Dreadful app

I made 2 bookings back in May to fly to Seattle and then to Anchorage. Flights were cancelled obviously and I am due for a refund. One of the refunds came through in July and my other refund for the flight to Seattle is showing as pending on the app and has been in that state since the flight was cancelled. I have tried to contact LM both by email and on the phone to see what the position is. The customer care phone no. Is a joke, just cuts you off after entering the info asked for and no reply to emails. Safe to say I will never use LM again for any travel

you have appalling customer service and every time I try to ring you hung up on me and you haven’t bothered to pay me my money for ages even though You seemed to remove it instantly and you’ve also waited until the last day to tell me that you don’t have my card details in order to give me the refund which is completely pathetic. And every time i try to login it tells me it’s the wrong email even though you’re constantly emailing me on the same email, its completely pathetic.

My trip to Rome was understandably cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak however trying to get a refund from this company is ridiculous! It’s 5 weeks since the date of my cancelled package holiday and despite many attempts to get an answer on my refund, I have not been offered anything. My advice would be to avoid booking anything with this company at all costs. They gladly take your money but have many hidden clauses when booking such as flight seat and baggage costs. Most annoyingly, they are impossible to communicate with.

I read the reviews and wondered how it could have such a bad rating. People moaning about not being able to book events or trips other than flights and holidays seemed pedantic since last minute is a holiday searcher. However the app really is just bad regardless of missing features that only 10% of customers want. I can’t even search a holiday because it tells me there’s nothing available for my search criteria. So I have to use the website anyway. How much can it cost for a multi million pound company to keep a simple holiday searching app working properly? There are companies with significantly lower budgets with way more functional apps. Care more about the customers you want.
App crashing

This app is really bad, whilst last minute are very good (IMO) the app is useless! I select flight and hotel, do a search and can see the results loading and then nothing! A blank screen! Tap on the screen and nothing happens, I’m using one of the latest iPhones and tried reinstalling but still nothing! The app is updated (09’oct) but I usually end up looking on my pc, shame really because sometimes I’m after a quick browse on the way home from work Come on LM get it sorted! New York is calling me!
Do not use lastminute

Just downloaded the app to see if I can try to sort an upcoming holiday to Las Vegas for six of us. Surprise surprise. An error has occurred message keeps showing when I try to cancel or contact them. They have a large deposit for a holiday that cannot take place as there are no flights and they say our balance may be taken automatically. Disgusting. Contacting the bank now. We have only received a blank email off them !!! We will NEVER use them again.

Considering the main heading is ‘find your perfect deal’ this app does very little to help you find it. The destinations are very focused so you have to be very specific about where you are going and can’t do a general search on your ideal criteria. Only once you conduct a location search can you start to do a basic filter. These guys are missing a huge trick by not offering more search criteria, after an hour of doing search after search I’ll use another search company.
No boarding passes on the app

Offers this service.... for a charge and then the boarding passes aren’t actually on the app! When you have to phone last minute for support they tell you they will email them.... which they have already done anyway, and advise you to print them.... which isn’t helpful when you are flying that day and don’t have a printer.

I use this app often, it’s great to use but I have had issues with the payment sections in the past with the app not corresponding with what I press. However, it’s easy to navigate around to specify flight times. The customer service wait is a pain but they always try to help.

Useless app and customer support

Booked a room and got called to say system was down so they overbooked had to cancel. Got charged anyhow. Called to cancel-they don’t have online support have to call which charges you 13p/minute. The customer service guys totally love their job (I am being sarcastic). Said they would confirm from the hotel to verify my version. This app is totally worthless with zero service and support. Would give them 0 if that option existed. Avoid it.
Crashes each and every time

You try to change filters on hotels e.g show all secret hotels and that’s as far as you get. No solution but to close app and start again. Gets stuck on one hotel and there’s no way to see list again unless you.., close app and start again. You find a room you want (eventually!) and all it tells you “Oos! Something went wrong” I have given up on using it to find hotels -I’ve wasted enough time already!

After entering details and searching, it seems impossible to tap back to the app’s home screen. The apps regularly gets stuck in loops of search requests that result in “ooops” before continuing to try searching. Back to the browser for me...

Absolutely disgusting customer service! My flights were cancelled I haven’t had any correspondence from last minute at all Iv had to apply for a refund myself through the airlines. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at last minute and the one time I managed to it charged me £15 and they were so rude! I still haven’t had a refund and have had no correspondence nearly a month on. Over £400 just gone

I booked a flight for the 26th of December. It was a connecting flight and the connecting flight was cancelled for some unknown reason. I was just given a refund option by email for the connecting flight but no other alternatives. After several back and forth calls I was given an alternative and told they would confirm the alternative. Still not confirmed and 2 days left to travel. Never again

I bought a eurostar ticket for the next morning - or so I thought. When the ticket confirmation didn’t come through, I rang and they said they’re working on it and it would take a few hours. It was late at night and the train required a five am wake up, so I asked to cancel (I’d just buy tix from eurostar) they said ok but after two calls and 12 hours, still nothing. I now have no money, no train ticket, and no cancellation.

Whilst the corona virus hit Ryanair cancelled flights and it was clear holiday couldn’t go ahead attempts to get any sense out of an app that didn’t respond and emails that we’re unanswered results incustomer care that was virtually nonexistent .whilst I got an emails confirming a full refund waiting for over two weeks for my flight and hotel refund the app still booking ! So sorry for the poor people at the end of the phone but never again!
They will steal your money

These crooks will allow you to book a flight, pretend that the airline cancelled 1 day later (when the flight is still clearly going ahead on the airline’s website) and then claim it will take up to 2 months to be refunded. It has been more than 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will likely go bankrupt in the near future with these business practices.

I’ve been trying to get through to speak to someone for over 3 weeks now as I have been waiting for my voucher for the past 2 months with no joy It is a absolute nightmare and very frustrating ..... was looking to book to go away in August but with no voucher it’s seems I won’t be going no where Will definitely use the high street travel agents in future I’m sick to death trying to get through to someone

Booked a flight to NZ from London, then the airline cancels the flight, last minute said 3 weeks ago they will book an alternative flight, but still no word, and we are supposed to leave in a week. No idea what’s going on, no contact what so ever and no customer service lines for assistance. Now we are having to lose all our money to book through another agent. Don’t use this app awful!!

For the size of the company and how reliable and easy/user friendly this app should be, it is woeful. The final icing on the cake is that with flights booked i can’t even access the boarding passes when they are finally sent after check in, and need to physically print from the email as the app will not allow me to add to Apple wallet or even access the page to show the ticket.

Please don’t use this company, booked last year with them and due to the state of our country at the present time cancelled our trip to Londo for next week as they couldn’t guarantee our safety, refused a refund and wouldn’t help us. This company is making a profit out of our misery and have left me 309 out of pocket. Hard to get hold of via phone and email comes up with error

Cannot log in with email (even though I’m already registered on the website). Cannot rest password (says error occurred). Says password and email combination incorrect (even though I logged in online to check). Does not recognize booking number (repeatedly says booking reference invalid). Needs some serious addressing ! App deleted !

Booked a flight and waited for 3 days for confirmation without hearing anything. Day before my flight o get an email saying they couldn’t do the booking yet took my money. Told me I’d get the money back in 5 days. 3 weeks later still waiting. Spent 27 minutes on hold tonight on a premium number and didn’t speak to anyone. Joke of a company.

I bought a flight and they received the money and after withdrawing they sent me the message saying that it was not possible to make my ticket and that they will return my money in 3 to 20 days depending on my card. now I'm without the boarding pass, without the money and unable to speak to them.

I had a booking made and never received a confirmation email. I waited a while since their website states it may take a while to come through... MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED! My booking had never even been confirmed but I somehow still managed to pay the deposit 🤔 4 days to go and it isn’t even sorted. Should be ashamed!

Absolutely shocking service. Night before flight no boarding passes. Took six hours and 5 calls to get the first of two. Another hour to get the second. Return flight never have got the boarding passes. Oh and prearranged transfers very late. Hotel very nice though.... although booked with breakfast expected.... hotel said it wasn’t. I’m very aware I booked it. Very Stressful and a waste of money paying the extra amounts. My advice if flying with Wizzair. Use their app for boarding passes. Don’t bother with last minute for transfers and phoning customer services also pointless.

They have all these offers available. Found a 4 day trip for 2 people in a 4 star hotel for £402. When you click on it, price went up to £483 and it was with a 2 star hotel. Tried other offers and same thing. Why waste peoples time not advertising the actual price

I absolute hate this, just had the mistake of booking again for the last time and already regretfully. They had charged me a fullflex I didn’t ask for and now it is impossible to cancel or ask a redound. People don’t use this, I was very stupid to do!

I was sold a holiday on false pretences and the app just adds to the disappointment. I planned on upgrading my seats and was told I could do this direct with the Airline, this was not the case and there was no option to do this on the booking on the app. Only to add baggage. Please, just go elsewhere, it’ll save you all this misery!!!!
